Collections Etc is one of my go-to places to shop. I am always happy with the prices and quality of the items I choose.

I love Collections Etc. I have placed orders twice and was extremely pleased with the quality of the products. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent!

I can always find exactly what I am looking for at a reasonable price.

Fast delivery-clothing was as described and true to size

Easy ordering, fast shipping, and I got it cheaper than expected. They were easy to install.

It was easy to order, and the prices were good. Some of the merchadise was cheaper than expected and disappointing, such as the table-type magnifying glass for reading. Quality has seemed to be going down, maybe to keep prices reasonable. But cheap goods is not helping.

I mostly have good experiences with them, however the last order of flowers aren't that great. Looks to fake.

These were not the birds I thought they would be. 4-5 years ago I ordered the most beautiful birds from you. They were full bodied birds. The ones I ordered were flat pieces of tin. They can only be placed one way. Not happy but I won't send them back.

Order was on time and item was available. Easy to order online. Good quality merchandise.

THE ONLINE SITE AND PAPER CATALOG ARE EASY AND CONCISEW TO READ AND ORDER. ITEMS REALLY NICE BUT TACKING ON ADDITIONAL MONEY AND FEES IS NOT! ONE BIG REASON WHY I MAY NOT BE SHOPPING WITH COLLECTIONS ANYMORE!

Your company should check the anti-snore chin strap as this one was marked L but was no larger that the one that we had ordered that was M and is unusable.

I haven't had a chance to use the cover but intend to this weekend. Happy so far

Website is easy to look at, search works great, prices are good, shipping was fast.

Delivery was slow.
Items were too small.
Had to give them away.

Very good quality curtains with a pretty forest scene.

I am disappointed in the curtains as they are hardly light blocking and certainly not light blocking which my catalogue said they were. But they look good enough to keep. I do really like the bedspread and sheets.

Pretty little decor items. Shoe quality is not fantastic, but would work for occasional cute sandal use.

Delivery status update on my last order that I placed you

At this point I have only received half my order. I have contacted Customer Service and are now waiting to receive the balance of my order with no additional charges.

We ordered different things. The CD's came better protected this time compared to the time before where they came with broken cases which they replaced. I will never order shoes from Collections Etc. again since they do not have half sizes and they wanted almost $12.00 to return the shoes.
