I've worn hair extensions for over almost 10 years now and I've never had a pair as beautiful as this, great value for your money and it's top quality, I ordered the classic full head Clip ins in darkest brown and was worried they wouldn't be thick enough as they aren't double wefted but I got plenty of hair and it feels beautiful and colour matched my hair perfectly, will deffo keep buying from here! Fast delivery too

JUST GIVE ME A FULL REFUND SO I CAN BUY THE 100% human Remy hair you were supposed to supply from somewhere else! I am collecting details from other people who have been ripped off by Cliphair, if you have a story to share please get in touch via Instagram@ tarajtruelove I will be compiling finding along with lab results from hair I have sent to an Independent LAB to be tested by GCMS as I'm sure we can't trust any finding reported back by clip hair. NOT 100% Remy hair not even 100% human hair, it's once you wash them the silicon comes of and you are left with an uncontrollable matted mess that needs to be brushed ever 10 minutes. I wish I was over exaggerating the constant brushing is pulling my hair out the tabs are breaks my up. DO NOT BUY FROM CLIP HAIR! Lie after lie with this company, I recently purchased 2 packs on Tape extensions in 27/30 one pack of 16 and one 18inch packs arrived one saying 18 and one saying 16, both packs where just shy of 16 not a great start. Hair feels great when it arrives I suspect the hair is coated in a lot of silicon to hide the poor quality. Nice hair is applied you will need to brush the hair very 15-20 minutes or you will have a lovely matted ball at the nape of your neck. After 2 washes only using Beauty works Pearl shampoo and conditioner recommended for hair extensions the hair is broken, dry and unmanageable. I tried to raise issues with the company who really don't care what you have to say they will just say 100% remy hair blah blah. I also sent clip hair details on the amount of black fibres laced through the hair and proof of what happens to the black strands when heat is applied…they melt. So I can't believe it's a 100% human hair let alone Remy hair with the cuticle in tack. I had read a few people had left reviews on cliphairs website and the negative reviews had been removed I questioned them on this and said they don't understand where I'm getting that idea from, so I posted a negative review all of 20 minutes later the review had been removed. I know it's not the most expensive hair in the world but they claim tape in hair should last 3-6 months when in reality you get two washes until the silicon peels off and your left with dry broken crazy hair. The have offered me 30% refund this is a joke when application costs are not cheap nor is over £200 for hair. I can't seem to uploads photos of the absolute state of this hair hair was purchased on the 16th of January 2023 and not applied until the 23rd. Please see photos of black strands laced on the extensions these are shorter than the rest of the hair and melt when heat is applied. Photos of frizz and matting are after 2 washes using beauty work SLS free products safe for extension. And last photos of the night mare shedding and build up of hair in the brush. Even if you sit still after 15 minutes you will be a matted ball and have to brush all day long and rip your own hair out. I have sent evidence of all of this to cliphair who don't actually care, so £300 down after fitting and I can't even afford to have them taken out and glue remover does nothing.

I spent £250 on hair extensions that didn't even last a week! I do not recommend and once emailed customer services all they said was it is real hair and ignored my second email. The hair extensions did match then as soon as I used purple shampoo it changed the colour of the hair extensions within one wash but not my natural hair as you can tell from the photo it is not real hair and I'm disgusted that they haven't even tried to solve the problem with their customer after spending this much money.

I want to return the hair as they are extremly thin and did not suit my hair when I tried to style them. I have worn them 10 minutes and look exactly the same as when opened. However as they have been styled once to see if they look good I have been refused a return. This is not made clear to you when you buy them. Now I have a product that I will never use but someone else could.

I have been trying to get my color match and no one seems to care. I emailed you to let you know that I tried using the USA phone number listed to contact you, and it never worked. After informing you of this, you take it off and label it as a Canada phone number! Additionally, you expect customers who are not in the UK to pay for an exchange and that is unfair! Lastly, you advertise you will send care instructions and how to use your product and that is a lie. Take it off your pics! When I ask you about your instructions, you tell me you have a blog. I go to the blog and it's completely useless! You have terrible customer service. So disappointed with your service and your company! Never again!

