It was really easy to customize the fleece blanket I was ordering. I got a quick confirmation email that my order had been placed and got my item much quicker than I expected. There was an error when I got the blanket. It was missing a picture. I emailed them and within 24 hours I got a reply from Shell fixing the issue. Shell was able to see an error with the collage builder and she was quick to send me a corrected blanket. I just received the corrected blanket and its exactly how I designed it.

-Over the course of the last year, I have designed and ordered several projects for various family members. My family has been ecstatic over the gifts. They are so very personal and of such high quality that they will surely become family heirlooms.
-The site is easy to use for any level of computer user. It is simple to upload your photos and to edit them on the site too. You can add extra special effects and text, save your work, and come back later to finish it. You can take all the time you need to make it just perfect.
-They constantly offer fabulous specials making the projects very affordable. I buy several of the specials at once to save and use for projects throughout the year.
-Production and shipping are lightening fast with accurate tracking numbers.
-Customer service? AMAZING! They are so sweet, polite, and helpful. I had an address problem that was entirely my fault. When I realized my mistake, I called. It was too late to change it since it had already gone into production. They created a new order and sent a new one to the correct address at no additional cost to me at all! I highly recommend talking with Kristen. She is an angel!

I came across Collage last year through Groupon. What caught my eye was the idea of creating a blanket for each member of our ringette team. We had lots of photos from the year and this was a unique way to present them - versus the traditional book. We customized every blanket and the girls (and their parents) were blown away by them. The quality, colour etc was incredible. After these blankets I began to create more for family and this Christmas was given my own."Family is Forever" blanket. I am especially glad to have received it as it has photos of our dog and cat, who both expectantly passed away in January. What better way to keep warm at night than being surrounded by loved ones! I have used Collage.com three different times now, and I am beyond pleased with this company. Also, the representative that helped me on my most recent order was named Jay. Jay went, what I believe to be "above and beyond" what any customer service rep. Has done in any company that I've ever dealt with! He was so helpful with not only the product, but also with the whole check out process. I just wished there were more customer service representatives like Jay at Colalge.com! :)

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I have purchased a deal on Living Social and was having trouble accessing the project page on Collage.com's website. After talking with very nice representatives I have been helped by one of the managers, Leah.
Leah was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to get my project done to my satisfaction. She ended up creating the project for me, while working closely on the phone with me. She even called me from her home, while being out sick, just to finish my project.
My photo blankets turned out beautiful! And I have received the most professional, courteous and personable customer service ever! Thank you, Leah!

My husband got me a living social voucher for a blanket for Christmas. We were waiting and waiting for the high def pictures from our photographer, but we were running out of time, so I figured the blanked will be fuzzy anyway, so it won't be bad. I was right, the pictures are beautiful, and just fuzzy enough that I can't tell that they aren't the high def files.

Making the blanket was super easy. I had all the pictures in a folder from making picture books, so I imported them, moved a few of my favorites to be bigger, or more centered, and this was SUPER EASY.

My only issue was that the blanket is very thin, and appears to be almost useless for keeping warm (I ordered the Fleece, rather than the Velveteen). Maybe this is meant to be more of a display object than a blanket, but our house just isn't big enough for this. Shell contacted me and offered the option of upgrading my blanket to the velveteen, and now I am completely satisfied.

Shell's customer service was above and beyond what I had expected, and I would definitely recommend this blanket to family or friends.

We have ordered various pieces, including several blankets, from collage.com We have been highly satisfied with every product, as have the people for whom the blankets have been ordered as gifts. Beyond the products themselves, we've had to submit prompt substitutes when we've made foolish errors (e.g., duplicate pictures), and once got into a jam when we couldn't submit a discount certificate on time due to illness. Each time, their responses have been prompt and helpful. Count us a highly satisfied customers!

I purchased this photo blanket online for a Christmas gift. I was a little leery not actually seeing a finished product in person, but they said 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I figured I had nothing to loose. Well, it was better than I expected, mostly because the blanket itself is high quality material and the pictures and colors were absolutely amazing. I am so impressed... really. It is so nice to get what you pay for and not be disappointed. Thank you Collage.com, I am sure to use your service again.

