I ordered 160 calendars, and they turned out beautifully, thanks to the very personalized service I received from Annette. I had an initial frustration after working for hours on a project, only to find out it was not saved. (A day later it turned up in my Projects file, so all was not lost after all.) Annette immediately turned my day around by taking responsibility and offering to help me re-create my layouts. This is the second time I have used Collage; the last order was also delivered on time and I was very pleased with the quality of paper and workmanship. Every aspect of my Collage.com experience was perfect. It was an incredibly easy site to use. I looked on a variety of sites in order to create collages for our high school varsity baseball seniors for "Senior Day", but none of the other sites were easy to navigate. Collage.com offers any number of pictures in any number of sizes for each collage.
I was able to put together 12 collages (one for each graduating senior) relatively quickly and easily. I needed the order very quickly-1 day shipping was available, and Collage.com got me the order before the estimated date of delivery.
I contacted customer service via email and phone, and all contacts were excellent and timely.

I don't care how good customer service is, if their software loses all your work, it sucks! Their program is so glitchy! It would say its saving all the time, but suddenly days of work is gone! It is so frustrating! Its like their software couldn't handle a large book of pictures. The other item about their software that is aggravating is you can't just input a blank page to add pics. You have to move pictures or take some out to create a new page. Really dumb and time consuming esp if you're doing a large book.

Fabulous site. Received my first order of a fleece blanket, and it will be the first of many. The photos are so clear (there are 37 of them, including vintage ones.) They seem to jump off of the page. BEST MOTHER'S DAY PRESENT EVER!

I am a senior and not very computer savvy, but am fearless. The interface to create the blanket is simple to use and has so many options, from predesigned templates, to my favorite, collages where you can have up to 80 pictures. Downloading photos is easy. Any copy machine can change photos into jpeg format for you, and your phone photos transfer easily.

Then you may choose to have pictures flat up against each other, or with spaces between, squared off, ripped edges, etc. Backgrounds include a hundred choices, from colors to patterns. And you can save your work and play with it for days, until you arrange your photos into a shape that pleases you. It is just like arranging flowers. When you are done, you know it!

As for the blanket fabric, if you are looking for a decorative throw, I highly recommend the basic fleece. It is high quality, but it is thin and not much of a blanket. They say up front that the plush fleece does not show off the pictures to their best advantage. I recommend the sherpa for the best of all worlds.

I can't wait to go back for a mug and pillows! And this is one stop gift shopping, with 50 photo laden items. Search google for coupons. Best of all is the no compromise guarantee. And they mean IT.

This company is simply the best. I evaluated over 25 websites before deciding which to use to create a collage, and Collage.com's software is the most versatile, user-friendly and powerful. In particular, I first worked with Elizabeth and then Meghan, and I cannot say enough praise for each of them. I have never interacted with a staff who are as professional, courteous, respectful, skilled, responsive, and eager (and happy) to help. You will notice their enthusiasm to help from the moment you call, regardless of whom answers the phone.

When I received my 20 x 60 print there was damage done to it by the shipping company. As well as my print not being what I expected and I spoke with representative Annette. She asked for pictures of what was wrong and she clearly understood why I was upset. She rushed order a new print for me, so I wouldn't miss the deadline of the art show I was submitting this too. I will definitely do business with them again because of their response and quickness for this.

This is the second time I have used this vendor. After completing and submitting my order, I was unhappy to see that I had not centered some wording correctly so I online chatted with Alaina and she was able to take care of the problem for me instantaneously. I had also sent an email earlier requesting a confirmation as to whether all the photos I had selected were of acceptable quality and they promptly answered. Annette helped me with my project. It was my first time doing a collage canvas and she was beyond helpful. She was so willing to help me that I am beyond grateful.
