“Horrible tech support”

Been buying and using their products for over 20 years, but never again. Worked fine for awhile, after finding out that the included instructions were useless for connecting to your network. I did get a response from tech support (eventually) and was told the correct way to connect to my router. Which wasn't the published way. Now, after an hour long electrical blackout, it displays some of my data on the base station, but not the rain sensor and no connection to my phone app even though the base shows it connected. Figured it was probably an easy 5 minute walk through with a tech. The main problem is though that apparently they only have one or two people that actually work there, the rest (if they exist) are busy laughing at customers who leave a recorded message requesting help. At call number 5 they did actually try to respond, but due to my fault (or my phone's) I missed the call (hard to answer when your phone turns on "do not disturb" by itself). At any rate, it's become a daily routine to call their number and listen to their answering machine lie to me again. Maybe some day they will check their answering machine. My advice?-----Run Forrest, as fast as you can from anything to do with this company.
