2 of the 3 items were fine. The slippers were clearly too small. I have gotten size 7 (my normal size) in the past and they were fine. This pair was more like a 6. I cannot wear them. It was too costly for me to return them. You should have paid for their return. I will not be doing business with your company again because of this.

I received my purchase well before the expected arrival date; however, one item was broken, but there is no hassle replacement and no hassle to send back a broken item cause you do not need to, awesome, thanks

The products arrived and were all okay except the sonar sun disc that goes on as a pole topper. It had areas along the seams that seemed a little chipped. Applied some clear nail polish and it seems fine.
Also put the border edging around my mailbox and it looks great,

I wanted a small holiday tree that I can keep out for other holidays besides Christmas. This little tree is exactly what I've been looking for to do that. The pup toys? Well, she is terribly spoiled. LOL

Fine no problem with the delivery. I will probably order again if the price is right or if I need anything else from your catalog. Sometimes my children or grandchildren see something that my for their birthday present.

The pillow are great. We ordered from you because it included pillow cases we did not get those. I reached out said I was being transferred to the correct department have not hear back as of this time.

I am very happy with this company. I have always received my orders promptly. What is really important to me is when something is on back order or out of stock, they notify me promptly. I really appreciate that. I also like the fact that I haven't had to pay shipping charges.

THE ONLINE SITE AND PAPER CATALOG ARE EASY AND CONCISEW TO READ AND ORDER. ITEMS REALLY NICE BUT TACKING ON ADDITIONAL MONEY AND FEES IS NOT! ONE BIG REASON WHY I MAY NOT BE SHOPPING WITH COLLECTIONS ANYMORE!

Received my order but no receipt. No paperwork what so ever. Would like a receipt mailed to me at. *******@icloud.com. My email address is valid. Placed the order on Feb 5 or 6. I also am blind in one eye and cannot see robot crap

Shopping at Collections.com is very convenient and easy. I will say though that sometimes what you see on the page is not quite what you get. Also, the delivery of the package was slow. It arrived about a week after it should have. But all in all, I am satisfied and will shop again at Collections.

Little credit card wallet I ordered was a backorder. The company kept me appraised of all information from back order to shipped to delivery. Arrived prior to expected shipping date. Appreciate being kept in loop during entire process.

The box of 3 items from Collections Etc. arrived looking like it had been used as a soccer ball! It was dented and beaten in on all four sides - and it wasn't a small box! Amazingly, the items were okay, nothing was glass or fragile, thank goodness. Something happened along the way - you need to check into who is handling your packages.

I ordered 2 couch covers at 1/3 of the price elsewhere. They are well made and I like them. I also ordered a snap front house dress. I had trouble finding this product and was excited when I found it here.
