I would give it no star if I could! SCAM Website. Terrible quality products that are incredibly overpriced. Offer no refunds or returns. AVOID!
I paid $150 US and received a clock that does not move, and the clock looks cheap/poor quality. Dave from the customer service is giving me a hard time when he heard that I want a refund. He refuses to attend to what a customer wants and doesn't take any responsibility for the defective product, and refuses to pay for return shipping costs. Sent multiply emails to Dave, and he still does not want to address the issue.

I recently purchased for the first time from Clock Canvas I thought that this company was selling clocks but they also sell beautiful canvases. I purchased the angel canvas and it was beautiful. When I originally ordered I ordered the wrong size, and I had to contact the customer service and Britney helped me through the process to get the right size. Everyone was very helpful in getting me the right size canvas and it came promptly with no defects. This is a business out of Great Britain but it took no time for the order to get to me. I am remodeling my home and this was the perfect purchase. I will definitely order from them again. You can't go wrong with this company.

I have purchased several paintings from Clock Canvas over the years and have always had an amazing experience. From the price, the quality of the pictures, and the customer service. I'm so happy with my art, and I've recommended this company to several friends!

I would definitely recommend them to others. They email us right away. Provided a tracking #. Packaged arrived in a timely matter. It was well packed. And the picture was exactly like it was on the website.

I purchased the wrong canvas by mistake. Unfortunately, communication is done only through email but had to because they are not in the US. They respond quickly but unfortunately it went to spam and didn't realize that they did.
I needed to return the canvas since I ordered the wrong item. I had to pay for shipping since they are a small business and it was my mistake, I had no problem doing so. The cost was high but hey shipped it here for free.
They refunded me immediately a full refund before even receiving it just had to show proof that it was sent.

I would use them again but hopefully not click the wrong button next time.

I made the purchase by mistake when I was checking the coupon discount. I cancelled it just right after I made the purchase and as per their policy you have 24 hours to cancel it. While I was waiting for my refund I was shocked that they shipped the paintings in just few days. I sent them many of emails and they don't want to be accountable for their own mistakes. This, Dave, just keeps saying it is already shipped and never admit that it is their fault and they should be shipping it back and refund the amount. I rejected to receive the painting from the courier and still no action from their side.

I ordered a simply framed picture from ClockCanvas.com. The item arrived badly damaged, but ClockCanvas would only refund me if I sent the item back to them, at my own expense (they claimed "As a small, start-up company we are unable to afford this cost due to high shipping costs."). When I paid to ship it back to them, they refused to cooperate with Canadian customs officials to receive the shipment, so it ended up getting shipped back to me, at my further expense! This is a fraudulent company, buyer beware.

I bought some Wall art for my daughter's room. When it arrived I realized that the size I ordered was much too big. They were so wonderful and working with me and immediately helped me exchange it for the right size. The art itself is beautiful and we love it. We'll definitely shop here again

The canvas itself is gorgeous, really good quality and vibrant colours, as well as fast international delivery. Very very happy. My biggest shout out goes to the company's amazing customer service. I ordered this canvas as a present, but before I was able to gift it they bought themselves the exact same canvas, so I contacted the company to return it and I have honestly never been so happy with a company's service before, they really went above and beyond to help me and I'm ecstatic with the outcome.

I received the clock 9 months ago and since then, the batteries have gone out twice. The first time I replaced them, the clock worked fine. The second time I replaced them, the clock completely stopped working.

After contacting customer support, asking if I could get a replace (offering to pay for shipping, taxes and even manufacturing cost of clock) - not just asking for a free replacement - I was told no due to it being out of the 180 day window.

Customer service was a bit rude and just kept asking me if I used carbon batteries (yes - I've tried upwards of 15 carbon batteries). Then only mentioned their "policy" without details, so I had to go digging to discover the 180 day window.

Quite a rubbish product if it only works for 9 month after the purchase date. Funny the window is only 180 days... Thanks for the support, Dave.

I bought a set of three canvas and was horrified by the quality of the product. When I tried to return they claimed that I had to send it to Canada to make it impossible. In their website they say that they have warehouse in Uk and Spain, so it doesn't make sense to return it to Canada, from Spain. The best I could get was a refund of 25%, but even with the refund the price was still too high for the cheap quality canvas that I received.

I purchased a beautiful piece from ClockCanvas. I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately it arrived damaged by the shipping company.
Upset, I emailed the company immediately. I included pictures of the damaged piece, as well as the packaging.
ClockCanvas text me back right away. No back and forth, or finger pointing. They sent out a replacement the very same day.
This company treats customers,like customers should be treated.
My picture is beautiful. I will be ordering more in the near future.

They sell garbage products and made false statement's to my credit card company when I disputed the charges. I spoke to customer service and the stopped emailing me at some point. Look at the photos I paid almost $800.00 for plexi and a poster. Real junk... I reported them to the better business bureau. I attached the link to it. This is a fraudulent site. It is based on Canada, but the items come from China. I purchased two canvas and 3 oak wood shelves, but had buyers remorse after I read the reviews which warned against purchasing from the site. I called and tried to cancel the items but it was after their 24 hour time frame. The company shipped the items expressed and gave me the option of returning them. When I received the pictures, it was on a flimsy frame and the pictures was basically a photo on cheap canvas, not worth $600. It was virtually impossible to ship the pictures back within the required timeframe because everything was locked down due to COVID. I was expecting three oak wood shelves which arrived three months after purchasing it but only received one of 3 shelves and it's basically a piece of ply wood. I was duped. I Will never purchase from this site. It's fraudulent, stay away.

Our first canvas came damaged. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded and immediately sent out a new one. That's great customer service!

Bought a set of 3 prints that arrived with ripples in the paper. I wrote and asked for a refund but was told (by yes, *) to ship them back to the UK (I'm in Canada) at my own expense and they would refund once the merchandise received.

I found out using the From shipping label that it actually shipped from a Canadian company in Barrie Ontario. I called this company and they sell to a supplier who then sells through ClockCanvas.

Our friend Dave insists it's not them and keeps giving deadlines on either accepting a replacement or to return at my fee.

After reading other comments on here I now know for sure it's a scam. They will not refund me if I send them back and if I ask for replacements, they again will arrive damaged.

Just moved into a new apartment and ordered a clock from Clock Canvas and I am so in love it is a perfect match for my space! I ordered two more for each of my bedrooms. Can't wait for them to come in & put them up! Highly recommend!
