Overcharged and no refund

I'm so disappointed with Coach Outlet. I received a $100 gift certificate for my birthday. The purse I ordered was $169 so when checking out, I entered the gift certificate number, then my credit card for the difference. The next day I was paying my credit card and noticed that they charged my card the full $169. I called and they told me the gift certificate was declined. My friend who purchased the gift certificate was on the phone with me and assured them that they withdrew $100 from her account. We were on the phone for 2 hours until they figured out the gift card was legit. I was told that they would credit my account in 7-10 business days, which did not happen. I called back and explained the situation AGAIN, and was told I had to be put on hold and they disconnected me. I will never purchase anything from Coach again. I tried to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but they aren't registered. This company is a joke, don't waste your time or money!

Do not waste your time!
December 18, 2020

I ordered a purse for my daughter in law for christmas on Nov 30th. Today is December 18th. 1 week away from christmas. They have not even processed the order let alone get this shipped out. I am so disgusted right not. I called and was put on infinate hold trying to talk to someone. What a waste of time. I now have to run out and find another item for her christmas. I am so angry right now.

I can not deal with a company that will not honor a sale price when they have the same name I bought a purse and 4 days later went on sale for 20% off said I had to return it to the store and then repurchase on line. Done with Coach which sucks because I do like their purses but they have no customer service that are kind and the time I ordered my purse from them I had to return it 2xs to get one that wasn't defective or used plus the online web site it horrible to look at items. Which I wished I had noticed that the purse I bought in the store didn't have any of the zippers tags covered usually they have a foam like wrap with tape wasn't on any

I returned the bag to coach outlet and they received on oct 7, On oct 26th I called, they said I need to wait for 7-14 days but I have been waiting for 19 days and they still can't process my refund. They even told me that paypal is having an issue receiving my money so I called paypal and they said they have never received refund from coach outlet. I called coach again and they said they are processing. Now I still haven't gotten my refund yet. I will not buy from Coach anymore.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
December 21, 2020

Ordered a bag, some sunglasses and a wallet as Christmas gifts on black friday. It took a week for the order to be confirmed. A couple days later I received an email saying "We're sorry, here's 20% off" with no explanation about what happened to my order. After some research i saw that the bag was out of stock but the other items were still being processed. Then I received an email saying my order was en route and to be delivered tuesday the 15th. On the 15th it said it would be delivered on the 17th. On the 17th it said it was delivered. It was never delivered. Today is the 21st and still no package. I'm currently on hold with customer service and its been over and hour. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I tried to place my order multiple times. After the 3rd time I was told to call my bank and after calling my bank and finding out there was no issue on my end, I tried to place the order again. And that order was cancelled as well. I was then told there is a problem with my address. I tried to order again using my work and then my mother's address and all were cancelled. No one could tell me what the issue was my the addresses. Utterly ridiculous!

I ordered a bag online, and waited for 15 days to get shipped. But no response... later I got an email saying it is going to take some time because bag inventory is low. I said OK, I want to wait( because I liked the bag a lot).
Finally after a month I got another email saying "MY ORDER IS CANCELLED". How can they do like that... very very disappointing..

This is a total scam, I placed any order on 3/26/2021, only to receive tracking information on it, when emailed about it on the 3rd of April, Today is the 23 of April and it still says in transit?
Emailed and asked for a ETA only to receive any email response that says it is in transit... TO WHO?
Emailed and asked for a refund as these would have been gifts. No response.

I ordered a $119 pink Ava Chain Tote on Sunday May 10th. I paid for expedited shipping which said 2-5 business days. It is now May 16th and still have not received my order that I paid a total of $144.19 for after taxes and shipping. The status says processing which I assume means it hasn't been shipped. I would like a refund on my expedited shipping if it doesn't show up by the end of today, Saturday May 16th. If my order doesn't show up on Monday May 18th I will be refunding my purchase. Thank you.

I was looking for a Coach bag and clicked on this site by accident. I laughed so hard at the lame $#*! garbage they're trying to pass off as authentic Coach products. If you know anything about what is and what isn't genuine Coach then you'll know right off the rip that this garbage is NOT COACH! The stitching is all wrong, the feet on the bigger bags don't exist or they're the wrong type, the zippers are not YKK which is the only type Coach uses. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. Coach is never going to sell a bag, a wallet and a piece of jewelry for $45.

I ordered the crossbody bag last week and shipment was great. However, when I open the box, the bag is open, it is not packed, or a dust bag or anything that would make it looks decent in a package. It looks like someone just threw the bag inside the box and close it and the bag has this horrible smell!

Placed 2 orders with both totaling $1000ish on 9/15 & 9/19. On 9/20, price went down on all of them. Called CS to get a price adjustment since price went down and was on hold for about 27 minutes before someone came on the phone. But rep told me they will not do that since it is a different promotion. Then she told me I can reorder and return the 2 orders but I would have to pay the shipping to return the orders. I can also return the orders to store but since I used PayPal, I will only get store credit instead of going back to my credit card on my PayPal account.

This really suck!

