Received the wrong bag, sent it to Europe paid shipping and customs (twice the value of a bag) just to discover that I had received the wrong bag!
Coach outlet has taken the liberty of utilizing UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS to delivery the surplus of shipments they are sending out for the holidays.
This shipping process allows UPS to travel with your package to a certain point and then it is transferred to US Postal Service.
Of course now that my package has been "SUPPOSEDLY" transferred to the post office it cannot be found.
COACH has not been considerate at all! I have been told repeatedly that there is nothing that can be done.
My money has not been refunded, they cannot find my package and they will not cancel my order.
At this point I am out of my money and still have no package.
As I am typing I have been on hold for over an hour to speak with someone because NO MANAGER contacted me back yesterday as I was told by a rep last night.
DO NOT ORDER ANTYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU NEED IT FOR CHRISTMAS
I placed an order on Dec 3 2020: on Dec 14 the order still shows as processing. I was on hold for over an hour and got no response. No chat option. No email. NO WORD!
Don't forget your password or you'll never be able to reset it because their reset password link DOES NOT WORK. Ive tried to reset my password over 30 times in the last few days and it's not sending the email to reset it.
Emailing them is useless because all you'll get is a form email

These people are complete idiots and don't seem to understand or want to accept the fact the reset password is NOT WORKING.
Ive even called their customer service and while they verified I am using the correct email even they weren't able to reset the password and ended up just telling me to "wait an hour to see if I get the email". Well I've been waiting for 3 DAYS.
I give up, I'm going to unsubscribe from them since they can't even get that right.
Placed an order on April 14,2020 and I never received my package.
I called on may 1 and a representative told me that the order will arrive the following week at the latest and so far it has not arrived.
I have called the number posted on the site (www.coachoutlet.com) several times and no answer after over 60+ min wait time as well wrote and email and filled out the online form, so far no answer

I would give -5 stars if it was possible. Have been getting the runaround for that 2 weeks regardinging Coach blocking any I orders I've attempted to place and spend. I have been told, despite what their website indicates, contacting "Customer Care Team", which has become an oxymoron, and exercise is in futility. The sheer level of incompetence by "chat" and phone is simply astounding! It is clear COACH has effectively blocked my account and will not acknowledge this. The circle jerk has bordered on comical and infuriating.
If you've blocked me, own up to it. Or are you concerned about legal recourse & bab publicity?
One last comment, continually responding with "canned/scripted" response is insulting. "Call and someone can place your order", NO they will not. They say it's a violations of policy. Go to a brick and mortar store. If one was within a reasonable distance, don't' you think I would, if nothing more than to no longer deal the incompetent, rude, & uneducate phone & chat individuals.

Buyer beware... spend your money elsewhere. I ordered two items for Christmas gifts and now am left scrambling. I placed my order on 11/27. Received an email on 12/4 saying my items is on backorder. Called on 12/12 for an update as I haven't received any updates. Waited 40 mins before I got to a rep, asked her about my order and was told my order was cxl then hung up on me before I had a chance to ask any questions. Called back and waited over an hour before speaking with rep 2 who was rude from the start so asked to speak with a mgr and was told they would call me in 24-48 hours. That never happened. Called this morning and put my name/number in queue to be contacted back, they finally called back tonight (7 hours later) only to hang up on me after saying they were calling from coach. I have not received any notice that the order has been cxl, there has been no credit to my card if it were cxl, customer service is just awful. Worst shopping experience ever... first time buying from them and it will be my last! Don't bother spending you money with them, they clearly don't care.
After once you place an order, can't do anything with that, no cancel, no update on shipping or returned emails never buy anything unless your 100%sure on your typing
I attempted to make a purchase using Klarna on the Coach Outlet website and it never went through - it said your transaction can not be completed - try again or use another form of payment. This has happened before, but I thought I would give it another try - it did not work - but my card was still showed a pending charge for the first payment. So that will sit there until I probably have to call to get it removed. Since that did not work I tried to place an order using my credit card directly. Came up with the same message - can complete transaction -try again or use another form of payment - my card was hit with a pending charge for an order that did not complete. Another pending charge that will sit there. Buyer Beware using the Coach Outlet website for purchases. I have been on hold for almost an hour now. I will no longer purchase Coach products. Good thing I bought my daughter-in-law a Kate Spade bag for Christmas (which I had no issue using that website and have the purchaes within the time frame listed when I ordered it).
I BOUGHT SOMETHING ONLINE ON 2/28/22 AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS WRONG SO WHEN i CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN MINUTES OF NOTICING THIS ERROR THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT USPS TO TRY AND CARCH IT BEFORE IT GOT DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING FOR HELP AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I KEEP GETTING TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE PACKAGE GETS RE-SENT TO THEM FROM THE POST OFFICE BEFORE THEY CAN ISSUE ME A CREDIT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. THEY SEE VERY EXPENSIVE MERCHANDISE BUT THE QUALITY OF THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW ZERO.
Ordered 2 items Dec. 1,2020 for a Christmas gift (a backpack and coat). I received the backpack about 2 weeks later, but the coat kept showing processing. Gave the backpack as a gift with the picture of the coat. Finally after Christmas I called because i saw that the coat was refunded, so I bought my husband another gift to replace. Fast forward to Jan. 8, my account was charged again. I called to cancel the order, customer service said they cancelled it (money was back in my account 3 days later). A week later, my account was charged again for the coat, so I call back. Stated once again the item was cancelled (money back in my account 3 days later). ANOTHER week later my account was charged AGAIN and I check my email and item has shipped (this is now Jan. 31). Called customer service and they sent me a prepaid shipping label (I was not about to pay to send it back after the numerous "it's cancelled has been promised). So i ship the item back and the warehouse receives it on 2/5/21. It is now 2/23 and i have not yet received my refund. Customer service states 10-14 business days to process (which will be 2/25). If I don't receive my refund I guess I will have to dispute the charge. I will never ever in my life purchase from coach again. Just horrible.
I have been trying to order from coachoutlet for a while so recently I successfully ordered a wristlet on and a handcarry bag on 12/12 but as of now still have not shipped out yet and the message was waiting for UPS to pick it up

