Great Picture. Great Quality. Just would have been nice if I didn't have to measure the back of the frame to screw the hooks and set up the rope.
There was supposed to a 20% discount available per the website, but I could not access it. I did find a code for 15%, but still feel the 20% code should be available as advertised.
I recently found myself with a wall needing some art and found a screenshot I had take years ago of a piece from this company. Luckily, it was still available.
Their website was extremely easy to order from, and had lots of great sizes and options. My order showed up faster than expected. It was packaged meticulously and I was kept in the loop through the Shop app every step of the way.
The product itself is gorgeous and a focal piece in my living room now. The customer experience was flawless, and I expect to look to Clock Canvas again when the need arises. Absolutely 5 starts well-earned!
I was a bit skeptical at first because I'd had never heard of clockcanvas. But boy was I blown away! Got my canvas right on time with the estimated date and looks perfect. Couldn't be more happier!

The frame does not join at corners and the new canvas is extremely tight and corners are very unfinished.

To eliminate the gap you have to connect the frame first and then tighten. If the frame starts with no gap then tightening will keep it that way!
Everything was easy and painless. Found in the website had one question for customer service which they answered in a quick turn around time. Shipment was also received in an acceptable amount of time. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and beauty of my canvases

Ordering was easy and shipment came packaged very well and in a timely manner.
Our first canvas came damaged. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded and immediately sent out a new one. That's great customer service!
Fast shipping. Although the UPS driver delivered it to the wrong house, I was still able to get it. Absolutely live the picture. Perfect.
