I had made an error in my order and so I contacted the customer service department to see what could be done. They got back to me in less than an hour and within an hour had fixed the problem and now I have a beautiful new blanket coming! This is the third blanket I have bought from them and they are high quality and have the best price around. I tell all my friends about them and they have had the same great experience. Love this company!
I NEVER do reviews, however my husband is going anyway on a deployment and I ordered a blanket with him, myself, and our daughter on it! It is beautiful! The quality of the pictures are AMAZING! I ordered 2 plush fleece blankets for my kids. Picture of my dog was darker than proof showed. Collage.com went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They responded right away to my concern. I love working with the staff at Collage.com! I have submitted two projects and have been very happy with both. I have third project in the wings now that i'm working on. I love that if I have questions or issues (which aren't many) all I have to do is open up a chat and all is right with the world. My first project was perfect... my second project arrived with an issue that was taken care of immediately and a new blanket was re-ordered at once at not cost to me. Let's face it mistakes happen but when you know a company stands behind their product and their staff is helpful and wants to make sure you are happy, then it does not matter. The quality of the product is good, the clarity of the pictures on my blanket was perfect... I am sharing the site info with a friend who is going to work on a project for her mom... I received my 1040 piece puzzle today. I had no issues working on the layout and actually found it to be fun. Production and shipping were fast. I called customer service to clarify something on shipping and they were very helpful. I'm satisfied with the cardboard box and I like the shiny puzzle pieces. The first negative came as soon as I opened the package and saw the picture of the puzzle on the outside of the box. It is very crooked. The back side of the edge of each puzzle piece is bumpy. Some of the pictures look a bit blurry even though none had "blur warnings". I won't be able to tell 100% until the puzzle is put together if they are acceptable. One of the pieces I took a picture of is nice and clear with bright colors, however, I didn't realize the edges of the puzzle look messy until I uploaded my picture. I'm hoping it isn't noticeable when the puzzle is put together. I think it's a cool and unique idea and my mother will love it for her 80th birthday. I just think there needs to be better quality control. Photos are attached. The one with the cover has a white block covering my photos for privacy. The picture is to show the crooked label.
I had SUCH a hard time when I was told my product was delivered, yet I did NOT receive it. My local post office was giving me a hard time telling me they did their job and delivered my item, but I did not actually get it. So I reached out to Collages customer service. I was greeted by Leah Lewis rather quickly, ensuring that the company will reorder my product and get it sent to me again. Leah went above and beyond, making sure that this issue gets resolved. Not only that, but she was very professional, helpful, and enthusiastic in helping me. She offered more assistance if needed, now and even further down the road! My recipient never got the gift I ordered. Shipping shows delivered on Sat. Called the recipient and she never got it to her door step or mail box. Called Collage.com and was told they will resend however had me on a speaker call, not very professional if you ask me. Hoping my gift gets there as the funds were already charged to my bank. Not happy
I had some trouble with a photo blanket I wanted to order so I decided to call customer service. There I got connected to Mike #162. Mike is a legend. He's incredibly nice, helpful and really helped me out and I even felt we bonded for a second. In my country (Netherlands) I most of the time get a grumpy person on the other side to answer my questions/problems. But not this time and not here, Mike if you read this, once again, thanks a lot for all your help. And I can't wait for my order to arrive!

Never had a problem with shipping or any decfects or delivery dates. Pacjes always come as they srate on yhe order form. The items have always been perfect, actually even better than the last reveiw before ordering.
The post office, put my package in another mailbox, before i knew that, checking the tracking info, after not receiving my package on the delivery date, it said it had already reached the us postal office on the 3rd and was waiting to be sent out. Today is the 7th. I emailed collage.com to let them know i had not received my package and they quickly responded to me.
They immediately confirmed my address which was corrected and said they were going to rush deliver another package to me. When i came home a neighbor came to my door with my package. The postal worker put it in another box and it never showed delivered for me to even know. I quckily emailed collage to let them know yo cancelled the second shippment.

I ordered a few vouchers when I saw these personalized items on Good Morning America. I have ordered bags and pillows, all personalized with photos and wording. They have all turned out perfectly! I have given many as newborn baby gifts, and the parents' eyes light up at their newborn pictures on the item. What a memory to cherish! The most recent gift I gave went to a good friend who's grandmother was visiting, and SHE wanted one, too! Then another grandma came over and needed one, too! Cherished memories to last a lifetime, and useful, too!
Collage.com turned what could have been a poster-sized nightmare into a great customer experience. We ordered a poster for my son's senior soccer team dinner. It was a rush job and we paid a hefty premium for overnight shipping to get our order as quickly as possible. And fast it was. We received the package 4 days early. Unfortunately, Collage.com printed the wrong version of our poster. I'd been playing around on the site with several Projects and it's still unclear to me how Collage processed something different than the version I'd intended. That said, when we received the wrong poster I immediately called and talked to Mike in customer service. Mike found the right version and set up a new order with rush delivery. What's more, my wife found a problem with my "correct" version. I called Mike back and asked if he could update the order with the correct "correct" version and he took care of it right away.
Honestly, this is how seriously we all hope folks that work in customer service will handle our issues. Problems happen. They do, despite everyone's best intentions. The difference is how issues get addressed. And for that I give Collage.com Five Starts! And Mike gets top marks, too. Thanks again.

I just received a blanket that I had ordered. First of all, it arrived several days after I placed the order. I don't know how they got it done so fast. I called to make sure they received all my pictures and asked them how they looked. They reviewed my order and said the clarity didn't look perfect on all the pictures I submitted, (but should come out very nicely). When I received it, I could not believe how beautiful and clear the pictures were. Their standards certainly are high! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. They are a delight to deal with and guarantee their work. I am giving this as a gift, and I am just busting to see my friend open it up!
