I really love comgateway. I started using their services about 1 year ago, and have sent more than 10 shipments thru them already (roughly 1 shipment monthly). Their service is PERFECT!
I know it's more expensive than Vpost, but the shipment reaches me within 3 days! (From USA shipped all the way to Singapore) It's much much faster than Vpost.
Also it's cheaper than Borderlinx, and less problematic.
I really can't recommend comgateway enough.
They are 100% honest and reliable. My first experience with them, I purchased goods on Amazon and had them shipped to their US address. They then delivered them as promised on time by DHL courier to my address in Sydney Australia. They communicated clearly with me every step of the way and I have all their email correspondence archived for my record to prove what I write. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I would 100% use them again.

Read their emails and realized how much cheaper health supplements and skin care products are, so I decided to buy all those from US as well. It's been my. 4th shipment? Over half a year period. They are really bad, it didn't know other site but I decide to stop using this company. They ship to me in 6 different pieces! Different time. 2 little book, one dict, some small items for polo RLH. Cost me USD 308 and I have to arrange with the delivery company more than few times. Which is so inconvenient
I only recently got involved with this company as I need to purchase large shoes for my son not available in Asia. They are very good at signing you up but thus far their service sucks and their customer service is non-existent. The goods were received by them from Amazon 6 days ago but comGateway have not contacted me to tell me they have them. They do not have phone numbers you can call in Portland, Oregon or rather no-one to speak to. I did leave a voicemail but got no response. Their customer service email system never replies to you. I sent 4 emails now. Nil replies. Their "Live Chatting" does not work. Find an alternative and I seriously question all the positive testimonials on their website. I cannot even find out how to write a testimonial.

I decided to post a feedback after seeing so many negative which i don't understand. A customer purchased product from my website for $3550 and used stolen credit card. We ended up shipping the order to comgateway address as customer provided. To make matter short; after PayPal notified us of a charge back due to unauthorized credit card use. I called Rebecca at gateway and left message. She returned my call very fast, located the expensive packages and assured me to hold the product for me until this matter is resolved with No storage fee. As soon as I spelled the name of purchaser, she immediately told me this name is on the fraud list and all items shipped to this name are being held until they are claimed by original shippers or CC owners. I guess they have their own security methods of recognizing unauthorized purchases utilizing their service as hopshop so for your fraudsters, better stay away... I am extremely thankful to gateway. Very honest people. Keep up the good work.
I sometimes browse US websites hoping to buy merchandise that aren't available in the Philippines. I would get discouraged by the international shipping fees, and some merchants don't even ship internationally at all. When I discovered that you can use freight forwarding companies to ship your US shopping home at a cheaper price, I checked out all the companies and went with comGateway. Needless to say, I made the right choice.
ComGateway's customer service was easy to talk to, which I appreciate very much since it was my first time to use this kind of service. My packages arrived in good condition in less than a week. I really appreciated the shipping discount and express shipment upgrade on my first shipment. I will definitely use their services again.
Little did I know that I could actually save a lot of $$$ when shopping US stores online. Here in the Philippines, buying US brand in retail stores are expensive. A friend suggests using comGateway if I want to get US items in a cheaper price and have it shipped to my doorstep. I tried and was surprised of the cheap deals I found on Amazon. I immediately registered to comGateway and got my free US address.
Another thing I loved about comGateway is they gave $15 off on my first shipment (this on top of their low shipping rates in the Philippines, WOW!) and received my package 3 days earlier than their standard delivery date which is 5-8 business days. Oh and did I mention that their US address is 100% tax free?
All in all, my experience was great and will definitely recommend comGateway to my friends and families.
ComGateway/HopShopGo have been acquired. The process has been slow, messy, and completely lacking in transparency. Support has evaporated, packages have gone missing, and delays are constant. I no longer recommend ComGateway. They need to apologise and explain.

I have used quite a few shipping forwarding companies. ComGateway stands out as having the best personal customer service team. No company is perfect, but I have been very satisfied with their support, especially for special requests where they have always done their best to be accomodating. I ordered from comGateway 2 items for a loved one for Christmas, it's now 10/1/13 & still don't have them due to cargo loss. They don't care about there customers they just want $$
I even paid exspress shipping, & p&h was more than the items.
That is my 1st & last time I buy through these guys.
Used these guys to bring a laptop and some other stuff from Amazon overseas. Their shipping was pretty expensive at just under 80 bucks; not sure how the laptop and a few food items could come up to 7kg(!) of weight. Still saved me some cash, so I'm definitely not complaining though. Just wish it could be a little cheaper. Have yet to try their customer service.
It's really a trap as there are much much more you have to pay than your expected. Lots of surcharges, etc: Consolidation charges, repackaging charges, fuel surcharge, insurance which you have never expected. The total cost is definitely higher that it's solely shipped from retailers. And they calculate every single item starting from 0.5kg separately although they are supposed can be consolidate. They intend to make your stuff more and more expensive to ship rather than thinking of how to save shipping cost for you.
In a word, I will NEVER try ComGateway again in my life.
I'd like to commend Connor for giving his best in Customer Service. He was able to assist in providing the answers I was looking for and at the same time assured me of the service level that comGateway can provide. Because of his help, my purchase decision became easier and I had little to no doubt in using comGateway. I hope this kind of commitment and customer service level will be consistent in the future.
It's just nightmare. Everything is so slow. The head office is in Singapore to avoid paying US taxes. How clever. So everything is one day delayed. They cheat on weight, on fuel surcharge. The shipping charges are astronomical. NEVER AGAIN

I logged in to the chat, and after verifying my identity, Julia helped me out with my concerns and answered all my questions. Though the items were shipped the following day (and didn't go as planned), I still admire the service level she provided.
Giving prompt answer and action are key customer service areas Comgateway really excel. Not many companies achieve these nowadays. But Comgateway is one of the few companies I feel valued as a customer. It leaves me a positive impression of Comgateway as a whole. Thank you!
I have used comGateway for 5 year since July 2013. Made over dozens of shipments. My experience is that their pricing are fair, their services are great and efficient. Sometimes, I got their replies during weekend and off office-hour. Usually, I request for consolidation. Their way of packing is to ensure items are compactly packed to save shipping cost. I did use their BuyForMe services, I did not encounter any issues raised by other users. It is a Great company and team to work with.
