Never received item never got through to customer service took my money really happy to do that. Don't do it... Can't say you weren't warned.
This company service has been a mixed bag. Some agents have been genuinely nice, while others are blatantly rude and passive aggressive. I did a lot of my holiday shopping on the Coach Outlet site. When it came to receiving my orders, there were issues. In one order, Coach ran out of inventory. Wasted time by stating items were delayed before cancelling and noting that I was not charged. Another order the inventory sheet stated that all items were in the box but an item was missing. Called to give notice and the agent resubmitted the order for the item. 5 days later, I received a notice that my order was delayed. Within a week from the call, Coach sent a notice that my order was being canceled. I called customer service to make sure I received my refund and the agent Charlene decide she was going to submit the order (Apparently, I don't speak English when I already explained the order was canceled due to inventory). So I asked her if she saw that item in stock. She said she would look it up and responded there were none. I asked for my money back but was told that I would get a store credit. I disagreed with that decision and asked to be escalated to a supervisor/ manager. Charlene decided to continue to quote company policy. I informed her I did not care about a policy that did not speak to my situation. Since, I did not receive my merchandise and I will not be receiving my merchandise, I need my money back so please escalate me. This lady was persist about stating this policy. She says, 'Before you cut me off, I was telling you the policy says to give a store credit if merchandise is returned.' This conversation did not end well. She was so busy running her mouth and not escalating the issue, I ended up using some colorful language. I hung up and called back to get a new agent. I had to explain my issues again through the anger I was experiencing. The agent Carrie was very apologetic and escalated my issue. There was no one to speak to direct, so she had to confirm a supervisor callback via chat on her end that would take place within a 2 hour window. Shopping and the level of customer service is becoming extremely ridiculous.
Bad website bad costumer service! They take money on this hard time! Someone should close this company

