This was my first order. It took longer than I expected to arrive, and I would give the clothes a B- (missing one item, very monochromatic, a wrong size). I elected to keep 4 items, but had trouble with the checkout process (items wouldn't go into the cart for processing). I spent the next two days, on and off, trying to contact someone and get resolution. Right now I'm on their Insta-Chat feature; I've been waiting 12 minutes! My overall grade has dropped. I would say the clothes are okay but the business process is terrible! They should fix their buggy website and concentrate on sales!
