Supurb customer service

I ordered a photo blanket and a pillow. The pillow came out beautiful, but the blanket had some streaks and a couple of the pictures weren't as clear however, overall quality was ok. I was contacted by customer service to see if I was satisfied with my order. I replied that I was pleased with the pillow, but wasn't as impressed with the blanket and probably wouldn't order from them again. I was asked to send pictures of the problem areas, and then IMMEDIATELY received a confirmation email for a new blanket... AT NO CHARGE. When you find a company that stands behind their workmanship like Collage, you will continue to use them because you know you will be satisfied with your orders.

Made orders with express shipping and would not receive them for WEEKS! After 3 weeks of begging for my order I still did not receive them. Eventually refunded my money. Decided to place another order for a pillow and it was poorly done and the pillow came with out cotton inside it was JUST the case! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR

ALAINE WAS FANTAAAAABULOUSE

Alaine was helping me at check out to clearify a few things for me. She was short and concise and moved the conversation along by not beating around the bush while still making me fell appriciated. Fantastick and efficient site design and easy to use tools even my grand mother can comprihend. All around stupended job i only wish my spell was as good as your site design. :P i cant imagine you have very many bad reviews with people like alaine on your team. Amazing company and customer service

I bought a collage blanket for an upcoming surprise birthday. It was easy to do and we received immediate response from the company. It shipped out right away but didn't arrive at my door. UPS had delivered it to a neighbors by mistake. I called the company before it was located and they didn't want me to worry and shipped another one right away so I would get it in time. They responded quickly by phone and by e-mail. What a great company. I wish all companies were so great to deal with. By the way the blanket is nicely done. Soft and lightweight!

I am extremely pleased and happy with your Customer Service! First of all, I am very impress that I was able to talk to someone in Customer Service on a Sunday(available everyday) when I needed to make some changes on my photobook. I was not expecting to be able to talk to anyone. I am very happy & pleased and impress with Annette. She was very helpful, professional, patient & kind to my concerns about my Photobook. She was able to make the changes I wanted and did it while I was on the phone with her. Thank you so much Annette for going above and beyond what I expected! Blessings to you and Collage! <3

I ordered from collage.com on 12/31/16 and paid for 2 day shipping in order to get me items by 1/10/17 for an out of state wedding I was leaving for and attending on 1/14/17. I received my confirmation email and all was confirmed to arrive on 1/10/17. On 1/9/17, I received an email advising that my order shipped with the tracking number, however, the tracking number may take up to 48 hrs. To be active. Two days later when my package had not arrived, I went to track the package. The tracking number was still not active. I contacted customer support for collage.com and the informed me that a label had been printed but the package never shipped. They would resubmit my order and send the updated information once it shipped. I could not understand why they had to resubmit the order. I then received another confirmation email stating my order had been resubmitted and would arrive by 1/20/17. UNACCEPTABLE! I called collage to find out why it had to be resubmitted and they advised that the order must have been mislabeled but the would rush printing and send it overnight so that I would receive it in time. That same day I received ANOTHER shipping notification with the same tracking number. The next day I checked the tracking number and it was not active. So, once again, I contacted customer service and AGAIN, the order had not shipped. Although they refunded me 100%, and will be shipping it to me free of charge, it's not about the money, I wanted the product to give to the bride and groom. Now I will have to ship it to them. Horrible! I have use Mailpix and Printerpix in the past and I received my order within 2 weeks and the products were beautifully done! Collage.com will NEVER get my business again.

Always satisfied!

For the past few years I have started capturing "our year" in a memory book. Whenever I have a question or needed assistance College.com's customer service "chat" has been more than helpful and has ALWAYS been able to resolve whatever issue I have. They are generous with their coupons and I am always satisfied with the quality of their product. I highly recommend them to everyone!

It may seem odd for me to write a 5-star review on an order that was initially messed up, but Collage.com's customer service is unmatched. I contacted them and without question they worked with me to resolve the problem and replaced the print. I am very impressed and will use Collage.com in the future, because knowing a company will work their hardest to deliver the best product is peace of mind for me the customer.

A new fan is born!

