Quality of clothes greatly diminished. The designs terribly unflattering. And the price point has remained the same. Boring frumpy looking styles now. Sad.

JJill pants used to fit me like a glove. For years. Through weight losses and weight gains, I could always find great pants that would fit. New designer and/ or manufacturer has changed the quality and style of these clothes. The staff is disinterested. Maybe overworked. I am not going to shop there again.
