This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I received the wrong product and tried to return the very next day I received it (which it came within a week of placing order) and they said it was 30 days past the return policy. Then they wanted to charge a restocking fee of $6.95 which was a third of total price of stockings. Plus I was on hold for over 40 minutes and I'm still on hold as I write this. The link they sent me for their return policy gave me "this page no longer exists" message. I would give them a negative star rating if I could. They're rude and have the worst customer service.

Shopping online is sometimes difficult because when you scan pricing on compression hose, the range seems to be wide open. I appreciated the pricing at the Compressionsale.com website and that's what prompted my order. I have been wearing compression hose before but not pantyhose. I ordered my first pantyhose online and received my order in a timely manner but had ordered the wrong color. My exchange has been made easy and await receiving the color I should have ordered the first time.

I found it very difficult to find the product I was shopping for and to get the proper size from my measurements. Not sure I did but need these no later than Tues, July 17 and just got need for them from my doctor..
I wish you had more choices for nighttime garments.

I am a lymphedema therapist who orders lots of supplies for patients. I ordered items 1 week ago with expedited shipping and never received any further communication past the acknowledgment that the order was placed. I sought info by calling them today. Very rude and not at all helpful agents. When I asked for the person's name I was speaking to, she refused to give it to me. When I asked if I could have the names of the owners, she said no. She then hung up on me. I came to find she is the supervisor and her name is Melissa Bright. I also found a BBB rating for the parent company where they have given an "F" for similar complaints. Oh, and I still don't know when I will get my order!
