Beautiful Frames, Great Price & Quick Fulfilment. I love the brand names offered and ease of fulfilment also.
I've had a mixed bag of experiences over the years, where I saw a bit of a decline in quality, however I believe that clearly is coming back up to their old standards and making much needed improvements.
When I started ordering about 5 years ago, clearly had amazing prices for quality frames and sent all the extras that you normally get purchasing glasses in store. (IE: a hard case and glasses wipe.)
Now, when you order, the prices are still good, but the quality is a little hit or miss.
The thing that had annoyed me recently is they took away the hard case and replaced it with a very cheap soft cover that 1) doesn't protect my glasses, 2) doesn't stay closed, so the glasses slip out in my purse.
About a month ago I ordered 2 pairs, they came in ONE box, squished together with only one soft cover and one cleaning cloth. I reached out via email and they apologized and gave me a $30 credit, so I decided to order again. Same thing happened.
However, since then clearly has reached out to inform me that they are in fact revisiting their packaging, which is amazing.
They have even sent me a couple hard cases to make up for the ones missing from my most recent order. I think that shows improvement, and that they are looking to see what customers want and are willing to make changes accordingly.
They are looking to both cut costs and ship in a more environmentally friendly way, without hindering the customer experience.
One thing I love about clearly is; when you place an order, they will donate a pair of glasses (free of charge) to someone in need! You can even pick the geographical location that you wish to donate to.
I LOVE that they are giving back, and ordering with them makes me feel good about helping people in need, and supporting an amazing brand.
I can't wait to place future orders with clearly, and see them implementing the changes they're working on. I am proud to stand behind this brand and can say with confidence that they really do put customer satisfaction first.
Received as scheduled, ordered the wrong contacts at first and wore it so I read the terms which says I cannot return once the box has been opened
I've ordered a bunch of times from them and if there is an issue with any of the items it is always pretty simple to get it fixed.
The default delivery window is 7-10 days, but I've never had a delivery take more than 4 days. Great for the times I forget to renew in time!

The coating on the glasses cracked up and Clearly would not do anything about it. I was happy at first but i like my glasses to last years.
Great price, fast delivery, same quality as if I ordered in my optometry clinic. My contact lenses are perfect and cheaper which is a win win.
Overall, they are quite good. But too expensive. The delivery and shipping experience was positive overall.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
