Charging Twice

Coachoutlet.com has has charged me twice for the same order on 12/15/20 &1/7/2021 I am still waiting to get my merchandise.
They charge card immediately and then when it ships. I want my money back!

A week ago I perches a bag online as a Christmas gift, i paid additional for faster shipping, something told me to check my order status, order CANCELLED, i spoke to a representative that said they ran out of stock yet on their website it says (8-more available, 55% off) moral of the story, DO NOT TRUST their online advertisements! Oh, and i now have to wait 5- days for my refund! How convenient!

Cashier being rude

I was in store today at Last America Branch. Everything goes smooth and staff was nice. Until I got to the cashier. I bought 2 bag ang 2 wrist wallet. I was being nice approach to her, i ask her nicely would you mind if i put them separately.? She Tell me with mean voice! OH WE DON'T DO SEPARATE BAG HERE.! I didn't even finished on my words she cut me off.! I said "i just want to put them together the pouch and Bag with separate bag. Sothat they're not scratching each other." She's Quite and separate it anyway. I was just being quite and didn't say anything When i live the store, She not even saying Thank you when she give my reciept. Her name is ALONDRA. Just awareness to respect and be nice to your costumer. I don't give reviews but this is my first time feel being treat RUDE to the coach store. Which is my favorite store.

I have LOST MONEY by shopping with Coach Outlet. I ordered the Total Signature Trench coat and it arrived in a humongous package that was 3x larger than necessary. When I decided to return the trench coat, I had to pay $42.04 in shipping costs on a $304 order! The jacket arrived on October 1; it is now October 8 and I still have not received my refund or heard from Coach Outlet at all.

Ordered a purse on 12/10. Have not received a word on processing or shipment. Have attempted to call x 4 with over one hour waits each time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I would give them a ZERO if it was available.

CO created a shipping label for my package 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to send the package. I ordered way in advance before Christmas. If they do not send my order prior to Christmas Day they will never have to worry about me being a customer again. This is ridiculous. No one has answers. IF YOU KNOW IT'S A HIGH ORDER VOLUME DUE TO THE HOLIDAY PREPARE FOR IT! It's 2020 and your a big designer, not a small company. DO BETTER OR I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE

Dissatisfaction

Orders a purse for my wife for Christmas on December 1st from coach outlet. Never heard anything from coach never got an email saying the order was processing nothing but they did take the money out of my back account. Dec 4th I received an email saying my order was being processed. December 12th order shipped. When I got this email I checked the tracking and it said it would be delivered December 16th. It is now December 17th with no purse and my tracking information now shows it still hasn't been dropped off at the ups facility just that a label has been created. There is no customer service whatsoever and if you do call no matter what time of day it is you'll be on hold and if you get a response back in your email, no matter what your situation is it'll be because of COVID. Coach outlet stinks.

Coach Outlet showed an item as available on their site and I ordered from it. I received an email from Coach saying based on your past purchase here's an item you might like which is what I purchased. Then I received an email stating my order is delayed and when I went to the site it showed the item as available at a much higher price and when I went to my account it showed as backordered. I contacted Coach and was told they aren't getting anymore of the item I ordered and they're sold out! I had to contact them and had to ask for compensation but was offered only $25 and no explanation about their email or anything. When I checked my bank it showed as a pending action from Coach. After contacting Coach the bank no longer shows the transaction. Then they canceled my order. Funny how the item was available when I ordered and after their claim it was backordered. Totally false advertising!

Finally got the bag after Christmas

See my original review for story, which is pretty much like all the other stories of folks who ordered in the holiday shipping window and then got radio silence from Coach while their items did NOT arrive by Christmas.

My item did arrive last week, but like I said the gift was ruined by not being here on Christmas. Was ordered on the 10th but took them 12 days to ship it.

Another thing I would like to note here is Coach Outlet refuses to post negative reviews on their website. I submitted a review AS A VERIFIED PURCHASER days ago and they will not post it because it is not a positive review. This company is shady as they get, BUYER BEWARE.

I worked insane amounts of OT this past month to give my family a good Christmas... I wanted to get my wife something special. I decided on a new Coach purse. I ordered the purse on December 10th. On the site they GUARANTEED it would arrive before Christmas ( no reason it's shouldn't). NOPE. It would have if they had shipped it immediately but they took 12 days to finally ship it on the 22nd. YES THE 22nd, 3 days before Christmas. If they were going to make that guarantee they should have taken a loss on it and overnighted it to make good on the promise to get it here.

Nope, now it's Christmas Eve and it's showing on the tracking info that it won't be here until next week, so I don't have a gift for my wife on Christmas. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS, THEY ARE LIARS!