Worse place Iv ever bought hair extensions from spent over £200 and they came looking nice but as soon as they got put in my hair they were not real hair it was synthetic they went horrible and bushy and dry after only 2 days of wearing them.! I have emailed them but still haven't had a reply off them. So very disappointed!

Avoid at all costs.
I am a qualified hair professional, I have used cliphair now for a few years, never really had a problem with them until recently. I applied 26 inch tapes to a client and within 2 weeks the hair started matting, she waited until 5 weeks to tell me this as she couldn't cope anymore. The hair was matted around her natural hair and had started snagging causing bold patches. Cliphair have now said there tape extensions only last 4-6 weeks before the hair needs replacing! £240 for hair that lasts 4 weeks, Very expensive for synthetic hair if you ask me! They have offered me 20% off my next order but can't guarantee they will last longer than 4 weeks at a time. Ive spent alot of money with this company and i can assure you i will be spending no more. I used Zen luxury extensions previous to trying these and never had a problem with a trim and proper maintenance they lasted 9 months max, I decided to give cliphair a go because they were a bit more affordable for my clients. Won't be making that mistake again! I am now in the process of seeking legal advise as the more reviews I am seeing about Cliphair the more I am realising I'm not the only one this has happened too.
I've attached some pictures, these were taken care of extremely well. Professional products and an extension brush were used as I supplied them all to her. As you can see in the picture there is only 137g of hair left from 200g.
They have now taken off the website that they last 6 months as apparently this is wrong and it should have only said that for Remy Royal even though it says ALL hair.
I'm absolutely disgusted with how this company have dealt with my complaint.
Please save you're money and research a company that sells higher quality hair.

BE WARE! This hair is not human, it matts up and knotts on its own, even if u can use a ton of product, it wont help! They refuse to take them back, thieves. I took mine out after only 3 weeks!

I spent nearly £300 on micro loop hair extensions and they all fell out within a week. I contacted cliphair customer services at the time and I am in an ongoing battle to try to get a refund

First of the order. I paid for next day delivery as I needed them by that date and it didnt arrive( I did get a refund) now probably 4 weeks of having them they have started to fall apart the wefts have separated from each other hair falls out a crazy amount when brushing and when I run my fingers through the hair multiple strands of hair easily pull put from the weft. The ends of the exstentions are extremely scraggly and thin making it difficult to blend, and I wouldnt say I have very thick hair, wear them for anymore than an hour and it Mattes up at the back of your neck having to brush them quite often. Overall a bad experience and a waste of money wishing I had held out for a more expensive company with better quality hair. I will update on how this is resolved.

I bought hair from them middle of July. I opened the box of with hair and totally looked like someone returned before me. Then I took out the hair from the packaging and its was so thin, I washed the hair and toned with blue shampoo(I just left the hair for 1 min in a bucket with warm water mixed with the shampoo I didn't even applied directly) and then turned into 3 different colours just as blue, purple and silver. I dried the hair and started to look like I have bleached for hours. I contacted the company for refund they said to write them an email and they will send me a code to return the product. And of course I never received one. They started ignoring me such as my emails, my messages on Facebook and my comments on their page. The hair also falling out since I bought it and tried to brush it couple time and I cant curl it ot straight it because this is not a virgin hair. And the way the put the clips on is ridicules.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your money for fake hair and bad customer service.

I ordered ultra volume double weft 18 inch clip ins in the white blonde but came very yellow also alot of thick black & orange hairs running through them.
So I decided to tone the in warm water and a bit of purple shampoo, as soon as they got wet from the seams the hair was just falling out in clumps, not what you expect for £150!
I have been wearing extentions for best part of 20 years and iv never experienced this before with hair plus the awful customer service.
I rang & sent emails explaining and sending them all the pictures, after getting on at them for around a week they finally agreed to refund me half of the money.

