Amazing customer service. There is nothing like instant help when you are in a pickle! I was trying to run through my To Do list as I was sick and actually had time to get online. And realized my Living Social voucher had expired. I went to the collage website and clicked on the Chat and - literally - within 60 seconds everything was set. I was back to being a good mom and my voucher was extended for me to use. Thank you!

My experience with Collage.com has been nothing but amazing. My blanket was easy to create my design and I received my product fast. I order a Fleece blanket to surprise my mother, with pictures of my grandma who passed. When I received the blanket today in the mail it brought me to tears. Why is Mike Calfano making the online photo-services competition quake in embarrassment? Because he is a personable, efficient and effective customer service individual with astute listening and problem-solving skills who was able to help me find the solution I needed via Collage.com. I telephoned late night to ask detailed questions re Collage's services, options and pricing for a specific project I had in mind, that could not be addressed on the website or FAQs due to my project needs. I had been working on this photo project for over a month and needed to find a company that understood my project needs and goals. Discussing these and options with Mike was like talking with a friend who wanted to help me make an informed beneficial decision, without my having to "pull teeth" for information, feeling pressured or marketed to. I am very pleased to write this review.

I got married last year and since then I wanted a bright huge picture of ours. Valentine was coming and what's the best time to have a big canvas hanging in your sweet lil room.
I then started my canvas research. I did not had that one single perfect photo so I decided to go for a collage with 6 pictures. I had gone through umpteen number of websites and finally I freezed with collage.com because of the following reasons-

For big canvas they have a default depth of 1.25 which is quite good
**My most favorite is they have loads of editing/formatting options which most sites does not have. They even have a option of putting your own handwriting there. You could choose your favorite background, kind of borders you want and other interesting things to make your picture look perfect.
I went ahead and made a perfect gallery wrap canvas collage of size 24"x30"(decent size for a 12' x 13' room). I had previewed it and it looked awesome. Finally placed an order.
Though their expected delivery time was 10 days but it arrived in 4 days. My excitement went to clouds. But at the same time I was bit afraid while unpackaging it. What if it's not perfect what if the quality is not good. With all these I finally took it out and it was there - "A Perfect Picture". It was exactly the same as I saw in screen. I loved it and immediately hanged to a wall.
I highly recommend this site and for the price they have Groupon offers too so just check.

Ordered 2 puzzles from them. Easy to use website, love the design options with the photo collage. Great product, glossy photo. Would have liked the puzzle pieces to fit a little tighter; puzzle is slightly wobbly.

I ordered from inkdoodle the same day I ordered from collage.com (over a month ago now) and have heard nothing from them. Sent them an email a week ago to inquire about my order and have had no response.

Customer service is TOP notch! Love them, product is great, always very pleased! I had an issue with the post office not delivering one of our projects, after calling numerous times at the post office to no avail the package had been marked as delivered but we never got it. I ordered a 60 x 80 fleece blanket from Collage.com and although I found the website a little tricky to navigate, the blanket itself was amazing! Absolutely LOVE the clarity and quality of the pictures, and the softness of the material. I plan to order more blankets - they make excellent gifts.

I am one of the most computer illiterate people that you can find. But this site makes ordering and making the blanket so easy it is ridiculous. I was having trouble finding a certain items and I just clicked on the chat with us button and was served in seconds and she answered my question with out fail.