I checked out collage.com after purchasing a Groupon voucher. I have already made 2 more quilts and purchased 3 gift coupons for loved ones and this was prior to receiving my 2nd quilt, where I had made a blunder and never caught it.
Anyway, my first quilt is a visual buffet of memories and I love walking into my bedroom seeing the quilt on the bed. The photos are amazingly sharp considering that they are printed on fleece. My 2nd quilt arrived yesterday. I guess I must have checked out the "title" bar and not paid attention to the fact that I had typed an A at the top. Long story short, I did a live chat explaining my error and inquiring what the cost would be to delete my boo- boo and redo the quilt. Jennifer, my live chat human, got back to me quickly, and told me that I should take care of how I wanted the quilt and put it in my cart and then let her know. I did what I was told, correct my mistake and added it to my shopping cart. Collage.com is going to take care of it. Did you catch that? MY mistake, and yet Collage is forgiving me and covering the expense. No kidding!
Okay, now for some other positives, as if that isn't enough:
The website is easy to maneuver, the photos load in a snap, and obviously the end result is great, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased more to give as gifts. Then to top off the kudos, the live chat was quick and easy and my problem was definitely solved. Above and beyond. Thank you Collage!

In December 2016 I purchased a 50 by 60 photo blanket and a pillow and I needed a little help it was my first time ordering and I forgot to say you guys are wonderful the blanket I didn't get to see in person because I had it sent straight to their house so they took a picture of it to show me and there are no words to express how great they turned out and it made my grandmother and my aunt cry with happiness to have all her grandchildren memories on the blanket I could not believe how wonderful the blanket turned out and how it touched her in such a special way so now I'm getting ready to order another blanket for my mother I can't wait to see how this one turns out and the Expressions on her face when she sees it because it will be a late Christmas gift thank you guys for all of your help in making my family's Christmas so special and after that one I'll be making another one for myself I can't wait thanks again!

I ordered 3 shower curtains from Collage.com and they all look awesome! Pictures are great and colors are bright. They are great quality too, not the cheap fabric. All my friends absolutely love those curtains and 7 already ordered for themselves too... Great products Collage.com

Unfortunately I can't rate product because I NEVER RECEIVED IT! I ordered five 9x9 canvases on December 3rd. For some reason, my shipment didn't quality for tracking. All I was emailed was a shipping "notice" that my product would here Dec 24th. I thought this was a LONG time but decided to order anyway because I thought my family would really like the canvases... and just figured I'd give them as late Christmas gifts. Waited until January 3rd and still no package OR a way to track it. Called customer service and they asked me to wait one more day. I waited two more days and contacted them again today. I was offered reprint of products. I asked for rush processing and a tracking number (change in shipping method.) I was told this was not an option. Now why would I again wait 2-3 weeks or LONGER and not be able to track my package? Unfortunately a refund was my only other option--they will not provide shipping that has tracking number. Not happy. Will stick with Shutterfly---I was ready to do a lot of business with Collage.

I must say that your company is so fortunate to have an employee like Annette Skorupski. She is, not only, professional, but knowledgeable and personable. I kept her on the phone for a long time because I was confused regarding a voucher I have. The last time I contacted you I did a chat, which was not at all satisfying, but when I got Annette I was, after a few seconds, delighted. She emailed me a "getting started" letter after I spent almost an hour asking her questions regarding my blanket. I'm sorry I kept her so long but she allayed my fears about my purchase. Thank you for having employees who care about your customers.

I have been a repeat customer quite often. I love the products, the quality is exceptional. I have been so pleased with all of my items. I treasure each one of them as do those given as gifts. I would & have highly recommend collage.com for any special gift or something special for yourself! Thank you for helping me preserve my precious memories.

I also want to let management know about 2 particular customer service representatives. I have been assisted on numerous occasions by Annie. She is just so kind & eager to help even if it meant staying a little late to assist me. She is so patient & willing to make sure she addresses all of my questions & concerns.
I also want to brag on Annette as well. She helped me today. She too is a very kind, helpful & eager to help representative. She went the extra mile to help me finish my latest project.
I have found 2 representatives that are top notch. You have 2 true winners with these ladies. With both of their names beginning with "A" I have referred to them as the "A" Team. They both represent the very best customer service that I have ever experienced. I just thought you would like to know how anazing they are to your customers.

Beyond expectations

Grateful I am that you guys could do this for me. My best friend of 17 years
Passed away, and this is the most beautiful way to ALWAYS remember him.

I had fun choosing pictures from my iPad for the blanket and was surprised with how many I could have chosen, many more than I ended up using. I had control of placing and changing the pictures around to fill the big space.
The concern was getting it here by Christmas. I received an email giving me the expected date and it was right on time! Before the arrival I called Customer Service and spoke to a Person! She was so helpful and took care of my concern. Thank You to All!
