Great bag! Legit company

I ordered a bag and Wallet from coachoutlet.com and it literally arrived in 3 days! Plus, it was securely wrapped up and it's the real deal. I am so satisfied with my purchase and with the shipping speed! I was worried due to all the nay sayers on here about this being a fake company that takes your money and runs but that was NOT my experience :)

HORRIBLE!

They were supposedly having a "sale". I purchased a bag and they took my money. Three weeks later they sent me an email stating that the bag was "no longer available" and they would refund my money. WORST ONLINE STORE EVER AND A DISGRACE TO COACH. Buy Michael Kors!

This is by far the worst online store out there. They knowingly sell items that aren't even in stock and will never be in stock. They wait weeks to let you know your order is cancelled, if they let you know at all. They also say your order will be shipped from a store and then nothing ever arrives. The order simply gets cancelled with no notification. And if paying with PayPal, beware, they will put a pending authorization on your account holding your money for 30 days, even if your order never ships. In summary, this website needs to be shut down for fraudulently selling merchandise they don't have.

I orderd one coach bag to deliver to my home and my order was placed. I was supposed to receive it between five to seven days. Unfortunately after three weeks I called customer service and followed up my order. They told me that my order was not available in stock from the beginning and eventually I cancel myborder. I got shocked how when an order which does not exist in the stock will be placed?

Very disappointed

This is the first time I ordered from Coach Outlet and I was so disappointed. I ordered a bag as birthday gift for my daughter-in-law but nothing was delivered. They never emailed or called me that it was out of stock. I just learned it not until I asked what happened to my order.

It's like a spam

They never ship your order and when you follow up with them they're quick to reply but they just let you know that the item is currently out of stock yet they continue to sell the same item online. Few days later they cancel your order. It happened with me 3 times! I'm sure there's a reason why they're doing this, it can't be an innocent stock issue

A bunch of liars

Ordered a purse and did not receive it when they said I would so i called and the representative assured me that it was scheduled to be shipped out the next day. Well it never happened. Called back two days later just to make sure it was shipped only to find out its on back order so why didn't the first rep. Tell me this? Now they have no idea when it will be shipped. Refund me please! Poor customer service

I recently bought 2 purses from Couch Outlet. The first one was good. That is why I made the second order. This time I got my purse in a very big box compare to my little purse. The box was poorly taped, it was almost open that I could put my hand in without cutting the tapes. When I opened the box, my beautiful purse was covered with dust, and even have a scratch right by the front. The purse was not be wrapped with anything. I am pretty sure it was jumpping up and down the whole shipping process. I contact to Couch Outlet, they gave me No apology, not a single word of it. They just asked me to returnI feel so annoy since with the Covid, everything is closed and we have everything done online. Oh did I mention that if I send it back by UPS, then I would be the one who pay for the shipping
It is very disappointed since I really like this purse, but I cound not order it again because I am so afraid that it would come in bad condition as this one.

My opinions below are based on 3 Bags that I recently purchased online at CoachOutlet.com
Two of the bags, seriously look like they are KID'S TOYS and the third (a tote) is adult size.
The two bags, (I am highly disappointed in) feel like plastic and (size wise) are more suitable for a child.
Anyway, please see the attached pictures.
The Chalk Color handbag has a slit in the back not even a zipper, really! The bag is Not even as big as a $20 bill.
Ultimately, that's all I feel these bags are worth. Buyer Beware, they look cheap.
Also, Customer Service is extremely unprofessional and poor, so good luck!

I got an instagram ad for a cute, inexpensive lanyard and I thought "Why not?". Well now I know why not. When I was checking out, the website never asked for my address for shipping. I thought at first that this was because I was paying through PayPal, which already has my address in their system. I was wrong. I waited almost two weeks for this lanyard and once it finally was set to be delivered, it was returned to sender by the post office because they never had my address. Thankfully I got my refund because it went through like a return but it is just unacceptable to have such a terrible website.

First of all, I bought the Town Tote. Purse itself is cute but my complaint is with shipping. I opened the box when it arrived and in the box was my purse not protected by anything whatsoever. It was basically just thrown in a box that was 5 sizes larger than the purse. It apparently bounced around in shipping causing the bag to fold over itself and now has several creases. I have purchased Coach from the outlet in the past and had no issues. This bag however, was not in a plastic bag, had no protective foam around the bag and the handles were not covered in tissue paper. Whoever packed this one up to ship didn't give a $#*! about me spending a $#*! load of money for the bag. TAKE MORE PRIDE IN YOUR SHIPPING OR FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN.

Coach has been my favorite brand for many years "UNTIL NOW". I have purchased many bags, women's and men's colognes, shoes, and watches. I purchase 3 of such within a week recently. The Reserve collector bag arrived without named tag attached. When customer service was notified they said that they had it but would not send it. After waiting 2 weeks for the bag I would have to ship it back and wait for another. We are talking about sending a missing 6 inch chain that could have been shipped in an envelope. They suggested that my other choice was to travel on public transport during Covid-19 to a shut down store to ask for another chain which they could not guarantee that the store would have. They would not even give me a document stating that I was entitled to it. After a lengthy, detailed, irate email to customer service which I never got a response to and many phone calls this is how I have resorted to get out my dissatisfaction. I told customer service that this would be the result if they did not resolve the problem. They don't give two sh*ts.

Drove 60 miles one way to go to Coach to purchase a gift for my wife. We have a closet full of Coach. I got to the door where I was told you can only enter with an appointment. 98 degrees out with a mask on sweating my as. Off. Well I'm done with Coach. Walked around the corner to Sunglasses Hut and spent 350.00 there with out a problem. Bye Coach. I notice your reviews are terrible..

The only problem I have been having from coach is when they ship from a store. I have ordered 3 bags two that came from the factory arrived on time with no problem. The one that is shipping from the store is not here and I ordered that on 06/18 it is now 07/03. I'm not sure if the store is not open or what I just need answers and all I'm getting are lies
