What a Mistake!
December 4, 2019

It's been over a month and still have not received my merchandise. Customer service said they have upgraded me to expedited shipping for free, but that was almost 2 weeks ago! I've told them 5 times now to cancel the order and refund my money, and they continue to tell me they've have contacted the manufacturer who will ship the product within the next few days. Order cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the produce has not shipped, but they are not even acknowledging my request. Should have read reviews before ordering - won't make that mistake again!

Negative one is too high

Don't not buy from this company! It is called bait and switch. I ended up with the ugliest coat on the face of the earth. They refused to fund my money for sending the wrong item. I will never buy anything made in China again.

Thieves!

I ordered on 10/24/19 and as of today, 12/12/19, I still have nothing to show for it even though they charged my card the same day I placed my order. This "company" is a complete scam and apparently have no problem stealing money from people.

This are so bad that you could not even call them knock offs of the real thing.
The fabrics are flawed and see through, the patterns don't match the photos.
One dress had a bodice size 6 and bottom about size 20.
They do no deliver all your items.

Dreadful goods
July 13, 2020

I purchased 2 dresses. Sizing completely wrong. Tiny! One dress was damaged and had marks on it. I asked to exchange and was advised they wont take my return. Suggested I give the dresses to friends or try and wear them? $6 voucher offered for future purchases. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered a holiday dress that was gorgeous. It was one of the prettiest dresses I had ever seen, and so me. The delivery was really slow, but it did arrive yesterday. It looks nothing like what I ordered--A piece of $#*! cheap clothing. My bank is starting a charge back because I am really angry about this. I will never order anything online again without reading the reviews. No point in returning it back to china--into the goodwill bag it will go.

Very disappointing
February 9, 2024

I ordered when I went to pay my card was charged for alot more than I orderedI called immediately and was told I couldn't cancel my order. When it came I put return to sender and I contacted them with a tracking number. They said it would be 30 days to get my refund. 30 days came and went and I tried to reach them again with no response. I filed through PayPal and got some of my money back but they have kept around50.00. Bad business. Never again!

I ordered 4 items on 9/2/19. I received 1 dress after 2 months & numerous emails. The quality of the fabric and sewing was horrible. The fit on the top of the dress was for someone without breasts. I wanted to send it back for a refund but it would have cost $82 to ship it back & the dress was only $16 to start with. 3 Other items have never been received. They send you these tracking #s, and it seems that 1 item arrived in Texas. I am 2000 miles away from there. Now the site no longer exists.

They sell in English and if they answer it is in Chinese or some other language. I got it translated, which said: Mailbox full. I filed a complaint through PayPal. I'm getting the run around here. The merchant finally responded to PayPal with made up shipping numbers. Then they asked me to drop the complaint. Then the net response was a offer of $6 refund instead of $67 refund that I am due. Still PayPal charge is under review.

Facebook screwed up
December 9, 2019

Facebook should have checked company before letting them put on ads. I ordered on 11-3 and today is 12-9 and nothing. Have tried to get information and finally Nov. 14 they answered saying processing is 10-20 days then shipping is 3-6 days by expedited and my item will be sent around Nov 18. HA! Nothing yet. Nov. 25 sent email wanting tracking info, NO reply so I sent another email saying if no info by 12-4 would refer to PayPal resolution center. 12-3 they sent email saying they told factory to speed up my order and will send email with tracking when shipped. Yeah right! I am now going to file with PayPal to see if they can do anything, probably not. It all goes back to FaceBook not verifying these companies before letting them advertise.

Took 6 months to deliver

Waited 6 months, sent wrong size, and wrong blouses! This is NOT a reputable company, nice clothing style, NO delivery to USA! Horrible communication and just A-minus on friendliness! Don't buy from them!

Total scam. I spent over $100 for 5 items. Only 4 arrived & they were all absolutely unwearable. One even had holes at neckline, Hems were unfinished, fabric quality was dreadful. Unfulfilled promises went on & on for 4 months. Request for full refund of course was ignored.

I ordered 11 items, after 3 weeks the order had not shipped. Their policy indicates they will honor a full refund if product had not shipped. I requested a refund for an email that surely was a standard reply indicating the due to volume orders were delayed. There was no indication they read my email. I responded with a request to cancel, they didn't.
I filed a claim to refund my PayPal, they didn't even respond with anything other than the shipping number. They had ended up shipping 3 items, another story. They didn't respond to the additional questions from PayPal so I got refunded.
The 3 items I received were such crap I can't imagine anyone wearing them. I will wash them, because they smell like chemicals then give them to homeless who need clothing, though they surely deserve better. Ordered a sweater got something less than a sweatshirt.

Don't buy from them
December 16, 2019

They have 3 days left then I go to my attorney general as well as law enforcement for fraud and deception. You need to do that also. The goal is to shut them down permanently. It's been two months and no order. Several emails from them always promising and delivering nothing. Shut them down.

Incorrect items or not shipped. I received one item it was the completely wrong color and the proportions of size was way too small. When I complained about not receiving the second item 3 months later they finally sent me a blue dress But it wasn't even the same dress Again could not wear and it was too small. Went through PayPal resolution center. They recommend contacting the supplier first. Contacted them they were good at conversing back-and-forth requiring I send a picture of the items. And then they offered me a $6 refund when I paid $70. I said no and I haven't heard from them since. Back to contacting PayPal, I guess.

I originally received a email saying that they apologize and are working on my order, but it is January 20 now and still nothing has come. Now I tried to email them back several of times and I'm getting a encrypted email with Chinese or Japanese writing... WTH

Ordered dress that they said was embroidered over gauze. The skirt looked quite full. Got printed dress... pattern nothing like picture... that was of cheap nylon, very opaque, and the skirt was straight. This site is a scam. Stay away from it.

Junk! Complete Junk

Ordered a couple of dresses for Christmas for my granddaughter and the dresses did not resemble the pictures that I ordered. Material is flimsy and the dresses ran real small. Only spend about $60.00, so not worth sending back (to CHINA, NO LESS!). Yeah, learned my lesson - you get what you pay for. Dresses are being pitched or donated.

If I could give them a negative -100% I would!
On the website the jackets look full and fluffy but when they arrive the material is so slim it looks like a raincoat!
The material is so cheap it's like some kind of plastic! I ordered 6 items and only received 2, and one of the two was a wrong item. I ordered them on December 09,2019 and received them on January 24th 2020!
They lure you and with Their black Friday deals and their website looks legit, I never once thought that their company was not out of the US... But it's all a scam. Be warned and stay away, I tried to email them several times and kept getting the same email bags then finally they started responding in Chinese when I kept telling them to please respond in English they finally stopped responding altogether.

Two of the items that arrived bore zero resemblance to what was ordered. The pants on screen were striped, blowsy in the leg and said to be summer weight cotton. What came was a solid colour, no stripes, winter weight knit and tapered like a bowling pin. They looked like the hem had shrunk in a flood. They would not accept them for return. I am still waiting on the credit I was to receive in 5-15 days for a sweater that perhaps thankfully was unavailable. I read some reviews and ignored them as the merchandise looked so good. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
