Don't waste your time
October 9, 2017

I tried to cancel my free trial which ended 10/8/17 but I didn't call ontime since it was 7pm and they stop calls at 6pm. I called at 9am they next day when they open and cancel my trial but they couldn't refund me for the membership fee since they said I didn't call before they close and on the terms it says something about that. I'm very upset they got me for the membership fee. I never had issuses with other cancellations I did that ended on a weekend. :(

They take your money they dont help you with nothing. They are very rude! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I CALLED TO CANCEL AND STILL GOT CHARGED WITH A PAYMENT

I spoke to two different representatives. After hearing them I realized "Why am I doing this? I should know better. I don't know this business; finding out on the Internet is not the best way."

I just kept talking over the rude representative that initially refused to cancel as I requested. As he went through the prompts after stating "Yes we can do this all day", I just out did him by talking over him stating Cancel my membership. The last thing I advised him was I also was recording the entire conversation (Free app for phone called Call Recorder) which telemarketers hate. I also told him I would contact the BBB and the FTC and report them. He immediately canceled my membership and I made him email me the cancellation and wait online until I received the email.

I did cancel on time they still took the 39.99 off my card I am a disabled woman i have children. I am on a fixed income the money they took was my bill money. They lied said they put in for my refund they have never given me anything back or called texted nothing the rep said he was the manager wouldn't help me at all gabe me a address to write to still no reply DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I had to report them to the better business bureau I will cause them as much trouble as they caused and I blasted them on social media

It's not their fault...

I have this service myself and love it! You all complain because you all forgot to cancel when it clearly states on the website when you sign up the trial end date what you will be charged if not canceled by trial end date and the number to call to cancel! The problem with this world is soo many people blaming everyone else for their own mistakes. Take responsibility for forgetting and stop blaming someone else because YOU didn't cancel. They didn't make you sign up for anything! YOU did that! Next time read because it's clearly stated on the website and I included a picture so everyone can see clearly who is really at fault! It sure isn't the company!

They charged me but I got a refund. You have to call their manager number which is *******615. It is the manager line so they cannot tell you know. Good luck and get your money back!

TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT REGISTER AND PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO EVER. Once you registered it's almost impossible to cancel. I tried to call many times to cancel my account in the past month but no one would pick up my calls. Eventually I ran out of patience and didn't know what to do to get it canceled. So I updated my payment method with a credit card with a insufficient credit line. Yes I did that on purpose so they wouldn't be able to charge me. But they somehow still charged my other credit card which I used when I registered. I was irritated when I found out that I was charged $40 and I called and waited for almost one hour to finally talk to a representative. She was rude and would not issue me a refund. I couldn't be more disappointed.

TOTAL SCAM! CALLED ON THE 20TH AND WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THEIR REPS THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND MY MONEY. CALLED BACK ON THE 30TH BECAUSE I HAD BEEN CHARGED 2 OVERDRAFT FEES BY MY BANK. CALLED COMPANY AGAIN AND THEY NOW REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY.

This is a worst company, I give my reason for what they need to devolution my money but all time they repeat there are not reason for they can devolution my money,
I never used the free trial for 1 dollar what I purchased because I don't have access.
Well I though 1 dollar if I not used will be not bad for 1 week and I never used this free trial. My surprise is they already toke my money from my banks with not my authorization 2 times $40.00 ($80.00) I just verified my account and I can not veliebe they did this, I called and complain the customer services his name is Pol or Paul, He almos not let me speak all the covensation and asking my why why? Stupid questions about if I buy a television and I want devolution the store never will give me back my money and I told this is stupid and is not true, Amazon for example are very good services. He tried to tell me all time is my fault and my responsibilities because I suposse canceled this during the free trial, How I will know I will be charged after that 40 dollars? They never send me email or call for taking my money or tell me I already was billed 2 times?
I hope you guys continuing complaining about this company is the worst services and they never give a solution. I already put my review in other institutions for looking companies or SPAM like this, they are delinquents

So this is kind of an odd story, I was currently playing the Kim Kardashian game and in the process of trying to earn free K-stars with different offers, I found myself stumbling across earning at least 100 K-stars because of the "7 day FREE trail" on clickyourscores.com. In the midst of signing up for this free trial, I entered my card number and address. Skipping to me contacting customer service, I spoke with two representatives and I am sorry for this, but one who could barely speak english well and the other who lacks comprehension. I explained to the second rep whose name was Nick, rep # ******* (I think) and I told him I was not happy about the reviews that I was reading about on this company. He told me basically there are "good doctors and bad doctors," basically calling the reviews I saw Bull$#*!. He proceeded to tell me how to look at my "credit bureau's" or something to check and see if there had been any charges other than $1.00 fee I was unaware about. The first rep told me she would extend the date to Dec. 20 instead of Nov. 21., and had me look at the benefits they offer over time as well as a survey "following the call." Unfortunately, there was no survey, but with the second rep, he had me do a survey. I left a message stating that I would not recommend this service because of the reviews I have read on about charges still occurring after not being able to cancel the subscription without someone just listening to the customer. Also, I said that it seems that out of the two rep's I've talked to, both just keep extending the dates and having me look at the services offered. In the middle of my review, my call was "terminated" and hung up immediately. I assume that they heard the negative comment I was leaving making the service look bad, or I just ran out of time which I HIGHLY doubt because I only spoke for about 30 seconds! But I will not give up on trying to comply with these individuals on a simple mistake and I have learned also to never give my credit card or info in general without doing the proper research on the company/service. I beg of you all to take heed of my situation and do not judge me for being old enough to know obviously not to give out any information. I am already starting to regret this simple mistake, but games should not be allowed to let you encounter such things like this to innocent people who have plans with their money. P.S. I get paid this week and I am further more scared and disgusted with myself to lose $40 on something I will not use in the future and have more expenses to take care of as a freshman college student than being a victim of fraud. Thank you for reading this and I hope that everyone see's this very informative review and make the right decisions.
