The inks worked good on the first page. Then it started to print everything magenta. Now the printer is damaged. There was nothing wrong with it until I used these cheap CompAndSave inks. I tried to save a few dollars and now I need a new printer. Never buy generic ink; always buy the name brand. Terrible product.

CompAndSave.com sold me a set of aftermarket Brother LC401 ink cartridges. They were not recognized by the printer at all rendering it useless. They did allow me to return the cartridges but would not refund the shipping charges. DO NOT BUY FROM CompAndSave.com.

As the title says, fast shipment and products are great. If you want reasonable prices instead of the highway robbery at other vendors then here it is. Shipping has always been fast, very fast!

I ordered cartridges by entering the model number in their site. When I received them, they fit in the printer, but the printer would not recognize them. I wrote them and they told meI ordered the incorrect cartridges. Well, their system recommend the part number I needed as I have no idea what generic Part number I would need! Now, they want me to send back on my dime and pay a restocking fee! Do not do business with these people!
Like me, my printer is an older model and Comp and Save always has the cartridges that fit and all the colors I need...at a price point that I love.

The 5 star review is for Junrel who efficiently assisted me in finding the correct ink I needed for my printer. This is my first time using Compandsave so I don't know about the ink cartridges themselves yet.
I've never had a problem with Comp AndSave ink! I had to wash the carts once in ten years, never had to realign or do any maintenance. This ink just works with photo like color and clarity.
I thought I had ordered black ink cartridge.
I rec'd color ink cartridge. In checking order I did in fact order color. They sent black ink to me that night. All is well!
The printer cartridge I ordered was remanufactured and, I was concerned it would work in my printer. I was surprised and happy that it worked with no problems. I will now buy my ink cartridges from this vendor in the future as needed.
Get my ink at a good price. I have had different printers over the years and their ink has worked well on all of them.
Excellent product and support. Pay much less than I would if I had bought at a office supply store and the quality of the product is fantastic. Really appreciate their service. Great savings. Now, in honesty, and after reading some complaints about the amount of ink in the cartridge, I must add that I don't use the printer often (if I was to print 10 pages in 8 months it would have been an exception), but I still need to have the cartridge full in every printer in order to prevent damage to the equipment, with that said, I can't really comment on the amount of ink--whether it is full or below standard-- but the delivery was fast, the product fit the specifications and it was purchased with a great discount. I HAVE TESTED THE PRODUCT BY PRINTING STEADILY and I must say that if anything, it has more ink than the cartridges I buy from office supplies, so I'll stick with my review that this company delivers a good product.

These cartridges have worked well on a Canon 2700 series printer. Next, I will try them on a HP 8600 series.
