Greatest photo website ever! :)

I tried making a collage photo picture for the first time. It was to be a gift for my son in Colorado. There were quite a few glitches, but, in the end, Alaina, customer service representative for Collage.com was AMAZING. She helped me out with all of my concerns, was professional, polite, and did everything she could to make my first experience with her company a successful one for both of us :) I think she deserves a raise.

I created two blankets that came out great. It was so so easy to download the pics from my phone for the blankets. The site is well organized and easy to use. The best part is their customer service is awesome. A rep Was there to "chat" with me and answered every question I had along the way to help my projects come out just the way I wanted. Alaina was patient and so helpful. Will for sure use the site for photo gifts again!

Photo blanket

I ordered a photo blanket for my mother in law who lives out of state. She has trouble seeing so she needs big pictures. This blanket was perfect. The picture quality was outstanding and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend this.

Service Excellence at its BEST!

Elizabeth provided outstanding service to resolve my concerns. She was wonderful and exhibited nothing but patience and understanding to make sure I was 100% happy. The blanket had arrived and had a little ink on the border. Elizabeth quickly fixed the problem and had another blanket out to me quickly. She reviewed everything with me over the phone and even moved some pictures around for me to make sure my blanket came out perfect. When the blanket arrived it was definitely perfect and my mother will love it. Best customer service experience I have ever had - Thank you Elizabeth for your care and concern and for listening to me regarding the importance of this blanket.

I was having trouble finding information about appropriate image resolution and size for a 3'x5' rug, so I used the website's chat feature. I had made a mistake on my order and chose the wrong material for a pillow I ordered. It was a higher quality material so it costed me more than I thought it would, but I didn't realize it until after my purchase. I contacted customer support because I was confused about the price and that's when I found out it was because I ordered it with a different material. Annette helped with the price issue and even though it had already gone to production she said she could fix my order and make it the way I intended. She was so kind and helped with every issue I had. It's so hard to find companies with good customer service these days and Collage.com and restored my faith that there are still great companies out there. A huge thank you to Annette and everyone at Collage.com for being amazing. I can't wait to see how the pillow looks and I can't wait to order from you again!

I have purchased over 12 items from Collage in the past and was always very happy with the results. Yesterday we got a book with several problems in it --I went on line and used the chat service ( have used this feature in the past with great success every time) --I chatted with Annette who worked on my rare problem. The book was very import to us a gift for our son and daughter-in-law for their first born. Annette told us she would stay until the problem was resolved ( it was a Saturday).

She resolved the problem and told us that a new book at no cost was on it's way.

I recently ordered a scrapbook blanket for my husband for our 2 year wedding anniversary, and I made some errors while trying to piece it together late one night. The support team was super quick to respond and correct what I had messed up. Frank Franco quickly assisted me, helping me with things I couldn't figure out how to fix on my own. He was such a pleasure to work with as I'm sure all the the support tech people are. I would most definitely recommmend this company to anyone, and will most certainly use them in the future for other projects! I am beyond happy with the results!

My order was sent to wrong post office ( not Collages fault) and was delayed for an additional 8 days... I asked Collage thru the chat support if they could locate it. They offered to replace my order and shipped out a duplicate!

Through a comedy of errors my order was lost and Mike was able to make sure the order was replace. Well the replacement order ended up with some corrupt files so the book I received was missing 6 pages. This book was very important to me since I had had a hard drive failure and lost all the pictures so I needed the book to keep the pictures. Mike fixed EVERYTHING! He fixed the files shipped out a new book and he was even able to get me my original pictures back! Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and went above and beyond the to make my messed up order Right and has won a customer for life in me. I make many photo books a year and have used many different companies, not any more. Collage will make them all for me now all because of Mike's wonderful customer service. Thank you Mike!

I recently made our family calendar filled with pictures of the previous year. This was my 3rd calendar with Collage. They have been great to work with. Not sure what happened with this current creation but when I received it today, our family birthdays were missing from the calendar. I quickly got on line and chatted with Johnathan who helped rectify the problem. I was able to reorder the calendars with all the dates we needed and he was gracious to issue a voucher so it was no charge. I've ordered 13 projects during the past few years and I will continue to be one of the customers, always pleased with the results! Thanks Johnathan and Thanks Collage!

I used Collage.com for Christmas presents - picture collages made into puzzles. Arrived quickly, perfectly, and my family really appreciated the thoughtful gifts.

As I was preparing for a trip with different extended family, I thought it would be fun to order another collage puzzle to bring along. Unfortunately, something happened and though the post office tracked and it showed delivered, I did not receive it. I filed a brief order issue on Collage.com easy to use website and heard back within MINUTES with offers to ship another, overnight, to my family's vacation destination hoping we can get it in time! I sincerely felt like the agent cared and he made it so easy and painless. I could not be more thrilled with this refreshingly kind and uncomplicated great service.

I will order many more things from Collage.com and encourage anyone else to do the same! Great/thoughtful gifts backed by wonderful service.

I cannot say enough positive things about Collage.com and the superior Customer Support Staff. My blanket is absolutely beautiful. It is a gift for my sisters 60th birthday. I ordered the 60X80 Woven Blanket; it is lovely and more than worth the price.

I have been meaning to leave this review since January. Life just happens ya know? Anyway, I ordered 6 collage blankets for my family for Christmas, all identical, all with a beautiful mixture of pictures of my brother spanning through the entirety of his cut all too short 32 years of life on this planet. This was the first holiday season we were to be without him, so I felt that this blanket would be symbolic of a source of comfort we could each surround ourselves with individually whenever any of us felt sad. I asked for a lot of guidance along the way through Collage.com's live chat feature (WHICH IS AMAZING BTW) and even if it was after hours someone would always get back to me as soon as possible with answers or suggestions. Anyway, I ordered all 6 to have writing on the back side of the blanket and also ordered expedited service to arrive before Christmas. Well, due to a family member of mine being old and not understanding that taking a picture of a picture with a camera phone wouldn't be sufficient photographic gold for a collage blanket, collecting some pics took a bit longer than I expected lol. So, at no fault of Collage.com, my order was set to arrive one business day later than Christmas. I nearly had a panic attack. They offered to help me as much as possible, reaching out to shippers, and always getting back to me, even with answers that were't so great. Anyway, I made each family member a card w a photo of the collage explaining that the gift would have to be give after Christmas. Finally the shipment arrived and we had Christmas #2. The anticipation was killing us all! When we all opened them up, only ONE had the writing on the back. I checked and I had paid for writing for all. I was SO upset, given the whole experience and the circumstances it was one thing after another. I reached out to Collage.com and let me tell you something, they were more than accommodating and apologetic. I have been in customer service for 20 years, I know how hard customers can be and I also know how tough bosses or corporations can be with satisfying customers when they mess up. It is hard for many to accept responsibility for when they make mistakes. Hey, we all make mistakes! Collage.com has definitely mastered the art of how to keep customers, take responsibility and in turn, get routine business. They offered to send out 6 more blankets the correct way, for FREE as well as keep the other 6 blankets that were sent originally. I am not sure how you would feel, but if that was not the best solution to the issue, I am not sure what was. They were so amazing in the handling, professional and sympathetic to my family's situation. It was truly touching. I will definitely be referring their services to anyone I know, yes, even thought there was a mistake and a pretty big one, their handling of it changes everything. It was truly appreciated by my family and I. Thank you again!
