They sell in English and if they answer it is in Chinese or some other language. I got it translated, which said: Mailbox full. I filed a complaint through PayPal. I'm getting the run around here. The merchant finally responded to PayPal with made up shipping numbers. Then they asked me to drop the complaint. Then the net response was a offer of $6 refund instead of $67 refund that I am due. Still PayPal charge is under review.

This so called company is untrustworthy and dishonest. They take your money then send out the most hideous clothing.The website is very deceiving in that they show Beautiful dresses but do not produce what you order.The fit is horrible. I wear a 2x U.S. size but had to order a 6x and it is not fit to wear. Tried to cancel 3 times before anything was sent and got brushed off and told to be patient. Had to get my credit card company involved and comfyfree is lying to them about my order. If this isn't fraudulent activity, I don't know what is.DO NOT RECOMMEND. You will regret buying from them. What you get is Nothing like what you see in their slick website. Am surprised they are still actively scamming people.No morals and unscrupulous. This sweatshop should be out of business immediately.One more thing, they use a different address but they are really located in China. Also think if you can find a good review was probably written by someone that works for them.

Yep - They got me too. I ordered my son and his GF expensive jackets and Long hooded cape for Cosplay for Christmas. Received a package last week (1st week of Feb.) and it was two tiny gross dresses that wouldn't fit a ten year old girl. One was teal green with huge white polka dots and the other was a bright blue nylon material with huge shark fin sleeves. Literally garbage. Only good for a laugh. Still hurts getting robbed. I went on their website and selected the contact button at which point my antivirus detector blew up my computer. Scared to even try for a refund. These people are criminal.

I ordered 11 items, after 3 weeks the order had not shipped. Their policy indicates they will honor a full refund if product had not shipped. I requested a refund for an email that surely was a standard reply indicating the due to volume orders were delayed. There was no indication they read my email. I responded with a request to cancel, they didn't.
I filed a claim to refund my PayPal, they didn't even respond with anything other than the shipping number. They had ended up shipping 3 items, another story. They didn't respond to the additional questions from PayPal so I got refunded.
The 3 items I received were such crap I can't imagine anyone wearing them. I will wash them, because they smell like chemicals then give them to homeless who need clothing, though they surely deserve better. Ordered a sweater got something less than a sweatshirt.

Do not order from this COMPANY! It takes forever and its very poor quality and cheap material. Nothing like the photo. It took almost two months to arrive and it was the wrong merchandise. I ordered a dark brown XL button down sweater. The information written on the package was in Chinese (Mandarin) i could not believe it. I had no idea I was ordering merchandise from overseas and it takes a long time because it has to go through Customs. Returning it will probably turn into another nightmare.

Well I purchased two jackets and one long knitted sweater December 3rd 2019, January 27th 2020 only one jacket arrived couldn't get my arm in the sleeve supposed to be XL. It looked like a child had sewn the jacket. The material quality was very poor the fur pile was about 1/4 of an Inch deep. Looks like I've been taken. Nothing like the representation on the web site. I wouldn't mind but I saw someone locally wearing a jacket exactly like the one I thought I had ordered, so was thrilled with what I thought I was getting. So dissapointed.

I baught a winter coat 2 months ago, I emailed them asking where my order is, they replied no worries it will be sent, that was a month ago, i emailed them again saying to cancel my order by the time they decide to send it winter will be over and to cancel my order and give me my money back and when i sent that email it came back that address cannot be found, please do not order from these China scammers, thought about turning them into BBB but that won't help any so i decided not too, I'll just make sure when i order online next it won't have anything do do with China

On the website the jackets look full and fluffy but when they arrive the material is so slim it looks like a raincoat!
The material is so cheap it's like some kind of plastic! I ordered 6 items and only received 2, and one of the two was a wrong item. I ordered them on December 09,2019 and received them on January 24th 2020!
They lure you and with Their black Friday deals and their website looks legit, I never once thought that their company was not out of the US... But it's all a scam. Be warned and stay away, I tried to email them several times and kept getting the same email bags then finally they started responding in Chinese when I kept telling them to please respond in English they finally stopped responding altogether.