Horrible

I had ordered a Christmas gift for my mother at the beginning of November. The bag took forever to ship and once I had received it, I realized they sent the wrong item. I was on hold for two hours to reach customer service only to have them tell me I had to pay to ship their item back since I live in Canada and that they would not ship or hold the bag I had actually purchased until the wrong item was in their possession. It is no surprised that the bag I had ordered sold out a month later while I'm still stuck waiting for my refund. I understand why they would want to wait to ship the bag but you could not hold the item? It was already paid for... Customer service has been terrible over the email and phone as my issue seems to inconvenience them more than anything. From a high-end brand, I can honestly say I expected much better service and organization. If you can help it, do not order from there, especially if you are from Canada! It's more headache than it is worth. There are many other high-end brands out there that want your business and will help make your online shopping experience enjoyable.

Coach purses HORROR

Horrible online experience! 1) When you request for a password reset, the link is NEVER sent 2) If you enter the wrong "Login" credentials, No Error message is issued, you just get rerouted back to the Login page.

GOOD Luck with online purchases. This is Mickey Mouse, Coach should go to Amazon's school of eCommerce basics

Do NOT purchase from coachoutlet.com!

I paid $213.93 for a bag from coachoutlet.com. I even received purchase confirmation emails AND a delivery notification. When I got my bag, I glanced at it and put it in my closet (it is a fall bag). I recently opened up the box to change purses from summer to fall and realized this handbag is all PLASTIC! I sent an email to their customer care department via "*******@coach.com" and received the following response TWICE, despite providing them with the order number AND their "delivery notification" email:

"Thank you for your dedication to the Coach brand. We're happy to help give product information.

We understand you wish to authenticate your Signature Town Bucket Bag. We're sorry; however, we do not offer services to authenticate merchandise or determine whether serial numbers match actual Coach items.

The website seems 100% LEGIT. The product? NOT SO MUCH! I have several Coach bags that I have purchased IN STORE. The handbag that I received feels like a plastic bucket you would get from the Dollar Tree! INFURIATING! I could have received a better "knock off"" from Shein!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Sarah ******* needs to find a new job ASAP. She didn't fix the problem at all in fact she made matters worse. She had the nerve to tell me to watch my tone after I got $500 taken out of my account from a place that said they couldn't even take my payment! $230 smtn dollars taken from my cash app. Then I sent my sister the same amount and not only did they tell her thanks for shopping with us but they didn't send no confirmation email. She called her bank and the money was taken out NOT PENDING BUT GONE! Then when we called Coach guess what they said. They said that order didn't even exist. CRAZY. Theeeeennnn they said it would take 3-5 business days for my funds to come back. Well guess what? The funds aren't there. I will never EVER EVER SHOP here and I will let the world know not to shop here either.

Are These Bags Real?

Not sure how Athentic these bags are did my research and they look nice but not Real? The Zipper is not a YKK Zipper nor is it Real Silver or brass. The bag did not come with a Dust bag and it just look cheap... items are nice but won't buy again! Fake totes? Also the packaging was horrible I was shocked that Coach outlet shipps their packages like that smh.

Used to be good

I order bags from here often. Today I placed and order and the money comes out of my account and immediately the website says the order couldn't be placed and use another payment method. I call in and they tell me the order wasn't placed and that I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN

I made 2 orders this last week. I received one order and another order status has been BEING SHIPPED for a week. I called customer service and I was told I was being shipped so I just have to wait. I waited but the status hasn't changed. So I called again and I was told the order was canceled because of my credit card wasn't American credit card. I used the same exact payment method for these two orders which was PayPal with my Japanese credit card. They can't explain to me why I could receive one order and another one got canceled... and if that's the policy, at least give me an email or update the freaking order status!

Never again! Ima bring my business somewhere else COACH!

THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EVER

SCAMMERS-HOW DOES COACH LET THIS GO ON ITS A VERY BAD REFLECTION ON THEM, long story short 1st they charged my credit card $54. Over the price of my order 2nd waited 32 days for a small package delivered by the post office(they charged $15. For shipping claiming they only ship through ups or fedex only, not true, lastly it would have been nice to have received the pocket book I ordered, even the plain black wallet but no I received a FAKE brown(I own nothing brown)wallet they returned my email(the only way you can contact THE CHINESE BASED RIP OFF SIGHT they want me to pay to ship back the $36 wallet before issuing me a refund which pohang will not happen-there is no reason to not refund th $ for the $68. Pocket book that was absent from my order. This by far is the worst experience I have had to deal with in regards to shopping in my entire life DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY HAVE A NORMAL LOOKING COACH OUTLET SITE WHICH WAS MADE TO APPEAR THEY WERE LOCATED IN NY. UNREAL