I found collage.com via a good search. I wanted to put together a collage of images from an event I ran, and the product did it perfectly. The problem? I couldn't find a way to get a high res version, so I started up the live chat and proceeded to have one of the awesomest customer service conversations ever with Jay. Completely helpful, helped me achieve my objectives, etc. Really amazing. Thanks collage.com. I'd recommend you to anyone!

I purchased a Collage blanket through Living Social at a really cheap rate and wasn't expecting too much from it. I thought right away to it for my daughter's wedding shower will all pictures from her growing up years with friends & family. I delayed and had to ask for extensions a few times and always the customer services was great. Well the shower is coming so I had to get working quickly and putting the collage together was so simple I had it done in less than an hour. Once I was satisfied that with the picture placement I submitted it and was told it would take about 2 weeks to arrive. I was very nervous as the shower was only three weeks away. To my surprise the blanket arrived in less than 1 week and when I opened it I actually cried! It is beautiful. I am so excited to see my daughters face when she sees it I almost want to give it to her right now. Thank you so much for this wonderful gift that I am going to get all the credit for. I can't wait to start my next collage blanket, they are wonderful!

Initially I had a lot of problems using my voucher to place an order. Lisa the Chat support operator walked me through all the problems like a pro. Without her I would not have been able to place the order at the right price. Website ordering can be quite confusing especially when using a voucher. With the Chat support, it is manageable and can seem quite easy. The chat support is a critical component to making sales for this product. Keep up the good work.

I never post reviews, but received some really excellent customer service from Collage.com and felt it necessary to spread the word!

I ordered a blanket for Valentine's Day on February 2, at the advice of one of the agents who were always extremely helpful and available on their chat platform. I was told that by selecting 2-day shipping, I would safely receive the blanket on time.

It randomly occurred to me on February 9 that I had not received any email confirmation of the order so I thought it would be best to double check. I found that not only had I not received an email confirmation, but when I attempted to sign in, the site had no record of my order! I suspect that this was my fault because I was multitasking as I created the order and thought I finalized shipping and payment options.

After chatting with one of the customer service agents, who were extremely sympathetic, they found a record of an email communication I had, confirming that if I had placed the order on February 2, the blanket would arrive by Valentine's Day. They gave me a coupon code for overnight shipping and even took steps to ensure that printing would begin on my order the same day. The blanket is set to arrive today, three days early! I am so thrilled that they were able to make this happen for me.

I have just placed my order, so therefore cannot comment yet on shipping or quality, but as stated by many others, the Customer service is unmatched in today's world! It is so difficult to find a company that cares about each individual order, and this one sure does. I spoke with Jay and Carrie and they both were immensely helpful. The site will sometimes have a delay, (which you can expect with the amount of images that get uploaded to it every minute) but they are very prompt in helping you as well as explaining that they are working on fixing any issue! I will most definitely be ordering again as well as spreading the word.

This is a website u can create photo collages to print on different mediums with an appropriate pay. U can also download your collages. Its really cool and u can customize your photos very easily. It provides chat with the employees of the website to clear your doubts regarding the website and as far as i know this is only website i found on Google which we can create photo collages without the need of adobe flash player. Enjoy!

BEST customer service! I ordered a collage blanket on 12/31/14 for my mother in law's birthday gift. Her birthday is in the middle of January. I called collage.com customer service when I did not receive it and they told me to call again if it didn't arrive a few days later. I called again a few days later they said that's too long to wait, they will make another blanket and ship it 2-day shipping. The lady I spoke to said if the first order arrives, I will have two blankets. My first order arrived a few days after my phone call and the second order arrived a week later. We are keeping the extra blanket for ourselves as a keepsake. The blanket is a thin fleece blanket and the print quality is superb! My mother in law is in the process of hanging her blanket on the wall. I will definitely order from collage.com again!

I had ordered a 16x16 microfiber pillow on 6/8/18 for my friend whose dog passed away last week. They received it last night, 2 days ahead of schedule and they couldn't be more thrilled with this gift. The quality is fantastic, once again you guys exceed my expectations! On 1/21/15 I ordered a blanket through you and that was gorgeous. I will continue to use you guys of course! I just hope in the future it's for more than just pet memorials! Thank you again.
