Collections Etc.

Received all items I ordered. Quality on 2 items was terrible (butterfly back bra and waist trimmer) they were in no way strong enough to hold in or hold up anything. I have returned these two items using the Fast Return Label supplied by Collections but have not received notice after 9 days that the items have been received.

Loved the products! Delivery time was excellent! I am always extremely pleased every time I place an order with Collections. Have been ordering for over 10 years, especially at Christmas, and have never been disappointed. This order will provide joy for an 80 year old birthday recipient!

I received the 2 candle sets and they are gorgeous. They have been left on all day and night for 2 days now, (tonight will be night 3), and their still going strong like the very first night that I turned them on. The flickering light gives off such a cozy and warm feeling and look, I'am very pleased with these candles and the candle wreath. Very good quality too I might add. I just might purchase more.

I ordered 3 different plants. All arrived in excellent condition and now 3 weeks later are thriving in my garden. I'm so very pleased and will continue purchasing from Collections as always. I highly recommend.

Easy ordering process and very prompt delivery. I really enjoy my copper magnetic bracelet and can already notice a difference after wearing it for a day. I don't have pain from my arthritis! Highly recommend.

The selection of products offered in your catalog by your company are nice. Prices reasonable, delivery quick and easy. The only disappointment is your affiliation with certain political candidates. Please remove my name and address from your mailing list.

We ordered 2 bags of grass seed that we have used before. Gave the catalog to my neighbor so she could order some too because she likes our lawn. Then she told us she found the same thing on-line for $5.00 less so ordered hers there.

The two items that I returned were a garden whirly-gig, it didn't have all the parts to put it together. The other was the fake spider plant for outside. They were very spindly and even all 3 plants together did not make one good one! The other thing I ordered was planting bags for tomatoes. I haven't used them yet, but hopefully they will work out ok.

Since I found through Amazon, I presumed I would get a 2 or 3 day turnaround. I did not, and missed my event date, even though I paid additional shipping. I can't find my invoice, but I believe I'm missing one of the items I ordered. I don't believe I will do business with Collections Etc. again.

I have been in touch several times about my order. It is being returned. I was furious to see the shipping and handling costs charged were half again what the cost of item was. Outraged. They refused to cancel my order. It came when I was out of town. Asking for a full refund.

It is easy to shop collections etc. I always appreciate the site & prompt delivery of items I order.

The casual slip-on shoes I ordered were/are very uncomfortable. I cannot wear them. However, the expense of returning out-weighs the small refund. The blouse looks good in your catalog, but not in person!

When order was received I realized I did not order enough panels. I called customer service and they were not willing to help place an order with free shipping. How can you expect repeat customers without helping them

I was more than pleased with the faux fur bedspread. It is beautiful and so well made. The other items in the order did not fit. Some were too small, and some too large. I will probably order from your catalog again though as most items are great.
