I decided to spruce up my office space now that I'm working from home and I'm so glad I did. I ordered wall art from Clock Canvas and I couldn't be happier. It was well packaged, shipping was pretty fast, and the canvas itself is high quality. The price point is also competitive if not better than other sites I've checked out - they also have sales quite often. Would definitely recommend!
I like the product in general but I think for what you get the price isn't justified. It's a standard canvas on a wooden frame, you pay for the individual motive. As my order and the selected picture has an emotional value to me, it's fine for me, but I think the price is quite high. Quality is good, not perfect, but good. I would describe the finish as semi-gloss, the black / dark colors aren't really dark in direct sunlight. Also, be aware of any import fees as I was confronted with an additional 10€ for the import to Europe.
As I expressed to Jessica not sending confirmation # to the ordering individual is very problematic! In other words you need to rethink only sending it to the Email associated with the PayPal account. My entire family uses the same PayPal account!
Placed order over a month ago and I just arrived a few weeks ago.
Disappointed that extra charges came after. I spent extra time on the phone asking about. DHL didn't track package properly. Finally picked it up at the post office. I won't use them again.

Put support dots on the bottom corner of all pictures
Adjust your site to make searching all items, regardless of subject, on one link.
Lovely offerings, not sure how the 30 days to get the rewards
There was supposed to a 20% discount available per the website, but I could not access it. I did find a code for 15%, but still feel the 20% code should be available as advertised.
So far so good but I would like to return the painting. Seems like it has taken a long time for them to contact us. We also left 2 voicemails.
Bought as a gift! My son loved it! Made his living room come alive! Packing was very good! Definitely would buy more! There canvas looks better in person.
When order arrived, it was obviously too small for the space. Ordered the larger size and am very happy with product.

Buying artwork online can be a gamble, but the piece that I received was beautiful and well done. It was exactly what my room needed to tie it together.
The canvas is everything that I expected. I love the colors, the movement in the painting, and the soothing feeling that comes with it. It was also incredibly affordable given the large size (I got the largest canvas possible).

I was a bit skeptical at first because I'd had never heard of clockcanvas. But boy was I blown away! Got my canvas right on time with the estimated date and looks perfect. Couldn't be more happier!

I received the best customer service from Clock Canvas. They are very professional and very accommodating. If you have questions, they have fast response time. In addition, the quality of the art work, and the quality of the canvas materiel are top tier. I would definitely order from them again.

We do not delete FB comments and reply to all messages on the platform where we received your initial message! I have checked and I do not see any emails from you in our customer service.
Answer: They respond but only by email and did not respond when I wanted to cancel because item was not delivered when they said it would be delivered. I was charged before the item was delivered. When item was delivered too late they refused to give me a return shipping label and lied about when it was delivered. I am still involved in a dispute with my credit card company about this. I'm furious about the way this was handled. An apology about sorry we messed up your delivery would have gone a lot further!
Answer: The answer of whether it is legit is questionable. A legit company provides a working phone number for Customer Service issues. This company has a phone number that directs you to their website and/or to send them an email. When emails don't resolve the issue, then there is lots of frustration!
