Ordered on Nov 19 they took my money, never emailed me back, was on hold for 45 mins and never got a person, I am so mad.
Ok first off I was online trying to place a order and I had everything I was going to order in when I went to check out it said my time was up so had to refresh my screen I did so and next thing I knw I keep getting told my timed out... so I try to place my order again I go to pay then start putting all my info in and submit it next thing you knw it says it timed out I check my bank and they took the money for the purchase I tried to see if I got the order in and they never received it... I call customer service and all I get told was I'm sorry we don't have your order and that there was nothing that she could do but if they put a hold on it I should get it in 3 to 5 days back into my account... but there was nothing she can do and there was no supervisor I could talk to this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with shopping online... if I was you take your shopping somewhere else it's not worth the headache and the inconvenience you have from dealing with all them this is by far the last time I get anything from them
BEWARE AND AVOID! Coach Outlet online is a horrible experience. Their payment system didn't work right. Called to cancel the order within a couple of minutes. Was assured by the rep that it was canceled, but they can't send a cancelation email. Placed a new order with the correct payment. Two days later, get a shipping notice for both orders. Call them up and get a guy that is inept at his job. The call took two hours, he canceled the wrong order and rerouted the wrong package. Assured that he fixed the payment situation. Check the account and he did nothing at all other than reroute the package. The package has been sitting at Coach now for over a week and they have no idea when they will get to it to process the refund for their system's error. Called on Friday 12/2 and spent over an hour waiting for a supervisor to be hung up on with no supervisor taking the call. Called back and the supervisors kept telling Victoria to take care of it and wouldn't take the call. Her hands were tied with what she could do. The supervisors refused to take the call at that time but assured that they would call back. It's now Sunday and they've not reached back out. BEWARE of shopping with Coach Outlet if you are going to need customer service. The customer gets no service with this horrible excuse for a company. Will not shop with them anymore, nor will I shop with Coach for allowing this experience to happen with their nameplate! One star is TOO MANY!
I received a backpack, the hallie shoulder bag, wallet & wrap. Packaged beautifully. Definitely the real deal.
Ordered my shoes weeks ago and my item is still in processing don't use this site it's hard to get in contact with the company to figure things out.
Ordered 12/04 and my order is still processing, its now 12/20. Tried calling costumer service and can't get through.
Order shoe's from this company was supposed to be a size 8 did not have a size in the shoe fake and they came in big as a elephant please don't order it is a fake COACH.
Website deceiving, I inputted my payment information after submitting a payment it said out of stock.
My items came fast and were well wrapped. The stuff was exactly as shown on the site and a duster was included with my purse.
But I feel the zipper looks weird and I'm not sure if it's fake or bad quality. What do you guys think?

THEY NEVER SENT MY ITEMS. I purchased a bag using a gift card. They didn't ship my bag. I've been sending them emails but I got no replies. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I order a purse online and it never made it. They would not call back and put me on hold for ever. I would NEVER EVER BUY COACH AT ALL. Customer be aware of COACH. NO MORE
I attempted to purchase a "Rider" shoulder bag online as advertised in Coach Outlet email that I received. I was excited to order this as it was reportedly made of the glove-tanned leather that made Coach bags so nice and durable in the 80s and 90s; I notice their newer items are of a very inferior quality, whether offered at Outlet or full-priced Coach stores. I succeeded in placing item in my cart, where it was purportedly to be held for 15 minutes for me to purchase before being made available to other customers if I dawdled. I did not dawdle, but completed my order within 2-3 minutes. I never received an order # or confirmatory email, so I again successfully put item in bag and completed online purchase immediately, or so I thought. Again, no order # or email was received. So I phoned "customer service" (parentheses indicating irony), where I was on hold for MORE THAN ONE HOUR. Clerk who answered was eventually able to view my account, and he could not find either order. I asked him why "temporary charges" were seen on my credit card reflecting these purchases. He said they would "fall off" my account in a day or two. I told him that would not get me the bag I wanted. I insisted that he attempt to place order for me. He said item was out of stock (of course it was, had sold out while I was on hold for an hour!). Nothing he can do. I ordered a different bag a few months ago, that is how I know that their quality has taken a nosedive since their good days; I had run into problems with the buggy website at that time, as well, but was able to complete that purchase. Wished that I had not when I noted the cheap, thin leather of which it was made. I have checked regular stores since, and I note that their quality is similarly way down as well. Don't have that purse handy right now, but I would wager good money that it was made in China!
I waited 25 minutes for an agent, only to get hung up in the middle of explaining my issue. Customer service is absolutely disappointing.
I ordered a purse May 3rd, paid the $17 for FAST shipping... So I've been checking my email periodically for tracking information, NOTHING! So I decided to give COACH-outlet a call this evening when I got off work, I waited 1 hour and 31 minutes before a LIVE operator picked up my call. I asked him for a tracking number for my package, assuming he had one on his end, because I didn't receive one on my end. So he asked for my order # I gave it to him he verified all my personal info and then tells me my PACKAGE has not even been shipped yet. Hmmmm... Okay sir but I PAID like a 2day shipping for this "Mother's Day" gift From the 3rd/4th of MAY we are 7PM May 6th an it hasn't SHIPPED?... SMH I am sooooo irritated right now, this is not CUSTOMER FRIENDLY order preparedness Uuugh! So now it will be shipped tonight, if it does not arrive by FRIDAY May 8th COACH OUTLET USA will be hearing from me!
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