The quality of the actual hair is okay apart from the thick black & orange hairs running through, the extentions are not going to last as long as they should with bad shedding from washing, styling ect.
I deffenetly wound not recommend this company at all worst experience iv had with a company all the proof was there but they didn't want to resolve the issue.

Don't buy anything off them you'll probably end up very disappointed

Let me just start by saying there is no possible way these are human hair extensions. I have been wearing hair extensions for 10 plus years. These are by far the worst extensions I have ever purchased. The wefts were so thin to begin with and immediately even running my fingers through them clumps of hair started coming out. My fiancé, who knows nothing about hair or hair extensions asked me why I bought them instead of the nice ones I usually buy. I tried to work with them as I had already broke the hygiene seal. I attempted to tone them with purple shampoo, as I do with every set of extensions I have ever had, and they turned green and blue and completely fell apart. They are unusable and a complete waste of money. Please save your money and shop elsewhere.

So annoyed I tried out this company and wasted £100. The colour doesn't look anything like the colour in the photos - I tried to dye to get a better match and nothing!

This year I suffered with severe sepsis and nearly died, luckily I didn't. However being unwell, my body going through shock and medications, my hair has become very thin and has really ruined my confidence.

I was going to buy through foxylocks because they always provide really good quality hair, but because I could see that cliphair offered 26 inch hair, I thought I'd give them a go.

I bought 2 sets of the 26 inch full head (jet black and #60 blonde). This was supposed to add up to 260g of hair, a lot of hair right? I spent over £200.

When the hair arrived, straight away, without even having to open the packaging, you could see the hair was very thin and straggly in the blonde set... very contrasting with the black set. This was NOT 260g of hair.

I removed the hair from the pack and ran my hand through the bundles. I was left with a pile of hair. I'm not exaggerating, piles of black hair.

I messaged clip hair who advised me that I needed to deep condition the hair.
Why would I need to deep condition brand new hair extensions that have never been worn?

They then advised me they would send me an extra 80g of hair for each set to compensate for the problems I had. So, although I was disappointed, I thought it could be salvaged. I removed my permanent extensions. I also decided to replace the clips with better ones as some of them arrived broken.

Later on, they emailed me again to correct themselves and told me they would only send 40g of hair. This wouldn't be enough, they would still look stupid. I was supposed to be wearing TWO full head sets of hair, and both combined couldn't even make a ponytail. I was so shocked, disappointed and annoyed.

Now, what they're saying is, because the clips hair been removed and this means they're used, I can no longer have a replacement. Even though I only removed them after they'd made false promises.

My confidence is in absolute ruins because of this company, and because I can't get replacement sets, or a refund to buy elsewhere, I no longer want to leave the house because I feel so low and unlike myself.

Not everyone has the money to waste on faulty products and just brush it off when things go wrong.

Cliphair should be ashamed.

They are quick enough to report reviews but can't be bothered to reply to emails until they have been chased up several times, a month later.

I can assure you that at CLIPHAIR customer satisfaction is very important to us and we do our best to resolve any issues to customer’s satisfaction. I've had a look into this and can confirm the following.

We assessed your complaint based on the information and images you provided. We offered you a replacement provided you can return the faulty hair for further examination.
When you confirmed that you were unable to return the hair back, you were than offered 2 top up pieces for the 2 colours that you purchased as a goodwill gesture. We mentioned in the emails that each top up piece would be 40 grams each in weight with the total weight being 80 grams. This was also declined as you explained the hair would not be enough.

So that we can verify any areas of concern, we would need to have the hair returned back to test further. We will still be more than happy to honour your replacement or assist in any way we can. Please feel free to email me back at cs.manager@cliphair.co.uk.