There are other much better brands with excellent customer service. They don't even deserve one star at all
Those who are reading the reviews either buy other brands or don't even think of wasting time and money by going to coachoutlet.com to order.
After having to deal with this ordeal of late delivery. My order of a wristlet was delivered to a PO Box so the status was it been delivered and I did not received it. So after many emails sent. They finally agreed to reship my order and yet again I did not receive it as it was delivered to a post office with a postal code of ******* when my postal code is not even that. It is so ridiculous and lame that it happened TWICE and someone who is working there will have a great laugh that he/she got two new wristlets for FREE.
Now I have to go through the whole process again
Pls pray for me that I will get a full refund.

Order amount is 125, BEFORE TAX TAX is $5 Shipping supposed to Be FREE Standard ship beyond $99 When I attempt to order 2 SCARFS & USE PAYPAL the order is $133, YEt when I come to the Coach site & hit continue the price is $143. They are trying to back-end a SHIPPING Charge of $1- Have tried to make order over several days. WHAT a KROCK

No respect for customers. Returned item through store and never received my refund from PayPal. Instead of solving my issue customer support prefer to respond to my PayPal case with denial of refund.
This is the second time I'm reviewing Coach Outlet. I'm rating this slightly better than the last, but I don't think it's wise to purchase from this company. When you place an order it takes forever for them to process your order. They do not charge you until the item ships, however the item you ordered may no longer be available by the time they get to processing it. So when you place an order you do not know if you will be able to receive what you think you're wanting. If they go to process your order and find an item you ordered is not available, you receive an email letting you know your order is delayed. You look online but the item is still showing as available, but that isn't always the case. If you receive a delayed order, there is no estimate when you'll get it, if at all. This site is not good if you're purchasing items as gifts. They have a 30 day return policy (from the date you placed your order), so with all the delays you might get stuck if the item is not quite what you thought. You also cannot rely on the delivery dates on the site because it can be 5-7 business days once they finally process your order; if it isn't fully processed then you can wait weeks. Very unpredictable. I tried placing an order early so it would be delivered in time for a gift because they're so slow. My item wasn't quite as seen online and the intended recipient may not like it. I will not be able to exchange it because it will be over their 30 days from ordering policy. As I stated, you really have no idea when they'll process or ship your order.
I ordered shoes 2 months ago... I looked at my email to see when they were going to arrive and it said they were already delivered, but wasn't! So I called customer care and they kept me on hold for 25 mins the first time and 30 mins the second time! Only to find out that my shoes were returned to the sender because the girl at the coach store put my name in wrong. So not only do I not have any shoes! They also took my money from my account! The customer care lady said I have to order more and wait another 2 months to even get my shoes! This was the very first time I ever ordered something from coach and to tell you the truth, it will be my very LAST TIME! For this company to be so expensive they need to pay for BETTER EMPLOYEES WITH BETTER ATTITUDE... THEY HAVE COMPLETELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!
Coach Outlet took my order for my wife's Christmas present and did not tell me that they were cancelling my order for 6 days---which happened to be the last 6 days of Christmas shopping. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Is their computer system that bad that they can sell what they don't have? They JUST DON'T CARE!
I would never recommend coach to anyone…I placed a order & my shoes we're supposed to have been expedited & they have me the runaround…a week later my shoes still haven't been shipped out
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
