I purchased goods and asked to return one dress. They will not respond to my repeated emails. Normally ok but as I very rarely shop online and have been forced to do so by Corona Virus, I am willing to give time. However, 3 weeks is long enough for someone to respond by email
I purchased 2 dresses. Sizing completely wrong. Tiny! One dress was damaged and had marks on it. I asked to exchange and was advised they wont take my return. Suggested I give the dresses to friends or try and wear them? $6 voucher offered for future purchases. DO NOT BUY from this company.
