I recently submitted and received my three 20" x 30" collages that I ordered for a work project. They are MAGNIFICENT! I couldn't have asked for better. The picture and canvas were of the highest quality.

This is the first time I ordered anything from Collage.com and I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and speed in which my project was created and shipped!

I highly recommend Collage.com and am looking forward to purchasing some home decor for our newly remodeled home and also personalized Christmas gifts this year!

We have used Collage on multiple occasions for very special gifts for our adoption agency and we have been consistently impressed with their extraordinary customer service. Even on the rare occasion that there's been a production error, the customer service team has gone the extra mile to make things right, and that says a lot about their company as a whole. Today, Leah went out of her way to help us help an adoptive family and birthfamily who have suffered a tragic loss, and we are so thankful that Collage makes such quality products and such caring employees available to its customers like us. It's because of this that we highly recommend Collage and intend to keep using this company whenever we have occasion to do so.

I typically am not a review-writer but just couldn't let this one go. Mike C in customer service patiently walked me through all my questions/concerns NEVER getting frustrated with my lack of experience. The blanket is beautiful... the textures, the colors, the quality is outstanding! Collage.com makes it easy for an amateur like myself to "design" a beautiful one-of-a-kind work of art! It is beyond words how thankful I am to Mike C for his continued professionalism in helping me, over and over until my project was complete. Collage.com will be my go-to people for all my personalized projects from now on! You guys ROCK! My sincerest thank-you!

On a side note, I am an exclusive IPad user & the Collage.com website doesn't run well on that. I am encouraged they are working on this isssue. Just be patient & keep designing!

Unbelievable Customer Service! I ordered a 16x16" pillow with multiple photos on both sides. It arrived ahead of schedule, which impressed me. Unfortunately one of the seams was pulling open, so I called and was told a replacement was on the way, and would arrive in 4 days, which was fine. Amazingly, it arrives in less than 2 days and I was able to deliver it as a gift as I had originally planned. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this! The replacement was in perfect condition, and was a big hit as a birthday gift. I look forward to ordering more goodies in the future!

I think I've written a few reviews ever, and I must say that this company impressed me so much. I've only ordered from them twice and both times they have been amazing. The first time I was designing something and had a million questions through email. I know I was being a pain lol! The second time I ordered I had something not quite right with my order upon receiving it, even though I think it's my fault because of how I submitted it, and they fixed it literally within an hour of when I sent in a random email inquiry that I just replied to an old email with them from. It was shipped out the next day and I didn't have to pay anything at all! Not only did they respond extremely fast each time, but they helped me with each step, shipping was fast, the quality exceeded my expectations, AND their guarantee is the REAL DEAL! I went and read their about us page after that, and the story of how it got started is so cute! :) Both times I've ordered Leah helped me with my items. I don't really know how she could have been anymore friendly or helpful! Thanks so much! I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. THANKS LEAH!

I ordered two photo books and this is the first time I have used collage.com -- we went on a 3 week trip to southern Italy and Greece so I wanted two separate books. I started on the first book and had a few questions as issues came up using the photo templates --- what is so awesome about this company is that you can start a Chat at anytime or you can send an email and your question will be answered/problem solved within minutes! I am almost done with my first photo book and am up to 65 pages already, was able to figure out all of my text and photo placement issues right away with the staff from collage.com!

My daughter and her son lost their husband and father. I placed an order for a blanket on a Thursday (1 day before the funeral services) by the following Thursday, I had already received it! The blanket is beautiful and very good quality! It was so easy to create and process. I will be using this website again and definitely recommending it to all my family and friends.

I've ordered several products from collage.com and just recently had a little issue with the centering of my pictures. I contacted customer service, they responded within minutes and were willing to correct my concerns and send me replacement items--at not cost. I 'm a stickler for good customer service and was very impressed. Many of my friends use their site as a result of my items being proudly displayed on my social media page. I really love collage.com now. Great work customer service team.