They are slow to ship. Label created 7 days ago and still has not shipped. This is the 2nd time I am having problems with shipping
So after an EXTENSIVE search of reviews, site legitimacy checks and address/phone number checks - I finally decided to purchase my Coach Andi mini backpack from... and here in the KEY of today's review: WWW.COACHOUTLET.COM. Whatever site(s) others were using should not be affiliated with this site. I asked myself, "Why would www.coach.com have this very outlet listed on their website if it wasn't legitimate?" "Why would www.coach.com put their reputation at risk by selling cheap fakes?" I do not buy a lot of bags (hence why I was looking for a lower priced bag haha) but I do have to say that my entire experience with www.coachoutlet.com was great!
I placed my order on May 27,2019. Minutes after I placed my order I received a confirmation email. Because of the tainted reviews I thought "Well anyone can send a confirmation email..." Then I checked my bank account; it did not state that the payment was from China (like some other users have experienced) but rather said it was from... www.coachoutlet.com. I kept an eye on my tracking number (Carrier is UPS) and I noticed that my item had not been shipped 1.5 days after my order was made. So thinking I may have been scammed - I called the number that can be found on the coachoutlet website and was able to speak with a very friendly representative who advised me that my bag would be shipped out the following day; and it was. Today, June 4,2019 - my order arrived (in Canada) and I couldn't be more pleased with what I received. That means from order to delivery it was a total of 7 business days - which it what the website states for shipping (to Canada). The bag was well wrapped. The leather is soft. The hardware is great with Coach branding. The Coach leather Creed doesn't have a "bullseye" stamp on it (like I had read in other reviews). But rather has a serial/model number stamped onto it (not inked). All in all, to those who have been "scammed" - I recommend checking to see if you used the correct website. The bag I received is definitely real and as long as I get "invited" to another sale, I will be buying from www.coachoutlet.com in the future. I hope this helps anyone who was considering buying from this website. :)
Don't waste your time on this site. Coachoutlet.com gives you the illusion that once you add an item to your bag you have 15 minutes to complete the transaction. The illusion is reinforced by a potential buyer being unable to add items that are in other shoppers' carts and being told to check back later to see if these items become available. In actuality, having the item in your bag means NOTHING, because when you go to check out (within the 15 minutes you supposedly have to purchase the items you have added to your cart - you are literally put on a timer) Coach Outlet will then tell you "SORRY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ARE NOW OUT OF STOCK. PLEASE ADJUST THE QUANTITIES OR REMOVE THESE ITEMS". It's not the item being unavailable that angers me - it's the time wasted checking back for the item to be available and being able to add it to the cart, only to find out you wasted your time and effort because the items become unavailable AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MOVE THEM TO YOUR CART. Coach is a swanky enough brand to spend the capital on accurate inventory controls that can be reflected at their active Coach Outlet website. IF THERE IS ANY QUESTION WHETHER AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE, THEN DO NOT ALLOW THAT ITEM TO BE ADDED TO A SHOPPERS CART. What a waste of consumer time, especially when the time relates to picking out presents for the holidays for someone else, and the consumer has to go start all over again looking for something new for their friend or family member. It is especially annoying with the item that becomes unavailable was supposed to go with matching accessories in a consumer's cart. Especially when that item that miraculously sold out while it was in the consumer's cart was the main present.
Takes for ever to receive. Second they did deliver yet still charged me for shipping. Bad company!
The website CLEARLY states that they ship to APO AP addresses (military). My 1st order was sent back to Coach as "undeliverable" and when I called, I was told I would have to order the item again and get a credit for the 1st order. I ordered a 2nd time and AGAIN the item was sent back as "undeliverable". When I called, I explained that the item was going to an APO AP address and needed to be sent USPS rather than UPS. In fact, I was charged the USPS shipping fee because it was going to an APO AP address. AGAIN, I had to reorder the item and wait for the 2nd order to credit my card. On the 3rd attempt, I opted to have the item sent directly to me at a physical address. Now the item is $30 more than either of the first 2 attempts and no one can seem to adjust it and make it right. Then, when I logged into my account, I see that the item is shipping to my billing address rather than the physical address that I gave the representative, and confirmed while I was on the phone. Now I have 3 charges for this item on my credit card. I will NEVER use Coach Outlet again. If it wasn't for the fact that this item is a Christmas present for my DIL from my son and they are stationed overseas, I would have not even tried the 3rd time. So annoyed with this process!
Okay, I ordered three things on their online website. A charm, sudds, and a keychain. I paid for them through PayPal. I got an email saying they got my order. I never received an email stating that my order was canceled because, they were out of stock. I had to call them to find this out! The reason I called them was because, when I tried to track my shipment, it said that tracking number doesn't exist! When I first called a customer service rep named, Amy told me two out of the three items were canceled. She said only the keychain was coming. I asked Amy why wasn't I told something? Why have it on the website? When do I get my money back? Why haven't I gotten my money back through PayPal? All what Amy did was breathe heavily. I asked it she was there. Amy replied with, she was waiting for me to tell her what to do. I said, give me my money back all of it. Amy response with, give us the items back. Amy didn't drink her coffee this morning because, clearly she didn't understand that I DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS BECAUSE COACH CANCELED MY ITEMS! I told Amy I wanted to speak to someone else. She supposedly did and said have a nice day in a snark way. I hunged up immediately and called again because, I knew Amy just put me on hold. I didn't yelled at Amy BTW so, there was no reason for her to have a ugly attitude. I did get more help and a 15 percent off my next purchase. I will never do any purchases from Coach. I don't trust them with doing such business with them. No communication, bad customer service, etc. Coach, selling something to a customer and then cancel the product is bad business. Not communicating with the customer is bad business. The last business who did this to me is now out of business. Beware everyone!
I received an ad for Coach Outlet advertising socks that looked awesome. I go on the website and this website is the plainest of the plainest website ever. It has no details or better descriptions of their items so you don't know the size, dimensions, etc. I wanted to order a pair of socks in 3 different colors but it didn't say if it was ONE SIZE or what gender it was for. Since Coach Outlet only had a number to call and it was a time consuming wait, I texted actual Coach and they told me that the socks are one-size-fits-most, the "outlet socks" fit the same as their "regular" ones, and that was it.
Coach Outlet shipped out my order using SurePost which is the worst shipping service for UPS and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I was so excited to rip open the package, but immediately, I was disappointed because the socks are not one-size-fit-most. It says on the packaging that it's for Men Size 5-10. I'm a woman size 5 so these socks were almost 2 inches longer than my foot.
Not only was I given wrong information, but the packaging slip/invoice says to affix the prepaid return label included for returns. There was no label in the packaging. It also doesn't say that the customer has to pay for this, yet I went on their website after to find a return solution (since the prepaid label wasn't in my package) and on the website, it says return shipping is the customer's responsibility and cost. A Coach Outlet doesn't exist anywhere in NYC so this was such a waste of my time and money. An $80 order for socks with now $8+ gone for return shipping after waiting for almost 2 weeks. They need to list product descriptions, sizes, measurements and any details CLEARLY. I would never shop on this website until these fix the return shipping costs and add clear product descriptions.
EDIT NOV 2020:
I filed a dispute on Paypal giving them evidence that Coach sent me items not as described. I asked for $8 back so I use the money to return the items. Coach obliged. I used the $8 to return the items. Coach received it but refunded me only $72 out of $80, which excluded the $8 from shipping. I had to file a dispute with Paypal AGAIN to explain to them that Coach used the initial refund for shipping costs towards my total refund. PayPal offered a measly $8 return shipping voucher as a solution and is failing to understand the problem and the mess Coach Outlet has caused. I don't want a voucher that lasts 6 months, I want my damn money back. I had enough at this point which is why I would NEVER recommend this website to anyone. Something that they did wrong is taking me days to resolve over $8 and now resulted in a poor resolution by PayPal. NEVER AGAIN.

Esta vez ordene 1 belt para una amiga puse la orden y al pagar y todo me percaté de que puse un solo número mal en la dirección, tan pronto como unos segundos más tarde envié un email para que me ayudaran a modificarla. A lo que me responden que no sería posible ya que ellos hacen el shipping tan pronto llega la orden, puedo entenderlo, realice llamadas pq la orden aún no salía del warehouse y no "pudieron" ayudarme. Tampoco cancelan o devuelven dinero entiendo que fué mi error pero me percate super rapido. No hay nada que hacer a menos que pueda contactarme con el transporte. Es una orden pérdida

Bought shoes on Wed it's now Sunday 4 days later went to return the shoes as they were not comfortable on my feet. Only wore them in my house & on driveway maybe 2 hrs total, tried to return in original box with receipt just to be told since they had been worn i couldn't return them. Do they expect you to just hang out in the store to wear them around. Very disappointed that's almost 100.00 I have lost.
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
