We love this new couch it was flawless and the company that delivered it even set it up.
Ordering was a breeze and will order again if there is a requirement. Prices are not cheap and quality is decent for the price we pay.
I ordered the Elyza Linen Modular Couch online on 9/6. I got regular updates throughout the month, and my couch was delivered with white glove service on 10/19.
The ordering process online was easy. There were pictures and dimensions of every piece of the couch. I would definitely recommend this website to my friends and family.

The pieces of furniture is nice and seem to be well made. We were notified prior to delivery that a piece had failed inspection and would ship at a later date. At this time we have not received. Also we did not notice until pieces were put together and shippers were gone that the back of the credenza top was damaged.
Got my couch it did take a month but I love it. It's huge they don't tell you it's waaaay bigger than the pics. It's so big I couldn't fit all of it in my house had to take a piece out. Very nice couch. Nothing like those boneless couches Amazon and wayfair are selling.
I'll never order furniture here from again. Customer Service is awful.

Good experience. The white glove was a good touch. The timeline to getting the funiture was very long. It shipped from Colman fast but sat at the "Local Delevery Company" for several week. Overall it took 6 weeks to revice the order.
Our bedroom suite is beautiful. The ordering was easy, the delivery was early and the prices were the best around.
The delivery crew couldn't get the chaise into the house. They also forgot to leave the feet that go with it.
