The cartridges they sent do not fit my printer, even though they agree that they are the correct product number. Their representative requested that I shove the cartridge in harder but the cartridge is simply to small and does not go in properly. Now I'm jumping through hoops, photographing the cartridges and uploading the photo, shipping the cartridges back at my expense and at a 15% restocking charge. I recommend you stay away from this company. Awful to deal with.

I got four or five large-capacity black ink cartridges. Installed ok, but not even three pages later, the printer or ink act like the cartridge is almost out: Small black lines appear if at all.

I bought over 10 cartridges because they are advertised as working on my printer but they do not and spilled ink all over my hands, printer and floor. The printer does not accept the cartridges and they come with a plastic covering you cannot peel off.

I have never ordered non-HP cartridges, but decided to give it a try because I thought I could save money. I regret my decision and will never purchase from CompNSave again. They sent me a defective cartridge and all they would do for me is 'allow' me to return the defective cartridge for a refund. I spent so much additional paper, ink, time and effort trying to figure out what was wrong with my printer. Turns out I should have checked for a defective cartridge first.

I have received a empty cartridge from this company. I called and spoke to Jim Muyco who said he spoke to the back room and they said no replacement or refund for this one 19.00 cartridge. The 100 percent guarantee is not worth the box it is written on.

I tried to save $ but instead I now have to buy a new printer. The ink was never recognized by my printer even though it was the right kind. I had to take out the cartridge and reinstall it every time I wanted to print anything. This ended up messing up my alignment and then ink leaked inside so now nothing printed without skips in the print and sections missing. I loved my wireless Canon printer which is now junk! Ended up losing $, do not buy this!

Good customer service and to keep me as a customer would have been to just send me another cartridge. Now they lost me as a customer.

I have ordered ink. Did not receive order. They said they would resend adding ask for Signature,so I had to be home. I waited all day, and as I tracked this package,it never came, although the package tracking said "delivered! I then got into a back and forth with the CSR, "Anthony", explaining what had happening and eventually getting the Signature page after asking many times for it! The page showed, not only different Signature, but different letters of the ALPHABET as a sign off from my name! Someone else signed for my package and it obviously was taken. Instead of tracking it and resending via Fedex! They refused to do anything and closed the case!

I used to order a few years ago and never had a problem. I don't know if this "Company" is under new management or has reassigned it's call centers, but the service is horrific and they refuse to take responsibility!

This is unacceptable and will be looking to the CEO of this "Company" and my Consumer Protection Agency and AG to find out if this is a type of fraud and mail theft. This company should have put a claim in with USPS in my name and their name! Unreputable!
