I love Collage.com. I had the pleasure of working with Jake when I was making my initial orders. He was extremely patient and helpful while i scrolled through the pictures I wanted to include on the blankets.The blankets are beautiful and the quality of the pictures is excellent. I ordered nine blankets, eight of them were perfect and one had an imperfection. Collage.com honored their "Just Right Guarantee "without hesitation. I appreciate a company who takes pride in both, the before the sale and after the sale. Alaina has great customer service! I had some issues and she was great in handling this for me very promotly at that! Initially I didn't think I would be a returning customer but the company definitely stands behind it's guarentee and I will most definitely continue to use them! I have been using collage.com for a number of years and have quite a collection of very sentimental photo books I have done for myself and family members. Due to the holidays, plus the fact that I am a part-time resident of Fl. & Ma.; our mail delivery got messed up. I contacted collage.com and they are sending me 2 orders of 4 photo books, which got lost in the mail at no charge. Now that's a company I want to deal with. They are the best!

I ordered a pillowcase that was BEAUTIFUL! But the shower curtain I ordered came out blurry because I included a lot of text that was too small. I was really disappointed with the result, so I emailed customer service at 5:00 PM to ask if there's anything that could be done. Within minutes, I had an email from a friendly representative with a special code to order a brand new shower curtain free of charge. When they say your satisfaction is garunteed, they MEAN IT! I am so pleased with this company that I will absolutely order again (and again!). Even though my order wasn't perfect, they made it right!
I have to be honest, the website itself is not beautiful or as user friendly as other known competitors but the customer service was worth every penny and bit of frustration. I made sure to order my photo blanket with ample time to deliver to my family. The tracking information indicated it was delivered but to my dismay now gift was to be found RIGHT at Christmas.
I called at 8:30PM (Eastern) and was immediately met with a Annette S. She was a great representative and one any company should be lucky to have answering the phone for irritated and stressed holiday shoppers. Before I could say anything more than the basics she quickly did all she could to rectify the crummy situation. She felt bad for the mix-up which of course was no real fault of collage.com but rather the the USPS who are swamped at this time of year and perhaps not fully prepared for the extra special delivery packages UPS normally takes on. Not only did she re-order the product for me but she made sure I was even happier with the item and made sure to put a rush on the photo blanket. I just love each of my projects that I have ordered. To date I've ordered 3 different blankets, posters, and the metal art. I am quite challenged when it comes to computer tech things but I've found their site very user friendly. When I did have a question customer support has always been just a phone call away and has been so friendly and helpful! There are so many other projects I have planned for gifts and this will definitely be my place to get them made.
I created a photo book, and I put the wrong date on the cover of the book. I called customer service and was fortunate to get ahold of Annette, and she changed the date for me. She also went through every page to make sure things looked perfect, and she corrected some other errors for me (I am not a professional by any means)! I just received the product, and it is absolutely perfect! I could not be happier with the quality of the product or the service I received! I will be a repeat customer!

I wanted to make my husband something special for Christmas and have used collage.com before for other memorable gifts. So, this company and its products is the first thing that came to mind.
I was mindful to order by the deadline date to get delivery by Christmas. A week before Christmas, I'd heard nothing about my item shipping, so I reached out to the live chat. I was told that they were delayed but still hoping to get things out in time for a December 24th delivery and that my item would be set for overnight shippings. Yesterday, December 21, I still hadn't heard anything, so had to reach back out to inquire. I was told that there was a delay but they were still hoping to get it shipped by December 24th and was offered a full refund, which I appreciated.
I received my shipping tracking number last night and put it in this morning to see when it'd get to me... only to see it's scheduled for Wednesday, December 28. I contacted, AGAIN, a live chat person at collage.com and was basically told that I should be grateful for getting a refund and that I was still going to get my product. She also told me to contact UPS about the date because they showed it shipping priority and that they don't have control over 3rd party shipping. So, I got ahold of UPS and was told that it was NOT shipped overnight air. It was shipped something else which was not rush or priority at all. When I told the collage.com agent this, she continued to say the same thing and basically called me a liar.
So, not only did I have to continue to reach out to find out what was going on with my product as opposed to being contacted by the company, but I was also told that it would be overnight shipped and it obviously was not. So, now my husband will not have his special gift on Christmas and collage.com has lost a repeat customer for good. I appreciate the refund, but when I get customer service like that, it's obvious that they have some organizational problems and I won't trust the special things that I want to give to loved ones with a company tells me one thing and does another.
I was not sure what to give my mom for Christmas since she lives in a nursing home. My mom also has Alzheimer and since it is declining pretty fast we all know that recognizing us will soon be a struggle.

I receive chemotherapy treatments every 3 weeks! One of my nurses told me about the beautiful blanket she ordered using a groupon coupon! I worked on my blanket till 11:00 pm when I ran into a problem so I called the number when a real person answered and she went above and beyond to help me!