There seems to be some doubt as to whether coachoutlet.com carries authentic and/or high quality pieces. They ABSOLUTELY do! I have purchased shoulder & crossbody bags, leather boots, jewelry, a stunning leather briefcase and more, and every item is made of the utmost high-quality materials, leather, hardware, stitching and accurate sizing. If you know how to spot a real COACH & read the "serial/style" numbers on the creeds, then you'll know that these are authentic, and none that I have ever purchased have had the "F" "factory" code, which means they were not made specifically & only for the outlet. Probably the most impressive thing (other than the amazing prices) is their customer service. I clicked on the "chat" button to express a comment one time, and the actual COACH company answers you the very next day by email. The representative was absolutely so kind & friendly and solved my inquiry. I'm telling you, I could not be more impressed, so much so that I am now going to buy a COACH logo scarf, awesome travel jewelry case and a white bag for summer. If you knew me, you'd know why this is quite a "shocker." For the past 25 years, ALL of my bags were only from one specific luxury designer (with my "L" initials). Now, I find myself scouring CoachOutlet.com for "anything I might want to buy next." Even though I still just purchased one of "the other brand's" $10,000 bag, I am just as excited to wear my gorgeous leather COACH booties and carry my laptop computer in my stunning leather COACH briefcase. You have GOT to see the photo of it with it's embossed leather "C"s, gorgeous gunmetal hardware, and supple compartments inside. I love the smell of high-quality leather. And I probably sound a commercial, but I'm loving the freedom of grocery shopping now with the "Elias Belt Bag' on, instead of a dangling shoulder bag. However, make sure that you are clicking on www.coachoutlet.com (with the authentic "C" logo in front of it). There is another site "www,coach (dash-dash-) outlet.com (with carriage in front of it), and I do not know if it is legitimate.

No customer service

I placed 2 orders through a 3rd party Klarna. Never use. Total payment due was $70 for both. My account was charged $192.84... which caused a $30 overdraft fee. I went back & forth for 3 hours. Bottom line.
Only 1 order processed. I will have to wait 7-10 days for my funds to be returned to my account. COACH representatives never stepped up to protect their brand. I was told to call KLARNA. Bad LOOK COACH.
Horrible. Situation. Circumstance. Very disappointed Coach did not step up & fix it. Seeing it is THEIR PRODUCT I was purchasing. FOR THE LAST TIME.
I WILL SPREAD THE WORD

Not what it used to be

Very dissatisfied with service ordered on November 27 and package still not recieved on Dec 18th. Product at some facility since dec 13 they do this so you cant cancel order. Shame comoany not what it used to be since they sold. Now i have to go out and find a gift as there is no way my orders will be here for christmass never again Coach. Lost a valued customer

This place is HORRIBLE.
BUYER BEWARE!
They took my order and my money DAYS ago but never shipped my item.
Upon calling them and asking for a refund, I was told they are not allowed to cancel once an order is placed. WHAT!?
What kind of company doesn't or can't cancel?
Mind you the order never got shipped and still hasn't so how come you can't cancel and refund!?
I will NEVER order from them again.
In times like this where money is scarce they wanna try and take money from you without delivering the goods.
UNACCEPTABLE.

I am in Canada and did research BEFORE I ordered both an accordian zip wallet and Lillie carryall, both with silver hardware. Each reached me, after shipping, within 3 days. Further, I had originally ordered a file crossbody, but it was backordered and looked like it would be for a while. They offered me my choice of bag for the same price (at least 75$ US more than my original order). I was very impressed by this. If you do your research and you know anything at all about Coach they only have a few certified sites (and stores of course) which sell the legitimate, authentic product. These are www.coach.com, www.coachoutlet.com, world.coach.com or at authorized department stores and specialty stores. You are otherwise not buying an authentic coach product.

When checking out online, the website kept claiming there was an issue with my debit card and indicating I needed to re-enter the CVV code which I did three times. Ultimately, my order was NEVER placed BUT they charged my card three times for a total of $900. I called customer service three times to resolve this, and each time the rep blamed the bank and said these were mere holds. They couldn't figure out why my order wouldn't go through as my card was fine and legit and I had the money in the bank. The authorizations never dropped off my account, I had no order confirmation, and ultimately had to call the fraud department of my bank who helped me immediately file a claim against Coach. Horrible hassle. Learned my lesson - will NEVER shop at Coach outlet again nor buy in stores. Not worth it. Can't add photos as no products are being shipped. I could add a phone of me on the phone with my bank being upset.

I recently bought 2 purses from Couch Outlet. The first one was good. That is why I made the second order. This time I got my purse in a very big box compare to my little purse. The box was poorly taped, it was almost open that I could put my hand in without cutting the tapes. When I opened the box, my beautiful purse was covered with dust, and even have a scratch right by the front. The purse was not be wrapped with anything. I am pretty sure it was jumpping up and down the whole shipping process. I contact to Couch Outlet, they gave me No apology, not a single word of it. They just asked me to returnI feel so annoy since with the Covid, everything is closed and we have everything done online. Oh did I mention that if I send it back by UPS, then I would be the one who pay for the shipping
It is very disappointed since I really like this purse, but I cound not order it again because I am so afraid that it would come in bad condition as this one.

No Inventory take Months to deliver keep your money for a month then say we don't have it and it's back order
Worst customer service one customer rep said will give you gift card and never gave any or issued when I called everything was wiped out from the system saying we can't help you