If there was 0 stars I would have put that. My extensions never came! I have not gotten my money back, they are not willing to send me another set and now I'm out £90. I have been contacting them since 2017 and it's almost 2 years later. This company is a joke. They keep trying to blaim it on royal mail and saying it was there issue but royal mail have on record that it was not delivered. There customer service is beyond appalling everytime I have called to try and resolvde the issue.

If you feeling like donating some money then go to a Charity but whatever you do don't buy these extensions because that is all you will be doing.

I am sorry to read your comments. We send all the items via tracked service and on Royal Mail tracking your order was showing delivered. As you claimed non-receipt we disputed the matter with Royal Mail on your behalf, however, the claim was refused by Royal Mail as they never received a signed form from you confirming you did not receive the item.

Unfortunately, in situations like above, we have to follow the guidelines provided by Royal Mail and if they don't receive the signed form from the recipient, the claim gets refused.

I orded my item quite some time ago. I have messaged the email given and got no response. They never gave me a tracking number; just that my order was shipped and to come back for additional info. I have made two orders from this company.
With first order everything was fine, even I bleached hair one time and used toner to get them red! But I used them for bit less than 3 months (hair was falling out but I bleached them so I didn't expect them to last long).
After while I wanted to become blonde, I ordered lightest shade of blonde so I can match my hair perfectly by using toner for 10 minutes (what I did), that cancels yellow pigment in them (not hair dyes, bleach other stuff that's harsh to hair). I wanted to last them for at least the time what they are advertising on cliphair.co.uk - 3-6 months, but they didn't last even 2 months.
After one month of using hair I had to cut ends off ( as you can see in photos that I have added, both of hair should be 18 inches long but they arent), hair are falling out so bad. My clothes, car is with hair.
I can't use them anymore, I have to comb hair in every 30 minutes. Hair looks like birds nest.
I also have added photos that I sent them. There are hair after 1 hour use and how they look when I comb them.
When I wrote customer service they replied that it's been more than 28 days since my order + they don't recommend dyeing more than 2 shades darker also bleaching/lighten/toning extensions are strictly not recommended.

So I replied them:

Why now are you saying that you don't recommend dyeing them, but on your social media you encourage people to try these different looks with your hair extensions? Like those what I have added.
So why it's okay for them to dye them, but when I turn mine you don't recommend it?

On your care instructions there are said "It's recommended to buy a shade closest to your own hair colour, but the extensions can be dyed up to two shades darker". As I said I didn't use hair dye or bleach on blonde set! I used toner for 10 minutes that cancels yellow pigments.

That shouldn't have caused hair to be that damaged!

On your website you are saying that hair can be used 3-6 months, so I was counting on that I will be able to use blonde set for that amount of time, because I wasn't going to be using any hair dyes etc. I paid my hard earned money on hair that didn't last even 2 months! If I knew that this would happen, I would have returned the hair, but first month they were fine (except the hair falling out) and buy them from e bay, at least price there matches the time they serve.

And they wrote me back:

Thank you for your email. We are sorry but our position remains same and we won't be able to take this complaint further.

Customer service is awful and in the end it's my fault because it's over 28 days and I toned them.

This is what I wrote in an email to the company. -I just received your 18 inch, blonde, clip in, single weaved extensions through the mail. I bought them blonde so I could match my hair perfectly with semi permanent dye.
I waited about 2 weeks for this product to come in and when I opened the package and took the hair out, it started to shed in my hands. I put the bad mind set I had from that and continued on. I put in semi permanent hair dye for a strand test. 20 minutes later, as I was rinsing it, the hair curled up and started falling out even worse than before. I don't know what you guys are trying to sell, but I refuse to have this product and demand a refund.

