Placed an order 3 months ago. Never received it, but they did take $109.00 from my credit card. When I requested a refund, I was told the merchandise had shipped and the only way to get a refund was to return the items. When I checked the tracking number they gave me, it was not a valid number. So no merchandise and no way to get my money back!
On May 27th I ordered 22 face masks for my wedding on June 20. I received a notice that they were shipped on June 2. It is now June 29th and they still haven't arrived. Customer Service (e.g. Candy) has misspellings and I'm unable to track my order. I requested to return my order unopened and receive a full refund. They countered with a 20% refund and keep the masks. Do not buy from this company.

Placed my order on May 7, today is May 28 and I still do not have my order. I have contacted this company several times, they told me on May 17 that I would have my tracking number in three days. Three days pass I did not receive a tracking number or any other correspondence. I contacted the company again after 10 days past, they responded and told me that there is a delay due to COVID-19 and that my order was not urgent so I would need to wait or cancel my order. I responded to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The very next day they tell me they cannot cancel my order because it has shipped, they included a tracking number for a delivery service from China that I've never heard of, when attempting to check the tracking number I get no information. This company is sounding more and more like a scam to me as I am given the runaround regarding my order. Buyer beware of this companies shady business practices!
I've never had a bad experience shopping through this website. They have some of the best customer services that I have ever seen and they always write back to your emails in a very timely manner. The quality of the product is really amazing.
