The order has still not left the Wharehouse... but they defintley charged my credit card and will not give a refund!
I placed a order on 11/25/21 for a pair of shoes and a wristlet and have not received either! I was promised my order by Dec 2,2021, the items were suppose to be Christmas presents but they never came, each time I check the delivery status the date moves further out, I have called several times to be told it looks like it's sitting in the warehouses waiting yo be picked up by LaserShip, the next call I was told I would receive the items by Dec 10th, it's Feb 28th 2022 and still no items, I disputed the $69.12 charge and still trying to get my money! I will never ever order from Coach outlet.com again, if y'all were having shipping issues with LaserShip y'all need to take that up with them and find another company to get us customers our orders! I placed order for handbags on may 11th. I received an email notification on may 15th saying my order is on route. Two days later I checked the delivery status and shows that my package got delivered already. I checked the tracking number and shows that my delivery address was updated with wrong shipping address. I didn't even know that. I'm trying to reach out the coach customer service but no answer. I guess I lost my money by doing online shopping in this site. I advise everyone to never shop online in coach website.
My sister and I made some orders on the Pre- Black Friday SALE and ALL the orders were canceled.! Like wth.! And this is not the only time I've gone through this multiple times. I ordered daughter's Birthday gift on Dec 4th for her Birthday on Dec 19th today is Jan 5th they have changed the date 5 times for arrival today it says 11th to arrive I'm done calling there not helpful and at this put I want my money back they won't do that either so I'll call my credit card company and talk to them. HORRIBLE experience on Coach Outlet site. Ordered a handbag for wife's Christmas gift on 11/30/20, website said the item is in stock. Checked again for status a couple days later, website says "BACKORDERED". No option to cancel order and get something else. FINALLY ships on 12/23, with a 12/30 arrival date. Spoke with Customer Service and there clueless waited on Supervisor to call for 2 days nothing it's always an excuse when you call. Sat on the phone with Customer Service to cancel my order they couldn't cancel a supervisor gave to cancel was told a supervisor will call waited over 26 hour and still nothing called today 12/20 and all the supervisor are busy this is ridiculous I spent over 500 hundred dollars they charged my card received the money but I have no merchandise and I can't cancel my order never again will I order from them I will order from Macy or The actual Coach website because Customer Service and the Supervisors on Coach. I ordered several items from Coach outlet and one of the items did not show up. I called and they gave me a gift card which I have discovered I am not allowed to use.
They have blocked my account for suspicious activity and I have spent no less than 10 hours on the phone over the last 2 months trying to get them to clear my account so I can make the purchase of the item that was never sent. I cannot believe they gave me a gift card instead of a refund and now have the audacity to block the gift card from being used! It's my money they have literally stolen from me. I thought coach was a legit company, but apparently not.
I was also charged twice for a bag and had to make an hour phone call to clear that up and have them reverse the charge to my account.
I also returned a couple of items and my refunds were never issued yet they say they have been! Coach has about $300 of my money they won't give back. I am honestly in shock at how horrible this experience has been! But they flag and lock my account as if I am committing fraud or something! I just wanted to treat myself to a few things for my birthday and it is still an unresolved disaster over 2 months later! I have placed 3 orders and have had a problem with every single one! Unfortunately after three weeks I called customer service and followed up my order. They told me that my order was not available in stock from the beginning and eventually I cancel myborder. I bought a bag for more than a week and received a email confirmed my order, it canceled but didn't get money back for more than one week, even did not have email to notify me the order was canceled until I logged in the website and didn't see my order anymore. They charged my money, don't send anything to me and don't notice me, it is a cheater. Never buy anything from them, they are totally unreliable and don't have basic guarantees for being honest to running business. I don't know when my items or money will back, I consider to report ACCC about the company dishonest issues.
I ordered a backpack from the website on Dec. 17 for Christmas. Was assured it would arrive on Dec 24. I called in Dec 23 to check on status and was told they could not make the delivery. When I asked why they didn't contact me they said they couldn't generate emails. Meanwhile, I was receiving promotional emails the whole time. The entire experience was not what I would expect from Coach. Go to the store or stay away from Coach.
As a personal shopper, Coach USA is one of my worst experiences. Whenever I order from them, after there attempts, they return so early to the facility. The customer service reps dont have emotional intelligence to handle your situation. They do not have the service of you picking up your items after attempting to deliver to you at a UPS ACCESS POINT like every normal store does.

That's literally the contract--it was like he had some sort of revelation or epiphany of how to solve the problem. Well, to his credit, I received a new order number and tracking ID. Yesterday (3 days later), 1/23 and they arrived -but not even the correct bags. They literally have one job; to put the correct merch in a box timely--fail. I will never order online from them again. I spent way too much time trying to rectify their error. I refuse to pay someone to treat me poorly. The customer service is unresponsive and apathetic. It is not worth the aggravation. I should bill them for my time and energy--including having to write this review.
