I'm happy with the service but not with the product, my right eye contact lense does not stay in and last as long as it used to the left eye and the right eye is a day & night contact lense
I have used clearly contacts for contact lens for the last 5 years, I have never been disappointed. The order always arrives before the arrival date. Highly reccomend clearly contacts to everyone.

I ordered lenses, they were ridiculous. I couldn't even place them on my fingertip due to its fragility I am highly disappointed I ordered them to wear it on my birthday but were of no use!

I needed to return the product and get new glasses and the return was processed in minuyres and new glasses ordered immediately. The staff was excellent and very happy with new glasses 5 days later

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses through clearly. My order shipped and was estimated delivery of June 1st. Mind you I paid extra for express 2 day shipping. On June 1st it said out for delivery so I waited all day. At 9pm it updated and said delayed until June 5th. I contacted FedEx who assured no it will actually be delivered June 2nd. So the 2nd came and it still said delayed estimated delivery June 5th. So I contacted clearly explaining my parcel was late but I paid for express shipping. They stated they would refund the difference for the shipping cost(they never did) and asked me to wait. June 6th I receive a call from FedEx stating my parcel was given to a 3rd party delivery and is now lost. I reached out to clearly who offered a refund, but then changed and said they would need to investigate further. I was told I would be contacted by a supervisor yesterday, and now they say he will contact me tomorrow. It's been 5 days since my delivery date and no updates. I have not recieved my glasses nor a refund and FedEx has confirmed the package was lost. Terrible terrible customer service and I had to contact Mastercard to get my money back.

Ordered Proclear Toric contact lenses and they all ripped off. First one lasted 5 days and it disintegrated in the solution during the night. Same thing for the second one that lasted 2 days. The third one split while I was wearing them... super painful.
I've been wearing the same contact lenses for more than a decade and it never happened to me. Not sure if I got scammed with counterfeit lenses but it sure looks like it. I contacted support and they made it sound like my prescription is wrong. Nothing has changed with it except -0.25 in power.
You can check reviews on the website, it looks like I'm not the only one who had to deal with this. I guess we all had the wrong prescription? The only reason I ordered from Clearly was to save a couple of bucks but next time I'll pay premium and order from my local clinic.
The thing that angers me the most is that I waited a month and a half to receive my order. It kept getting backordered over and over again. That's why I'm wondering if they're legit. Are they even made by CooperVision? Where did they get them from? Even the boxes are different from the ones that I bought from IRIS in September.
Anyway, super disappointed.

I ordered my contacts and one box was back ordered. I figured I wouldn't see them in a long time with Covid rules. They arrived within a week and arrived in perfect condition. Very impressive
I ordered from home in Winnipeg. Delivery was estimated 10 days. Was on my way to Kelowna so had the glasses shipped to Kelowna. Whan I arrived, several days later, The glasses were waiting

Glasses and frames cost alot less, recieved it exactly when they said, frames were exactly as they looked in the picture and my lenses were done exactly to my needs.
Fine and reliable as always but one star removed for following up on my latest order exactly one month later, which is a bit ridiculous.

These glasses fit well even though I have a smaller/rounder face. They also keep me from getting a headache when I'm on my laptop all day.

Easy to order glasses online. Only downside is you won't get fitting assistance with nose pads and arms adjustment which is always an issue for me.

My glasses arrived earlier than expected. They are a little big for my face and do tend to slide down sometimes but overall I am happy with them

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
