I have been using Comgateway for 10 years ever since I moved from Texas to New Zealand. They are the most wonderful company in the world. There is no problem they cannot solve and their customer service and live chat room are wonderful.
They will also help you with Customs and DHL. I am having a problem now where DHL says I sent 12 packages and that they contain cigarettes and cigars. First I don't smoke and second both Comgateway and my invoices say I have 8 packages and there are no cigarettes or cigars listed. I just simply wrote Comgateway today and I know they will follow up on my problem and solve it as they always have.
My next example is the most EXCITING of all. I have been with them 10 years and did not know they could do this. I ordered a $300 dollar Pokémon card from Tokyo and the seller did not put my whole address on the package. I called Tokyo DHL and they could not help me although they tried to call the seller who did not answer and I wrote him several E-mails which went unanswered. I was beside myself. I should have just called Comgateway who solved the problem in 2 seconds. If you have the tracking number you just put it in the little box in the upper right hand corner and they will put your package in your area when it arrives. I couldn't believe it!
Like I have said in the 10 years I have been with Comgateway there is nothing they have not been able to solve and their customer service and live chat are amazing. I feel like Comgateway is part of my family and I am thankful for all they have done for me.