AVOID. Sly company that deletes any comments that arn't 100% positive - also blocks the people who have left them. I have had a set that has melted (not human hair) yet they said it was my fault some how? My latest set (yes i was stupid enough to buy again 2 years later) is a matted mess after 2 months of use. I have worn hair extensions for 8 years and other brands usually last me over 9 months, yet cliphair seem to think i don't know how to look after hair extensions. They don't accept their hair is poor quality once the coating has been washed off. Save your money!
Reply to the company: "The fact I dyed 1 inch of the hair should not have caused the hair to be in the state it is. I am experienced at dying extensions and the ones I currently am wearing have been dyed many times and are in perfect condition after everyday wear for a long period - from another company of course. You do encourage dyeing the hair on your social media by commenting 'our hair takes dye really well so make the most of it' but now are saying because of me dying one inch it has caused them to matte up (on the parts that arn't dyed). The reason I didn't pull up the fault right away is because it happened once the coating you apply to them to make them look high quality was washed off. I spoke to your team a few years ago who admitted they use a coating and the quality will change once it is washed - misleading. Even if i had washed them on the first day you would blame the customer for your hair. I have emailed and asked for care instructions and products I can use (because apparently, your hair needs special products although no other company does) but you have ignored my email, but will blame me for using something you don't approve of. The customer service is shocking and blocking me on social media for telling a friend the hair isn't a high quality and doesn't last a long time is very pathetic from a company of your size. Other hair companies offer advice and recommend products such as coconut oils when i have said about the hair changing its state - you just automatically blame the customer and offer no help. I would never recommend your company to any clients or friends, there are many others that offer better hair and customer service for similar prices. Maybe you could learn from your competitors."

I am sorry to read your comments. Please be assured all our extensions are made from 100% human hair and our feedback from other customers is a testament to that.

I have investigated your case and can see that your extensions were delivered on 10th December 2016. As per our terms, we allow a fault to be notified within 28 days of delivery due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. After this time period, care routine and frequency of wear also come into play, so it’s difficult to attribute any issues that arise beyond that, directly to product quality. You first contacted us after 2 months of use and so it was well beyond the deadline for returns.

Also during your communications with us you confirmed that you have dyed the extensions (which will not be possible if extensions are not 100% human hair as synthetic material can not be dyed). We have clearly stated on our website that dyeing extensions requires professional experience and this process will have an effect on their life and quality. Therefore, once extensions are dyed it will void your returns.
With regards to Social Media comments we do delete any such comments which contain abusive language or promote other companies products on our pages which is completely in line with policies of those platforms.

I am sorry that we were unable to accept your return, however it was based on our term and conditions that are clearly stated on the website.

I have bought from many sites over the years for my extensions, even bought hair off ebay from china. Nothing compares to the awful quality of the hair i have in now. It is frizzy, dry, bunches up into a birds nest, cant brush it and i dread washing it. I've had them in 3 weeks. Disgusting customer service, they offered to look at them, oh so you want me to pay my hair dresser to take them out, go without nice hair on holiday and to weddings because of your poor quality hair? Dont buy from here.

I ordered the bright red 20" hair extensions, they came and were more dark burgundy than bright red. The ends were completely frazzled and they need about 2-3 inches cut off them, there's A LOT of dark hair running through them and is noticeable. I received them yesterday and I can't even run my fingers through them. Terrible quality and a terrible company. Don't buy!

These extensions SUCK DO NOT BUY. They were gorgeous for the first two weeks and then start matting up like a birds nest! I emailed the company and told me care tips I followed them all precisely and it still happens! Can't wear them out ANYWHERE it is just embarrassing how bad they Matt up. They won't return or exchange because it's not within 30 days. No way this hair is 100% human hair as the claim on their site!

My teenage daughter has bought from clip hair twice. First lot double weft second lot thin hair nothing like the others sent numerous photos as asked but they werent interested in refunding her the difference for mis selling be careful there not interested after the sale at all!

I ordered my extentions at $80 Canadian but then was charged $110, I also got 1-2 day shipping. I waited at home on the second day but they didn't show so I emailed them and was told I would receive a refund for the delivery if they didnt come by the end of the day. Which they didn't but then customer service just argued with me and I never got my refund. Horrible customer service

Secondly, you placed your order on Friday after our cut off time and your order was dispatched on following working day (Monday 02/10/2017).
