This is not my first order. On Dec 31,2019, I placed an identical order. It disappeared. The only evidence I have is a printout from PayPal. Pay Pal itself no longer has information about the older order.
I did receive this: ********************* DeliveredThursday 1/23/2020 at 2:49 pm.
First order disappeared. Second order on Jan 20 arrived in good shape.
Product instructions should have been more comprehensive and should have told us what NOT to open or remove (such as the pre-installed waste bags).

I received Items #******* & #******* and they were ok I am keeping them...but I returned iitems #******* & #*******...They were not acceptable to me.I had a very hard time trying to return the items...I finally got someone to send me a return label but, I was charged a fee for the return...and it still hasn't shown up on my credit card. Perhaps it has not been enough time for that to happen.Most companies send a return label when you order...I ordered from you in Sept and those items were acceptable...I probably won't order again because of the return procedure...the return label # **************9805 is for the items I returned...Thank you
I regret that I had to return the product because it was to large for my dishwasher. I sent it back in the original box but as of yesterday Nov. 27 I haven't received conformation that you received it. USPS Track# ********************* on 11/15/2017
This is the second time I have to try ordering because yesterday you keep telling there was something wrong w/my credit card.______________________
I believe this is the time I kept ordering an item that had a sale price and when I was finishing the order the price will go up. I email you and it took 2 to 3 days to get a response. I eventually was able to get what I wanted and everything worked out but I waisted a lot time (unnecessarily)

I placed this order to be delivered to a friend's address in a different state, for her birthday. She did receive the order, but she said there was no indication of who sent it or why. I did not receive a notification of the delivery either. I had to call my friend an ask if she received it. She liked the gift, but I think this could have been handled better by Collections, Etc.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is customerservice@winstonbrands.com They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
