We recently went on a trip to Kenya and Tanzania and had some amazing pictures we wanted printed for our house. I decided on metal prints and tried my usual photo creator site, but didn't like how they were turning out. I found collage.com and decided to give it a shot. Their creator was very easy to use, so the whole process through ordering and shipping was easy and quick. When the 5 mental prints arrived, they looked great, but one had a small chip in the corner. Customer service had reached out to me to follow up on the prints before I could reach out, so I told them about the issue and Mike responded so quickly and offered to send a new one right away. I also asked if it could be lightened a little took since it came out slightly darker and he did, no questions asked! Just a great overall experience. Will be back for future photo print item needs!

I had a metal print done by Collage.com, which arrived in an overly large poorly padded box, with the print done very poorly. I could have forgiven this but the customer service inferred the image problem was mine. I am a semi-pro photographer and do my own printing, and knew the image that I had submitted on the web site was drastically different than the one I received. I have had other work done here that was fine, but my experience with this has soured me on this company. Note that the company also makes it difficult to provide ratings on their own website, so there is likely to be a positive bias.

I have ordered throughout the years from this company and have had an amazing experience every time. I've only ever had two issues with when an item would be delivered with this most recent one being an issue with where I live and the lack of expedited shipping to Hawaii. Their website warned about that. When I had one representative tell me something that turned out not to be possible given my location, they were absolutely amazing in responding to me, following up within a few hours and going above and beyond to even issue a credit when they didn't need to. I have done online shopping throughout the years and this is by far the BEST customer service company I've ever experience. Not only that but their quality in photo blankets is amazing and in my opinion their photo books are such a better quality than Shutterfly. That's why I keep coming back to them and tell everyone to go to them. Aloha Ariana for your help today!

I had a custom made family tree ordered on etsy and then I went to collage.com to have it printed on an enlarged canvas. The quality turned out beautiful and the shipping was super fast. When I had any questions or concerns I was answered promptly and they were super easy to work with. Good customer service is hard to find these days, where as a printing company is not. So because of the customer service I will definitely use them over anybody else out there. Thanks so much!

I ordered a photo blanket to be made through Livingsocial deal. I have had several blankets made over the years thru several different companies. I must say Collage.com did an EXCELLENT job on the pictures (very clear) and the blanket is just as nice as those other places I previously purchased and was much less costly. Easy to add pictures; website easy to navigate. Shipping price was very reasonable. Order came in plenty of time for the holidays. Highly recommend.

Collage has made many products for me in the past, such as phone cases, canvas prints, posters, and other pictures that I have personally customized! All of them have come in great quality as well as good condition! I have also interacted with their staff in customer service and they are very wonderful people. Kathryn was the one who helped me and she's amazing! Very quick to respond and helpful!

I have ordered many photos blankets, and the ones from Collage.com are by far the very best! Bright, Sharp, Fast shipping, Great CS! I can't believe a word of the negative comments because collage.com has been fabulous for me time after time! This last order was for my 93 yr old Auntie. I never thought my project would turn out so well, get shipped so fast and be so easy to make! I had reservations about doing something like this, thought the pictures would turn out all blurry, but my husband and i were blown away at how nice these came out... our moms will be thrilled to get their Christmas gift from us this year! PS-- we got the standard fleece and it is soft and comfy, and we got the size that covers a queen size bed... I honestly can't say enough positives about my experience and will be using collage.com for future projects!

"YOU GUYS TRULY ROCK"! You're the Best! I received my blanket yesterday, WOW! The great work and quick turnaround was unbelievable. Seems like I just placed the order, had no idea, it would get here on time. It was a last minute request, although, I paid for the over-night/express, I really didn't expect it to arrive so soon. But thanks to you all, the day was saved! Tonight is the birthday dinner and the blanket can be presented at the dinner. The blanket is gorgeous. Words can't express the gratitude I feel.
