Call 1-866-904-0230. You may have to call more than once. If you get a rude representative, then just call back. They do not have any supervisors to talk to. They have a strict "No Refunds" policy. When you get a nice representative who will cancel, then get a Cancellation number, which will start with a "C". They told my wife they would give her a $1,000 gift cirtificate to Walmart. The rep that I talked to said, "No, it is $1,000 for local grocery store coupons". We did not receive any confirmation email, and did not receive and "Coupons".
