The view yourself option were screwy so getting a proper fit was guess work that was unnecessary. The glasses are sturdy and aesthetically appealing.

Two of my contacts ripped. While they were in my eyes. That's one full month of use. I dont think I'll be purchasing anymore.

I received these coloured contacts in a timely manner. They are comfortable to wear and look great! I thought they were reasonably priced too.
Usually next day delivery in bc, best prices, I don't understand how stand-alone eyewear shops are still in business when these guys are around.
Abit of a hiccup at the beginning, with my orders, but got it sorted out pretty quickly.

It's utterly incomprehensible how a company could be so negligent in its business practices. I placed an order for lenses on October 20th, and after receiving no updates, I reached out on October 23rd. Despite their website indicating an October 22nd delivery, they casually informed me that it would take 3-5 business days just to assemble the contacts before shipping. To add insult to injury, they then revealed the lenses were out of stock!
Why are you advertising and selling products that aren't available? Even worse, there's no estimated time for restocking. This isn't just incompetence; it's borderline fraudulent, and Health Canada should investigate this sham of a business. I urge everyone: steer clear of this company, regardless of how appealing their marketing may seem.
I spent days—from October 24th to October 27th—via emails, live chats, and phone calls, explicitly instructing them to cancel my order. They assured me a 'manual cancellation' was underway but also warned that the item might still be shipped. What kind of backward operation are they running? Do they lack basic internal communication that they cannot communicate with each other to cancel an order? Are the cancellation team operating out of the North Pole?
Fast forward to today, October 29th, 2023 they had the audacity to ship the contacts and charge my account, even after I'd already purchased from KITS.CA and received my order within a day. This level of ineptitude is staggering. I've never encountered a company so utterly devoid of logic and customer service. It's an absolute disgrace.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
