Not what it used to be

I subscribed to only Comcast internet a few years ago so that I could get away from high cost Cable & Satellite Tv. Picture quality and connection was great for a few years unfortunately Comcast has slowed down the internet and we get a lot of buffering and picture stoppage while watching Tv now. We already pay close to $90 a month and now they want more for a better package to get what I once had. Looking into T Mobile internet & will be saying good bye to greedy Comcast

Comicast does not listen

It took me 6 months to FINALLY speak with a live agent. The account is in my late husband's name. I wanted to account switched into my name. Instead, they have "added" me to his account. Even though I sent them a copy of his death certificate, he still has an account. I cannot access said account because I do not know the password. I can't get anywhere with them on opening a new account in my name only. They insist that his name be on the account also. They are rude and hopelessly misguided in what they've been taught as to how to treat the people who pay them, i.e. The customer pays their wages. Without customers they would have NO job and there would be NO comicast.
I'm exhausted from talking to reps who refuse to understand my request. I'm exhausted from being put on hold and hung up on by rude reps. My husband is DEAD. He should no longer have an account.

I can't seem to get the same charges from this company for more than a few months
They are constantly adding extra charges even though we supposedly have a contract
Customer service is totally worthless as is their customer care department
They care all right but only about themselves

Automated service

Seriously, whoever created the automated service for when you call Comcast, they deserve their $#*! beat. You literally have people screaming at their phones to speak to n operator because it does whatever possible to not get you to a live person. It is literally the worst automated system ever created.

June 24, 2020

After hours and hours on hold 3 times in one week I was finally able to get a new modem. Then more hours in activating it. When tech was done still no internet, no connection. Then he told me it was my computers and contact the manufacturers.So now it was my problem. I tried opening wifi and stated no connection.So no one could come out and all of this agrivation for nothing. They wanted to keep paying for internet even though I was not connected. Everything was fine on Wed, then 3 trucks were on my street and then no internet connection so now I gave up comcast. Pat

Bring your customer service call centers back to America the representatives are horrible you can't understand them and they can't understand you it's really a joke i honestly don't understand why hire a bunch of people out of the country that don't speak our language to handle your customer services ‍

Just unbelievable

You talk to Johnny in India most of the time. You cannot discuss billing at the local Xfinity store. You get an agreement with customer service online which they don't respect. They try to upsell you stuff you don't want and then cut you off as departments don't seem to speak to each other. ATT is bad but this is just awful

Avoid comcast

I'm been in comcast for a while. They charge lot of money which increase over time. They don't allow you payment arraignments if you late. They will sent you to collections double the amount you owe. I owed them 320$ and comcast sent to collection for 689. Avoid comcast or you will be in trouble.

Comcast worst company

I was happy with them till before corona hit. Now they charged me for services I did not owe. Raised prices to crazy amount. When trying to get a hold of a life person to talk to they don't know how to help you because they don't speak English. I will never go back! They are scamers!

There is no customer service and if you need to stop service don't count on Xfinity coming to get their equipment that you pay to rent from them. They put all the responsibility on the customer to mail it back. They are just another monopoly super-sized corporation that can do whatever they want to screw the customer!

Comcast/ xfinity is thesocks. Internet carrier in the whole damn USA. And their customer service sucks. Just can't wait to switch out from them. People if you can get another carrier pls do it don't have regrets like me and others out there... the only reason I guess them a 1 star it's because its not a zero star.

I was on the phone for over a hour spoke with five different people and asked them one question over 12 times and couldn't get an answer to a simple question. It was so odd that each person avoided answering my question.

I use Chrome. The icon to check Xfinity email now gives one option: Sign Out. There's a banner at the top of a page with a link to check email, so apparently this is a workaround. The link gives one option: This Page Can't Be Loaded. I phoned customer service - the automated system insisted that I use text, or upgrade video recording, or join the rewards program, then it hangs up after making me listen for 15 min, ignoring my request to speak to an agent. I call back. The automated system goes through the same advertising but after 15 min, connects me a live person in billing, who says they've been having issues with email and that I need tech support. He also promises that I won't need to wait a third time. He places me on hold. As I wait for tech support, I hear the automated system stating that the wait time is 20 minutes and a recording saying that Xfinity services are not compatible with Chrome and customers should try a different browser. Unacceptable.

Cable is always out, internet is spotty... ive called and been hung up on more times then I can count. I was told I have to pay my bill before I can dispute any issues. Pay for a not working service?. Then i was told by a tech that my cable was being reset because he saw all the issues we were having (cable and internet)... online rep told me he had to run a check on my line, it required a reset of my cable... he then told me to hold. And hung up. My cable never reset... i called back and the automated system said to call back tomorrow... They were closed!?!?! Im done with Comcast! But i cant even cancel.

I've been a customer of Comcast for about ten years and every time they try to charge me more and more for my plan. This year I've been talking to three different agents and I haven't been able to lower my plan yet. I don't know how many people do I have to talk to fix this issue. I'm very disappointed with this.

I have been generally happy with comcast. It just sucks how there is so little competition in today's market. The competitor in our area is dish network, and I have had major problems with them. Comcast is at least decent.

Worst customer service
November 10, 2020

We are trying to contact Comcast regarding
No service sign on our small kitchen TV. Stores are closed for Covid, no one with knowledge will help, phone calls gets routed to no one in particular who can help, there call back with no one on the other side. Worst worst company. How do they stay in business? I would rate them no stars at all if I could. Did I say they are the worst company

Make payments arrangements with them for the 11. They turn of my service on the 6. After they ask me for my debit card. Call them to ask them why my service was off after making arrangements.she stated they couldn't hold it. I ask speaks to a supervisor she stated the billing the was close for the day I told her I been with them for over 20 years that's not how you treat your clients. Now I'm looking forward to find a better company. They nothing but theft over charging people even if you not home you getting charged don't he them

Sick of your internet

I am extremely pissed off at your service. I have your service 6 years and every 2 months you have to send a tech to my house to fix your crap. You have literally replaced everything from the modem to the line & everything In between. Then you have to make it impossible to talk to an agent. Fastest & best 5G internet around that don't work but a 1/4 of the time. What a joke... wish I had a list for as many times as your service guy has been here
