The product delivered to me is not the one I ordered. Took a long time to talk to customer service. Finally convinced her the product is wrong after a picture was sent to her email. First directed me to drive 3.5 hours to return to a store, and then asked me to send back by UPS and pay for the shipping (said they will pay my postage back but I don't know if they are honest or not). They can not send me replacement until they receive the wrong product back. My holiday gift plan is screwed because of their mistake and refusal to help. They do not allow you cancel the order even if you call them right after you placed the order and realized there was a mistake. Highly recommend anybody to rethink before placing order with coachoutlet.com.
I called their customer service 3 times. And was on hold for an hour each time. I emailed them and got no response. I finally called the number back and pushed the button as if I was going to place an order and what do u know I wasnt on hold for even one minute. Hopefully my items will ship tomorrow like promised. Ill update when I have more info.
Horrible customer service. I ordered bags online over a week ago, and there is no information available as to when I can expect them. In fact, when I look up the order it is still listed as processing even though the site claims it will be delivered within 7 days. I tried calling support and waited over an hour before I eventually hung up. Very frustrating. I will never order online from them again.

I didn't received any information and they charged me! When the website told me that it was incorrect. The customer service told me that they gonna give my money back in 5 days. Ok first off I was online trying to place a order and I had everything I was going to order in when I went to check out it said my time was up so had to refresh my screen I did so and next thing I knw I keep getting told my timed out... so I try to place my order again I go to pay then start putting all my info in and submit it next thing you knw it says it timed out I check my bank and they took the money for the purchase I tried to see if I got the order in and they never received it... I call customer service and all I get told was I'm sorry we don't have your order and that there was nothing that she could do but if they put a hold on it I should get it in 3 to 5 days back into my account... but there was nothing she can do and there was no supervisor I could talk to this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with shopping online... if I was you take your shopping somewhere else it's not worth the headache and the inconvenience you have from dealing with all them this is by far the last time I get anything from them

Today December 4,2020 I received the Lexington Watch and I am very disappointed, the glass of the watch is scratched so I request a change and nobody in customer service department contacted me yet. The Double Billfold Wallet, I didn't received it yet and I want to know its status. I have called the customer service phone number that you provide in the order confirmation email and I have waited more than 1 hour and a half for someone to answer me and it has been unsuccessful. I expected better customer service from Coach, it's unfortunate that you don't appreciate your loyal customers.

I was a bit iffy on ordering from the outlet. IM SO GLAD I DID! I order a bag for Christmas for my mom. Got it before the actual date I thought it was coming. The only downfall was I didnt know that I needed to request the Coach box but I did email them. Fingers crossed I hear back from them. I'm pretty sure I will. Ordered 2 things one of them came the other hasn't and it's been almost a month now. The item still hasn't been processed. I've called customer service four times. The first and second time I called they say it'll be in stock in a couple days and should be shipped. Liars. Called today after calling last week and they said that something is going on in the warehouse. Tried to cancel the order, they said they can't. I'll never order from here again. I've never had issues with coach outlet up till now. Don't order anything from them during this time because all your item will do is sit in the warehouse. Whoever is working in the warehouse needs to do their job.
The website CLEARLY states that they ship to APO AP addresses (military). My 1st order was sent back to Coach as "undeliverable" and when I called, I was told I would have to order the item again and get a credit for the 1st order. I ordered a 2nd time and AGAIN the item was sent back as "undeliverable". When I called, I explained that the item was going to an APO AP address and needed to be sent USPS rather than UPS. In fact, I was charged the USPS shipping fee because it was going to an APO AP address. AGAIN, I had to reorder the item and wait for the 2nd order to credit my card. On the 3rd attempt, I opted to have the item sent directly to me at a physical address. Now the item is $30 more than either of the first 2 attempts and no one can seem to adjust it and make it right. Then, when I logged into my account, I see that the item is shipping to my billing address rather than the physical address that I gave the representative, and confirmed while I was on the phone. Now I have 3 charges for this item on my credit card. I will NEVER use Coach Outlet again. If it wasn't for the fact that this item is a Christmas present for my DIL from my son and they are stationed overseas, I would have not even tried the 3rd time. So annoyed with this process!
I placed 2 orders through a 3rd party Klarna. Never use. Total payment due was $70 for both. My account was charged $192.84... which caused a $30 overdraft fee. I went back & forth for 3 hours. Bottom line.

I have placed many orders from Coach outlet over the years, and it's always a risk. Sometimes they ship quickly. Most of the time they ship slowly. They often cancel your order altogether after holding your money for over a week because they oversold the item. I do not believe for a single second that they fulfill orders in the order in which they are placed.
I order bags from here often. Today I placed and order and the money comes out of my account and immediately the website says the order couldn't be placed and use another payment method. I call in and they tell me the order wasn't placed and that I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN
I have tried for days to order from the Coach Outlet website, but it is not responsive. I put items in my cart about a dozen times and immediately went to pay for them only for the website to not process my payment. I don't have time to sit in a que waiting to order over the phone. Now, I see other people are not happy with their purchase. Coach needs to get their act together all the way around.
I know we are in a pandemic and companies are being stretched but Coach Outlet Customer Service has been the worst company to deal with during this time. I had a order that wasn't shipped for three weeks and was "processing". I called twice and was on hold both times for almost an hour. During both calls they told me my order could not be cancelled and they were working on it. However, During the second call I demanded to speak with a manager in order to cancel the order and miraculously it could then be done. In addition to the calls I did try to submit online inquiries before I made calls because I knew their customer service may be stretched. I figured I could wait for an online response. Neither of those online inquiries were ever responded to. If Coach Outlet is unable to effectively meet the needs of their online customers then they should stop their online business.

Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
