To make the long, long, LONG frustration "simple":
Ordered a product (over $2,000) in early Nov. 2021. Still didn't receive the product as of May, 2022.
Tried contacting them several times, but will only get connected to an answering machine, with only option to hear recordings. Tried contacting them via email several times, but will only have option to create a delivery update ticket (which is updated every couple of weeks indicating that the delivery will be delayed another two weeks.) Tried cancelling the item after approx. 4 months, but the website will permit to proceed with the cancellation only if I acknoweldge and agree that submitting a cancellation request won't guarantee any cancellation. Eventually, contacted my bank to cease/cancel payment to Clockway.com.
THEY WERE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ONLINE SHOPPING! Do not be deceived by the "good" reviews.
Clockway.com is a FRAUD. Do not buy on clockway.com. July 2021 I purchased a bar console for over three thousand Five hundred dollars. I still did not receive it.
If you try to determine if your order has been sent, forget it. I had heard so much about the company that I canceled my order. Service is not on par with other folks taking care of business. I The Clock Depot takes care of those interested in purchasing clocks. I called and stopped order.
I ordered a clock from clockway in July 2021 and was informed that I would receive my order by mid August 2021 in time for a birthday gift. It is Now almost March 2022- approximately 8 months later and still no clock. I paid thousands of dollars for the clock and still have not received any product. I have not been offered a discount of any kind for the massive delay. Please consider that you may not receive your purchase for the better part of a year if you purchase from clockway. I am not sure if I will ever receive my purchase. I have been waiting patiently to see what happens.
They are overpriced and they misrepresent themselves. No parts, ignorant sales people, they steal from you. Do your research! They are not a real clock company.
I recently received the Howard Miller Bergen Nouveau Deluxe Quartz Wall Clock and must admit that it is by far the most beautiful piece of furniture in our room. It puts the rest of our room's furniture to shame. To keep up, I'll have to buy new furniture for that space! What a fantastic experience from beginning to end, with fast shipment and excellent distribution services. I will undoubtedly return. Thank you once more.
Have to say that Clockway.Com is really valuing customer service. I had reported on here that after two months my Cuckoo Clock had broken and I mean the first chain/wheel combo. Just quit winding.
They replaced the clock with no questions asked, called twice to make sure that:
1. Let me know when they were shipping the clock.
2. Asking me how the clock was running.
Now THAT is excellent customer service.
After this type of service I will always order from them. I collect clocks and they are great.

I purchased a Howard Miller clock for my desk from clockway - It arrived fairly quick and was very well boxed. The quality is much better than what I've purchased before. The clock is a little bigger than I thought it was going to be but I think I will get used to it.
The clock has been keeping good time so far (which is why I was getting a new one in the first place!), cross my fingers. Overall I had a very pleasant shopping experience.
Found the exact same product as in other popular online stores (e.g., WF...), 20% cheaper and also with free delivery. I received a call by a "real human person" to confirm the order and the shipping information. The product was fully assembled and installed at home professionally, all included. I cannot be happier.
Clockway's quality is superior and the timeliness of receiving your order is unmatched by anyone I have ever ordered from! Your clocks are all beautiful and I never have to worry if the order is coming or if the quality won't be top notch because it always is. I received my grand father clock this week and I have to say that it is the most beautiful addition to our house. It warms the house every time I hear it chime. My wife is in awe of it and can't stop talking about it. What really topped this experience off is the person that came out to set our clock up. He was professional and provided great learning experience. The details of the clock operation were explained to us as well as how to operate the chimes. Overall I had a good experience and will definitely be back.
I love my Howard Miller curved curio cabinet. I wanted a cabinet so I could display a place setting from two grandmothers, my moms and mother in law wedding China. This cabinet is perfect and complements the China pieces. Also the wood color matches my Howard Miller Grandfather clock perfectly that my husband gave my 15 years ago.
I saw the bad reviews. I figured the good ones outweighed the bad.
I was robbed.
They took my money.
They never sent the product.
They DO NOT answer emails
THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK.
BUYER BEWARE!

As a returning customer I can say this company cares about their customers. I have purchased over the years a grandfather clock for me, a cuckoo clock for my husband and my most recent purchase were two round chests for my living room. They are georgous and so unusual. I received these quickly and they were packed well. This site is do easy to shop and I am so happy I found them.
I had a curio cabinet delivered over a week ago and the deliverman put the glass shelves in backwards. They also told me there was no Key to lock and unlock the cabinet. It is in the locked position and I can not close the doors or open them. I called the company and it has been over a week and still no key. I was told it was being sent asap. The glass shelves are heavy and awkward to take out and put back in. They will not send anyone back to do this. Everytime I call I am put on hold for such a long time. I am very unhappy with my experience.
The key was delivered yesterday and it was the wrong key. Still waiting.
Purchased a curio back in December 2021. Gave extra time for delivery due pandemic shipping problems. After five months they quit providing information on status. Will not return phone calls.
Schisters... Took over $8,000 and will not deliver the merchandise. Never get a straight answer from customer service. They keep obsfuscating and say that most of the order is there waiting to be sipped, but they do not know when the last item will arrive so that they can send the complete order to us. B. S. Side steps every time we call. They NEVER communicate even when they say they will call back. Getting our money back through Am EXP. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.
My wife and I gave each other this gorgeous grandfather clock for our 50th wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint either. From ordering on lie to delivery to set up, the whole process was seamless. It stands as a testimony to our love for each other. The clock is operating as it should and the Westminster chime sounds are terrific.
I am very pleased with my purchase. The clock is beautiful and looks so good on the wall. I have many clocks, 4 big grandfather clocks and several wall and mantel clocks and this is one of my favorite. I will be buying more clocks from this company. They shipped it out very fast, and it came on time.
My first clock I received was broken to start off with. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them send me another. Then when I received the second one it made a loud clicking noise every time the hand turned. Well I am sorry I didn't care for that noise. If I had known it would do that, I would have never got it. So because I didn't want the clock for my (the customers) reasons they decided they didn't want to pay for my shipping to return it. What happened to good customer service and willing to do what it takes for the customer? Especially since the first clock was broken! Thanks!
