I LOVE COMGATEWAY!

I have been using Comgateway for 10 years ever since I moved from Texas to New Zealand. They are the most wonderful company in the world. There is no problem they cannot solve and their customer service and live chat room are wonderful.

They will also help you with Customs and DHL. I am having a problem now where DHL says I sent 12 packages and that they contain cigarettes and cigars. First I don't smoke and second both Comgateway and my invoices say I have 8 packages and there are no cigarettes or cigars listed. I just simply wrote Comgateway today and I know they will follow up on my problem and solve it as they always have.

My next example is the most EXCITING of all. I have been with them 10 years and did not know they could do this. I ordered a $300 dollar Pokémon card from Tokyo and the seller did not put my whole address on the package. I called Tokyo DHL and they could not help me although they tried to call the seller who did not answer and I wrote him several E-mails which went unanswered. I was beside myself. I should have just called Comgateway who solved the problem in 2 seconds. If you have the tracking number you just put it in the little box in the upper right hand corner and they will put your package in your area when it arrives. I couldn't believe it!

Like I have said in the 10 years I have been with Comgateway there is nothing they have not been able to solve and their customer service and live chat are amazing. I feel like Comgateway is part of my family and I am thankful for all they have done for me.

This is my first experience with comgateway. Regardless so many queries I have for my first time shopping online for the USA, the customer service team responds quickly and provide the great solution for my need.

Will share further comments when I receive other services.

I used comGateway a few times, more than 10 times i think, i usually dont give feed back however i do not know why many people give the company a lot of negative feedback, i then think it is unfair not to give them good feedback from my side as i always receive perfect service from them, they deliver what they said. I sometime use normal service but from time to time my packages are shipped with express worldwide service by DHL without any additional charge. I receive email of notification right away after the package is delivered at Comgateway so i can decide to ship the same day.

In term of the shipping charge from comgateway i dont know if it is competitive as i never used other shipping company so i cant compare. However in term of service and the sale tax saving thanks to the company location in Oregan. For these two reasons I will continue and use comgateway.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I have seen comGateway go through tough times and come out a success story. They continually find solutions and if you have patience they are the best.
A case in point, this time USPS gave my stuff to P PARK and a lot of people have suffered through this type of experience. I reported this to customer service and they took care of everything. I am so impressed with everyone at comGateway.

Stay far, far away from this website. I requested a refund from these guys after they tried to overcharge me for shipping. I argued with them for 2 months before finally telling them where to go. I decided to escalate it to PayPal instead. The site is obviously a scam.

Frankly speaking that average service from comGateway is good. However, I bought clothes twice from the same shop and use comGateway to transit to my country, the original boxes (and even plastic bags) are missing and merely my clothes are in the cartons without any protection. No one box service request from me, but I have my clothes for dry-clean again.

Had a few items delivered as it seemed cheaper, however they billed me for what I thought was their shipping and useage charge. A couple of months later I get an invoice from Fedex saying I haven't paid my shipping charge. The same amount I paid the site! Effectively they have taken my money but offered me no service at all. As further inspection of their site informs me I'm responsible for any shipping charges! Didn't save me any money at all. So just don't bother.

Excellent service!

I ordered from Amazon last Wednesday(Jan 27) - comGateway received my package the following day. Paid comGateway the shipment cost and all by Friday noon. Surprisingly, I received my package just now!

I'm genuinely stunned at the ease and efficiency of their service, definitely recommend them to all.

I live in rural Australia. I have used this company for a couple of years. I've never had a problem, never had to check a delayed delivery, never had a product arrived in less that the original condition. I think very highly of this company and recommend it to others every time someone asks where I got this or that product. Brilliant organisation - keep up the great work!

I just used this site for the first time to buy beauty products from the USA and ship them to Australia.
Amazing experience. I was VERY nervous! I had several packages arrive over a 2 week period and had a total of 30 days to store them. Once each package arrived I would be notified by 6pm USA time.
When it was time for me to send them to Australia my package was sent on within hours.
Yes the postage was a little more than if I could get the products delivered directly to Australia, but I couldn't so I paid.

Comgateway Just fooling there Member by showing very less fee in this industry. They just receive our product and ask you to submit money for shipment, and then game begin of Live chat and email. No Shipment gonna be send to you. Live chat advisor operate from Philippines and Owner is in Singapore... Owner friend is there in Portland.

I just been got $#*!ed up of 500usd product and 141 usd shipment charge.
Last verdict never try Cheaper one in this shipment industry...

Good, except for the handling fee

Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. However, I wish the shipping and handling fee was a bit more reasonable. Other than that, I feel the service and arrival time of my package were very good.

You get what you pay for.

Starting in early 2018 i have had a very smooth business relationship with ComGate. This would involve around twenty shipments from West Coast USA to SydneyAustralia.
Any problem... contact ComGate... solved either then and there, on line, or next day MAX. By email. There has been a few hiccups,,,, sorted within 24 hours.
Not the cheapest... but you do get what you pay for...

Everything hidden

Goods arrived on the latest date set, which I was fine with, as it wasn't 'late'. Online cost calculator incredibly underestimates. It gave me a price of around £20, which increased to over £100. They also simply sent it to another company, who are also trying to charge me more on top of this. If you want something delivered where money is no problem, this service is fine.
(Update): recently charged an additional £50 by a random company that comgateway sent the package too. I researched any addictional costs on their website and could not find this. I would have preferred to use an expensive service who told you the total cost upfront.

Good pet items are expensive here in the UK. Using them to get discounts on things like kong, nina ottosson, and even on UK brands like mungo&maud! Now i have a happy dog. That the shipping is fast, is a plus!

I was worried about being scammed but thought 'why not?' and used them for a $50 order of makeup from ColourPop, a company that doesn't ship to the UK.

I was amazed at their efficiency and customer service.

As soon as the parcel arrived at their warehouse my account was updated. I logged in and paid only $20 to have the small package shipped from Portland to the Isle of Man (UK).

I was sent an email with tracking info and it only took 1 week to deliver. (with FedEX)

I had some questions along the way, all of which were answered through their great customer service team.

Great company, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Amazon.com shows my order was delivered to comGateway at Portand on May 3,2017, but it never show up on comGateway's webpage. My multiple emails to comGateway went unanswered. I have used this forwarder many times in the past years, but I don't see how I can be stupid enough to use them when they keep silent like this.

The pattern of my experience is consistent with scammers.
My first purchase went without a hitch, and I was okay with the long wait.
I made two other purchases using identical details as the first one, and AFTER I paid for the items and shipping, they inform me that their delivery policy has changed, and that it's my problem.

My problem! I purchased a service, and they change the agreement after purchase and then have the contempt to say that's now my problem and that I should have known about their policy change before I purchased. If I was that great at predicting the future, I'd be going for the lottery...

I'm DISGUSTED. Use this organisation at your own peril.

Received my US$100 vinyl record damaged by ink marks. Have sent them photos and requested for insurance claim, but they have pushed the responsibility to the seller instead. (Seller showed me photo of item in pristine condition before mailing and has 100% positive reviews on the selling site).

In a nutshell: ITEM IS DAMAGED. ITEM IS INSURED (charged by Comgateway). But they won't let you claim it. Rip off.

Sorry Comgateway. No longer trust you guys.
