This is a scam website

I placed an online order but never got an order confirmation on July 25,2020. I contacted the company via email and waited a week to get an answer. They found my order and said I would have delivery in 2 weeks. I emailed 2 weeks later and they told me they cancelled the order and I would get credit in 14 days. I emailed them everyday starting 8/14/20 with no reply from them as to when I would see a credit. I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Of the our masks two have problems. One has the ear loops but they were cut wrong. Too short to reach the ears. 2nd one is a pull up over the nose and it's not tight enough. Keeps falling down, even when first out of the envelope. Two are useable. No instructions came with them on care. Like should they be washed before wearing? Should they be hand washed? Can they go into a washing machine on cold, warm, hot? Can they go in the drier. NO INSTRUCTIONS.

Bad business

I ordered 2 masks one for my 11 yr. Old daughter one for myself
I got mine in a timely manner hers didn't come for like almost 2 months when I did receive it she was away with her grandparents I opened the outer package but not the wrapper, when she got home we opened it, it was damaged the tie was cut on one side. I contacted them and they asked for the outer package I didn't have anymore but I did send pictures on their request. I was only offered a 30-40% refund which I NEVER GOT STILL TO THIS DAY. My emails are ignored and I was given a $5 gift credit for it taking so long for it getting here but it's not on my account so I couldn't even order another with the $5 they gave me. What a rip off. Do not buy from them

I paid alot for fast shipping and it took just as long as regular shipping, I emailed twice to ask them about my order but they didn't bother to answer either email. It's too bad as their masks are very nice designs

They never sent my swimsuit! They said it's delayed and it's been more than 4 months! When I email them, all they respond is, "It's on it's way, but it's stuck in the UPS!" They took my money and never sent the product! Do not buy their stuff! You have been warned beforehand!

I am from Mexico city, I have placed my order 3 months ago and it has not arrived.
I have contacted customer assistance and they do not give me a solution, they tell me to ask of my order at the nearest post office, but Mexico is a big city and around my house there are more than 9 different companies that are dedicated to package, and customer service only tell me I´m sorry to hear that and its all.

Awful experience!

This is an absolute scam! They never sent my products, and after over two months I was refunded for my products but not for the shipping fee (which was about half of the total). The only answer about extensive correspondence was that "this was their policy"

I make order on June 7, today is August 8 I didn't get anything from them. My pockege been in California, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, Oregon again based on their website and usps tracking number. Wrote several complains to customer service no response. If I can to do less than 1 star I would do that.

Company never sent items purchased. I received a tracking number but it just shows that a label was generated. This company is based in CHINA. Luckily I used Paypal for this transaction so I have some way to get my money back from them. BUYER BEWARE!

Rip Off!

I placed an order and purchased the expedited/express shipping(8-10 business days), because I needed the items prior to a move. The items have yet to ship and it has been 15 days! I have contacted their customer service department and... Nothing! Here is the response I received "Now your package is prepared and it will be sent to you. We will urge the shipping carrier to deliver quickly. Please wait for a few days. Once we know the ETA, we will tell you immediately. Thanks for your support and understanding." They think people are stupid. They send a message stating that "Your items have been shipped" when all they have done is create a label. Period. It has been an additional 5 days and there has been zero movement on my parcel. FedEx has not received anything associated with the tracking number Clothmyths has provided. And please, like others have stated, do not be fooled by the Fontana, California address. I live about an hour and a half outside of Fontana and living so close one would think they would have little issue getting my $200.00 purchase to me quickly and without issue. Oh wait! Stupid me ~ My money and my items are still in China ~ It's all going back if I ever receive the items! Pissed In CA!

Dealing with Clothmyths has been extremely frustrating. They took my money right away and said my order was on its way. As I tracked it, I found it stopped en route to the US, in Shanghai on May 22,2020. From there I exchanged MANY emails with them. After 79 days they insisted it was the fault of the virus. I finally received my order on July 30,2020. Other mask companies delivered my orders in less than 15 days from China. Clothmyths masks took 82 days to reach me in the US. Excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. I had to tell them they were being reported to the US Post Office and my Bank and asked for my money back. Oddly enough, I received it a few days after informing them that they were being reported! I have to inform you that even though it took 82 days and a bunch of excuses from them, the masks were made very well! The sewing is impeccable and the material was made of good quality. So, I love the masks but don't ever want to do business with Clothmyths ever again! It's just not worth going through what I went through. There are other wonderful companies I can do business with.

Never again

I can't believe this place. We placed an order May 22 it is now July 14 and we have no one to understand where I package is. One day it was delivered the next it's on the way give it some time. So which one is it? Try to talk to someone on chat it disconnects you. Complete utter trash and at this point I want my money back. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER EVER order from them AGAIN! Oh yea still waiting on my package!

I ordered $70+ worth of face masks on May 21st and I still have not received any merchandise! Never any response through the chat service. They leave you waiting until you give up and then they send you a email, but don't respond to that either. Pretty sure it's a scam. If I ever receive my order., I will be happy to base another review on the merchandise.

All talk no action

They did not even ship for a few weeks and now months later blame the failure to deliver on everything - especially Covid. They refuse to refund on grounds of "... we only refund when the product is returned...". # months - and lots of excuses. It (may be) stuck in customs - for a month? Which only means it was not cleared for something on their shipment. Now even their shipping agent can't update... but they keep on sayin WAIT... not sure for what. Ordered in May July 4 stuff... now useless. That they continue to solicit business and payments daily through all that time - knowing that they can't deliver is a good indication of why you should avoid ordering. That they insisted on charging insurance at purchase... and won't even address a "claim" - (take choice of reasons)... yet another. If it ain't a scam, not sure how else to define it. Still awaiting a refund for something if they have sent I would refuse delivery on - but is (if sentZ) still with their contract carrier and not in the USPS - even according to their own system:

STAY AWAY!

On April 04,2020, I ordered 15 mask from Clothmyths that are from CHINA! Don't believe their address from California. I did not receive my mask until June 29th, and they are HORRIBLE! CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!
Either they are only 4 inches wide or so Big and Baggy they Fall Off Your Face! Will not stop Nothing! Flimsy, very thin and Not Worth two cents! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
