I thought this purchase was a scam BUT to my surprise it was not. I was very disappointed that it took over a month for me to get my artwork and I didn't realize it wouldn't be mounted on a wooden frame as canvas artwork is...
This is what I received and I am pleased that despite my original disappointments, the prints do look like pics for the most part.
Very careful and meticulous Vendor, making sure to keep you informed of the process and stage of your purchase and delivery every step of the way, thus giving you peace of mind. The delivery agent was also flexible on the date of delivery, as I had to reschedule to ensure someone was home to receive since it was a large canvas.
Wrong order. When called to return (30 day return policy) got a message that said I had to contact them via their contact site online. The site said they respond within 24-48 hours. I emailed twice never heard back. I give up. I feel like I was scammed.
I love the print. I ordered a framed print of "Forest Dawn". It came in 2 weeks and very well packaged. I was disappointed that the frame was not ready to hang like it said it would be. I got the hardware to attach to the frame, but it is hard for me. The low-glare plexiglass is not low-glare at all, and there are a few slight imperfections in the plexiglass. I will probably have to take it somewhere and pay to have the hanging hardware attached, and have the plexiglass replaced with non-glare glass.
Excellent customer service. Received my canvas but decided it needed a frame. Got in touch with clock canvas. Paid the difference for the frame and they sent out a new canvas with frame. I love it. Looks great with my decor.
A part of the triplet-canvas that I ordered was of a poor quality (price paid - over $150) which led to a request to replace the part of my order. A replacement arrived, but was of a poorer quality which obviously led to another replacement request. After almost 2.5 month of radio silence when I followed up, * from Clockcanvas replied that actually my order has been cancelled due to issues with delivery and respective amount is reimbursed. When I checked my accounts it turned that no money was received from Clockcanvas. To my respective e-mails asking for reimbursement, * just replied that reimbursement has been already made and sent some screenshot where not even the right amount was shown. Months have passed - despite several requests, still no reimbursement.

Everything was received in beautiful packaging and in perfect condition. I couldn't believe my eyes at how vibrant the art piece was and how accurate the clock told time.
Will definitely be purchasing from Clock Canvas again.
Its been 5 months now I have placed the order and have been contacting them but I still haven't received the order yet. Its really frustrating because I have neither received the product nor the refund.
The do respond to the email I sent them but only thing i get from them is contact the courier and when I contact the courier they say contact clock Canvas. Not happy because i had to loose money on it
I purchased the Forest Dawn Canvas and couldn't be happier. I got the 40 x 30 inch framed canvas and it's absolutely beautiful. I saw their ad on facebook with someone unboxing it and arrived the same way, super well packaged and quick
This was my second order from Clockcanvas and it did not fail to disappoint. Packaged securely, shipped quickly and quality of picture to a high standard. Love, love, love their products and highly recommend!
I ordered a piece of art from Clock Canvas and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product I received. It arrived on time and in good condition, but the image was extremely out of focus. It was so bad that it was difficult to tell which end was up. What was displayed on the website was vastly different from what I received. When I contacted the company about my disappointment, I was told my picture was not supposed to be a sharp image (although that is what it looked like online), and that I should have zoomed in on the image online to get the true depiction. This is ridiculous because the artwork is 30"x60" in size. Don't trust what you see on their website, it is NOT an accurate depiction. Now I am being told I have to box this thing up and send it back before they will refund my money. I will never order from ClockCanvas again.
My Order ******* arrived and I realized I ordered the wrong size. I contacted ClockCanvas and they assisted me in ordering the correct size and offered a 20% discount. I am waiting for the new print to arrive. I highly recommend this company!
We were looking for a specific color scene on canvas. Clockcanvas had exactly what we were looking for. I was nervouse of the quality. We received it and it is by far the highest quality canvas piece we have. I highly recommend Clockcanvas. They will be the first place I look for wall decor for now on.
I messed up my first order and the company was super helpful and accommodating! I chose a print intstead of a canvas and Brianna was able to cancel my first order, upgrade me to the canvas and even let me know about a sale I was not aware of. My order came in just under a week very well packaged.
I am decorating my new apartment, and I have already bought three beautiful unframed canvas print from ClockCanvas. I am very happy with the quality and delivery. I will definitely shop at ClockCanvas again.

I purchased the Predator 2 Canvas for my office at work and it looks great on my door and I've received many compliments. Would definitely purchase from them again!
I purchased 3 paintings from them with frames. All 3 frames had damaged to them. 2 of the paintings the damaged couldn't be seen when hung so I was ok with that, however the 3rd painting was damaged pretty bad and could easily been seen. I sent email with pictures of it to Clock Canvas and replied back that I received an undamaged product and they won't be doing anything about it. Don't buy from them. They ship broken products and don't back their products. I've had great success with Nichecanvas and Icanvas. Stay away from Clock Canvas. They sell a lot of facebook and they hide any negative post in Facebook.
Beware! Their website will show you a complete photo- for example if it is a diptic or triptic piece. However, you have to order EACH piece individually. The price they display is for ONE piece. So, if the item you are considering comes in three pieces you'll have to multiple the price by 3x and make sure you order each one individually. I ordered (what I thought) was a complete butterfly picture but only received one piece. How can you display one piece of a butterfly? I reached out to the company and they offered a 20% refund. How about changing your website so it's very clear what you are ordering?

We do not delete FB comments and reply to all messages on the platform where we received your initial message! I have checked and I do not see any emails from you in our customer service.
Answer: They respond but only by email and did not respond when I wanted to cancel because item was not delivered when they said it would be delivered. I was charged before the item was delivered. When item was delivered too late they refused to give me a return shipping label and lied about when it was delivered. I am still involved in a dispute with my credit card company about this. I'm furious about the way this was handled. An apology about sorry we messed up your delivery would have gone a lot further!
Answer: The answer of whether it is legit is questionable. A legit company provides a working phone number for Customer Service issues. This company has a phone number that directs you to their website and/or to send them an email. When emails don't resolve the issue, then there is lots of frustration!
Hi Marlene, as mentioned through email, the product you purchased is a "Reflective" piece and the image is not supposed to be sharp. The design was made out of focus and is accurate to what is represented on our website.
