I had a question about the piece and framing. I was contacted right away and my questions were addressed politely
I ordered framed pictures 16 days ago. I was told by the website that I would receive my package within 5 days. I emailed the company (after failed attempts to speak to someone) and days later received an email stating- "Our shipping partners are a bit backed up but your order has been processed and packaged" That was six days ago. Still no word on where my package may be and when I track my package, it states- "order ready, cannot determine appropriate carrier for your tracking number" I'm not sure what this even means but this company has made a simple order incredibly difficult. This was a gift in addition so even if I do eventually receive the package, it's essentially too late. Do not recommend this company!
The Products are very cheaply made and well overpriced. Their customer service is terrible as you get a different person every time and it can days to get a response between emails. I have a damaged frame and Print but overall the 3 prints were not amazing and I wanted to return them. I am still trying! In the meantime a clock I ordered is spray painted gold looks cheap has dent marks and scratches. Really wish I had not made taken my chances with them.
I ended up returning the 3-piece set since it clearly did not match what was advertised and the company is refusing to refund me! My wife had shipped the items back to them, but she threw away the USPS receipt with the tracking number. They obviously received the items back as it was shipped to their provided return address, but they're not admitting to receiving the items because I can't provide the tracking number.
They don't seem like a large company by any means since they never answer their phones and the same 2 people always email back, so you can't tell me they're too busy to find my returned package. Absolutely ridiculous!
My wife and I were very excited to get these and put them in the master bedroom. However, upon receiving them, we noticed right away that the "gold" color was much more of a brown/bronze. We clearly received a subpar item that was printed incorrectly.
Upon reaching out to their support, we were told that we would have to pay for return shipping since that's their policy. Is it in the policy to sell misadvertised art? Then they tried putting the blame on "... art is very subjective...". If we only received what was advertised, we would have been much happier, although still not sure it's worth the price.
Packaging is bad, chances of your package being damaged in shipment is high. Customer service is slow, located in the USA. You can't contact them over the phone, only e-mail. They are not willing to pay for returning shipping costs. Everything is overpriced.
Don't waste your time or your money. Cheap frames. Horrible customer service. If anything happens to your prints they will blame the courier and follow that policy. You won't be getting a refund. So in other words they've adopted a "not our fault" approach to customer service.

I bought Lunar and Solar Guardians painting thinking the size was going to work for the space I wanted it for. It was too small. I fully read and understood their return process. I purchased a bigger one and reached out for a return slip, fully aware I had to pay for the return shipping. Their customer service was amazing. Can't wait for the bigger painting to arrive.
It does take a while to arrive but it is worth it! Beautiful canvas and great customer experience. I realized I needed a bigger picture and customer service helped me to upgrade my purchase. Will shop again.
The picture arrived quickly and was packaged securely with no damage. It was also easy to unpack with just enough protection but not a lot of packaging waste. I love it on my wall!
My experience was great. Even though someone took my first delivery. I only received an empty tube. But they were replaced immediately. Thank you for the quick actions taken for me to receive my Angels 👼🏽
SCAM company. Do not order! Toy clock arrived that could have been out together by my 3 year old. Certainly not worth >£200! Highlighted damage and was told i had to send back to USA even though the item was distributed from England. Happy to tell you they are a start up company - more like a con!
I recently found myself with a wall needing some art and found a screenshot I had take years ago of a piece from this company. Luckily, it was still available.
Their website was extremely easy to order from, and had lots of great sizes and options. My order showed up faster than expected. It was packaged meticulously and I was kept in the loop through the Shop app every step of the way.
The product itself is gorgeous and a focal piece in my living room now. The customer experience was flawless, and I expect to look to Clock Canvas again when the need arises. Absolutely 5 starts well-earned!
I had ordered a wall clock from ClockCanvas for one of my girlfriends bridal shower gift. It's been 15 days and the tracking just shows that the package has arrived in Canada. When i call DHL they asked me to contact the merchant and lo and behold there is no human interaction. Its just a bunch of automated emails from this fake Dave person. I feel so frustrated. I see so many people have experienced badly with this company. Is there a way we can take them to consumer court?
I bought artwork that was $300 and the art work looked nothing the same! When I emailed them they said it can vary because of screen color differences lol yeah. Right! I've bought so much art work and this site is not recommended! They wouldn't even provide free shipping back even though their garbage artwork was printed in such terrible quality! Please buy it from somewhere else… I buy a lot of art work from online and really have had no issues but clock canvas is terrible! Stay away! I posted what their picture had and what I got…
My wife and I have just moved into our new place and were looking for some unique art. I was a little skeptical about the price, but it turned out to be good quality and arrived pretty fast. When we need to buy I definitely know where I will come to buy more!

Perfect picture and I am totally in love with this canvas. Love the print, the colours are stunning and it's really a piece of art. I have been looking for a good fit to my living room, but had not found one in years. So I am over the moon with this picture! The quality of the material and the workmanship of the canvas is excellent, the shipment was extremely fast. In fairness - I didn't expect such a good purchasing experience from an advertisement seen on Instagram. Bravo ClockCanvas, you got a fan in me now.

We do not delete FB comments and reply to all messages on the platform where we received your initial message! I have checked and I do not see any emails from you in our customer service.
Answer: They respond but only by email and did not respond when I wanted to cancel because item was not delivered when they said it would be delivered. I was charged before the item was delivered. When item was delivered too late they refused to give me a return shipping label and lied about when it was delivered. I am still involved in a dispute with my credit card company about this. I'm furious about the way this was handled. An apology about sorry we messed up your delivery would have gone a lot further!
Answer: The answer of whether it is legit is questionable. A legit company provides a working phone number for Customer Service issues. This company has a phone number that directs you to their website and/or to send them an email. When emails don't resolve the issue, then there is lots of frustration!
