Clockway.com is a FRAUD. Do not buy on clockway.com. July 2021 I purchased a bar console for over three thousand Five hundred dollars. I still did not receive it.
This is the worst company! Ordered a bar and bar stools last July (2021)-I still do not have it! Communication and customer service is abysmal. Think twice before you purchase anything from this company!
I ordered a clock which was around 300.00 dollars it came damaged I sent them pictures that very same day and have never heard from them again after many attempts on my part.
Clockway/ Gift Theory inc/ Furniture above has filed for bankruptcy. United States Bankruptcy Court. Central District of California. Case number 9:22-bk-*******-RC filed for chapter 7 5/24/22. I received the notice because I had ordered from them 9 months ago and never got my cabinet. Hope this information keeps some people from having the same kind of bad experience.
I saw the bad reviews. I figured the good ones outweighed the bad.
I was robbed.
They took my money.
They never sent the product.
They DO NOT answer emails
THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK.
BUYER BEWARE!
Lesson learned. I have no recourse.
To make the long, long, LONG frustration "simple":
Ordered a product (over $2,000) in early Nov. 2021. Still didn't receive the product as of May, 2022.
Tried contacting them several times, but will only get connected to an answering machine, with only option to hear recordings. Tried contacting them via email several times, but will only have option to create a delivery update ticket (which is updated every couple of weeks indicating that the delivery will be delayed another two weeks.) Tried cancelling the item after approx. 4 months, but the website will permit to proceed with the cancellation only if I acknoweldge and agree that submitting a cancellation request won't guarantee any cancellation. Eventually, contacted my bank to cease/cancel payment to Clockway.com.
THEY WERE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ONLINE SHOPPING! Do not be deceived by the "good" reviews.

Purchased a curio back in December 2021. Gave extra time for delivery due pandemic shipping problems. After five months they quit providing information on status. Will not return phone calls.
Everything free isn't good! When I order almost 3 months ago I received "free shipping". I still haven't received my order. When I called to inquire on the status of my order I was on hold for over an hour just for them to tell me to check my E-mail. Now the status of my delivery has been deleted. I'm very very unhappy with this company.
Placed order in December and my credit card was charged immediately with the promise of delivery within two weeks. I called in January and promised delivery in February. I called in February and promised delivery in March. Every phone call involved waiting on hold a long time It arrived in May extremely damaged. I refused delivery and have tried every day to get a refund. Now I'm not able to talk to anyone. They leave me on hold until my phone at least 30 minutes then a recording says they will return my call. They don't. I emailed and got no response. All I want now is my money returned. I wasn't allowed the option of zero stars.
Received my cabinet today via great delivery company drivers. The cabinet is absolutely beautiful and more impressive than online. The delivery was quick and they did a great job placing it where i wanted. They even install the shelves for me. I am extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely be back.

I ordered a large and expensive liquor storage cabinet for my wife's Christmas present on December 1st 2021. I specifically ordered from Clockway because they said that the item was in stock and with Michigan being no more than 10-12 hours drive away it should have been here in time. I was excited to see an email within a couple of days that the cabinet was in transport. That was the last of the good news and communications was terrible. I contacted them about a week before Christmas because I had heard nothing. They got back to me quickly and then I received another update to the next stage of delivery. At this point I figured that it might be a little late and prepared some pictures of the items for my wife to open oh Christmas morning. Virtually no communication from that point on until I received an email on March 4th stating that the delivery was planned for March 9th so a clear my entire days meetings and calls to stay home and take delivery. Today it is March 8th and last night I received a call from the trucking company that they want me to rearrange my schedule at the last minute with no warning so they can deliver the cabinet on the 10th. I am excited to finally get this delivered nearly 3 1/2 months later for an in stock product but how in the world do these people stay in business? I wish that I found this review site before placing my order. I think that the reviews on their site are fake or from way back in time when they might have cared about customers. There are no names and or dates. I would have cancelled the order but I am fairly sure that the credit card company would only allow me to challenge the charge for 60 days. Save yourself the aggravation and spend your money where it will be more appreciated. I just hope that it shows up undamaged after being tossed around trucking companies for months.
I have purchased clocks over the years and always been very happy with the purchases. Delivery has always been on time and they have always kept me updated throughout. My most recent purchase was a bar cabinet and I was very hesitant to buy something so big. However it was delivered in perfect condition and they delivery guys were so personable. I absolutely love the piece. Their customer service is consistently good and I will definitely shop with them again.
On 1-3-22, my wife and I purchased an expensive Howard Miller Clock as a wedding gift for my step-son and future bride who were being married on 2-5-2022. We were informed that clock was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Countless attempts later, wedding date came and went... no clock! Attempts after wedding date to deliver... to no avail! Finally, on 2-17-22, I contacted my credit card company with desire to refund my money. After much discourse with Clockway, they finally credited my account. My wife and I were totally upset and embarrassed by Clockway.
Purchased a clock 2/15/22, received confirmation the following day. Stated the delivery would be within several days. Sent a message to progress of Delivery Status, received an email stating they were having higher volume deliveries and would update me. I received this same message several times. I called *******105, Customer Service, there is no such thing. You receive several prompts then are disconnected. I would not purchase from this company. Many complaints stating the same problem. Terrible way to run a business.
Do you self a huge favor and run away and fast from this company. It is a complete scam. I ordered a bar cabinet back in November and it still has not been delivered. I do not believe that they even have the cabinet to sell. They are banking on the consumer getting so frustrated that they walk away. I am not walking away from a $3000 product! I am reporting this company as a fraud to my credit card company ASAP. The "company" does not respond to emails or calls. When you do finally get someone, they just give you the run-around and say the shipment is so close, yet they can't give a specific date. They say that they only ship stuff on Fridays, so you have to wait another week to see if it happens to ship out. It is a nightmare. I want to warn anyone that will listen, PLEASE avoid this company! Go anywhere else. It is a huge SCAM. Don't make the mistake that my family did!
This company has very poor customer service and does not follow through with promises made when you make a purchase.
